3 ULB “হে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, আজি ইস্ৰায়েলৰ মাজৰ এক জনগোষ্ঠী লুপ্ত হ’ল; ইস্ৰায়েলৰ মাজত কিয় এনে ঘটিল?” BSB BSB: “Why, O LORD God of Israel,” they cried out, “has this happened in Israel? Today in Israel one tribe is missing!”

7 ULB এতিয়া তাৰ অৱশিষ্ট থকা লোকসকলৰ বিয়াৰ বিষয়ে কি কৰা উচিত? কিয়নো আমাৰ নিজ নিজ জীহঁতক সিহঁতৰে সৈতে বিয়া নিদিওঁ বুলি কৈ আমি যিহোৱাৰ নামেৰে শপত খালোঁ।” BSB BSB: What should we do about wives for the survivors, since we have sworn by the LORD not to give them our daughters in marriage?”

12 ULB সৈন্যসকলে যাবেচ-গিলিয়দ নিবাসী লোকসকলৰ মাজত কেতিয়াও পুৰুষৰে সৈতে শয়ন নকৰা চাৰিশ যুবতীক অবিবাহিতা পালে। তেওঁলোকে সেই যুবতীসকলক কনান দেশত থকা চীলোৰ ছাউনিলৈ লৈ গ’ল। BSB BSB: So they found among the inhabitants of Jabesh-gilead four hundred young women who had not had relations with a man, and they brought them to the camp at Shiloh in the land of Canaan.

But there were not enough women for all of them.
15 ULB ইস্ৰায়েলৰ লোকসকলে বিন্যামীন জনগোষ্ঠীৰ কাৰণে দুখ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে, কাৰণ যিহোৱাই ইস্রায়েলৰ জনগোষ্ঠীসকলৰ মাজত এক বিভাজন আনি দিছিল। BSB BSB: The people grieved for Benjamin, because the LORD had made a void in the tribes of Israel.
16 ULB ইস্ৰায়েলৰ বৃদ্ধ নেতাসকলে ক’লে, “বিন্যামীনীয়া স্ত্ৰীসকলক বধ কৰা হ’ল। এতিয়া অৱশিষ্ট বিন্যামীনীয়া যি সকল আছে, তেওঁলোকৰ বিবাহৰ কাৰণে আমি ক’ৰ পৰা স্ত্রী পাম?” BSB BSB: Then the elders of the congregation said, “What should we do about wives for those who remain, since the women of Benjamin have been destroyed?”

19 ULB তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকে ক’লে, “তোমালোকে জানা যে, প্রতি বছৰে চীলোত যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে এক উৎসৱ হয়; এই চীলো চহৰখন বৈৎএলৰ উত্তৰ ফালে, যি পথ বৈৎএলৰ পৰা চিখিমৰ ফালে উঠি গৈছে তাৰ পূৱফালে আৰু লেবোনাৰ দক্ষিণ ফালে আছে।” BSB BSB: “But look,” they said, “there is a yearly feast to the LORD in Shiloh, which is north of Bethel east of the road that goes up from Bethel to Shechem, and south of Lebonah.”

When you see the daughters of Shiloh come out to perform their dances, each of you is to come out of the vineyards, catch for himself a wife from the daughters of Shiloh, and go to the land of Benjamin.

Since you did not actually give them your daughters, you have no guilt.’”
23 ULB তাতে বিন্যামীনীয়াসকলে তেনেকৈয়ে কৰিলে। ছোৱালীবোৰে যেতিয়া নাচি আছিল তেতিয়া তেওঁলোক প্রত্যেকেই বিয়া কৰিবৰ কাৰণে এগৰাকীকৈ ছোৱালী ধৰি লৈ গ’ল। তাৰ পাছত তেওঁলোকে তেওঁলোকৰ নিজৰ ঠাইলৈ উলটি গৈ নগৰ সাজি তাতে বাস কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে। BSB BSB: The Benjamites did as instructed and carried away the number of women they needed from the dancers they caught. They went back to their own inheritance, rebuilt their cities, and settled in them.
24 ULB সেই সময়ত ইস্ৰায়েলীয়াসকলে সেই ঠাই এৰি নিজ নিজ জনগোষ্ঠী আৰু বংশৰ ঠাইলৈ প্ৰস্থান কৰিলে। BSB BSB: And at that time, each of the Israelites returned from there to his own tribe and clan, each to his own inheritance.
