1. 1ULBমই চিঞঁৰি যিহোৱাৰ ওচৰত ক্রন্দন কৰিলোঁ, মই নিজ স্বৰেৰে যিহোৱাৰ আগত মিনতি কৰিলোঁ।BSBBSB: A Maskil of David, when he was in the cave. A prayer. I cry aloud to the LORD; I lift my voice to the LORD for mercy.
2. 2ULBমই মোৰ দুখৰ কথা তেওঁৰ আগত ভাঙি ক’লো, তেওঁৰ আগত মোৰ কষ্টৰ কথা জনালো।BSBBSB: I pour out my complaint before Him; I reveal my trouble to Him.
3. 3ULBমোৰ আত্মা যেতিয়া অন্তৰত ব্যাকুল হয়, তেতিয়া তুমি মোৰ পথ জানা; মই অহা-যোৱা কৰা পথত লোকসকলে মোৰ বাবে গোপনে ফান্দ পাতিলে;BSBBSB: Although my spirit grows faint within me, You know my way. Along the path I travel they have hidden a snare for me.
4. 4ULBমোৰ সোঁ ফালে দৃষ্টি কৰি চোৱা, মোৰ খবৰ লওঁতা কোনো নাই; মোৰ বাবে আশ্রয়স্থান নাই, মোৰ বাবে কোনেও চিন্তা নকৰে।BSBBSB: Look to my right and see; no one attends to me. There is no refuge for me; no one cares for my soul.

6. 6ULBতুমি মোৰ কাকুতিলৈ মনোযোগ দিয়া, কিয়নো মই অতি অসহায় অৱস্থাত পৰিছোঁ; মোৰ তাড়নাকাৰীসকলৰ হাতৰ পৰা মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰা, কাৰণ তেওঁলোক মোতকৈ শক্তিশালী।BSBBSB: Listen to my cry, for I am brought quite low. Rescue me from my pursuers, for they are too strong for me.
