1. 1ULBহে যিহোৱা, মই তোমাৰ ওচৰত প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিছোঁ; হে মোৰ শিলা, মোলৈ আওকাণ নকৰিবা। কাৰণ, তুমি যদি মনে মনে থাকা, তেন্তে মৈদামৰ গাঁতলৈ নামি যোৱাসকলৰ দৰে মোৰ দশা হ’ব।BSBBSB: Of David. To You, O LORD, I call; be not deaf to me, O my Rock. For if You remain silent, I will be like those descending to the Pit.
2. 2ULBসহায়ৰ কাৰণে মই যেতিয়া তোমাৰ আগত কাতৰোক্তি কৰোঁ, তোমাৰ মহা পবিত্ৰ স্থানৰ ফাললৈ হাত দাঙো, তেতিয়া তুমি মোৰ নিবেদন শুনা।BSBBSB: Hear my cry for mercy when I call to You for help, when I lift up my hands toward Your holy sanctuary.

6. 6ULBসকলো প্রশংসা যিহোৱাৰেই; তেওঁ মোৰ কাকুতিৰ স্বৰ শুনিলে।BSBBSB: Blessed be the LORD, for He has heard my cry for mercy.
7. 7ULBযিহোৱাই মোৰ বল আৰু মোৰ ঢাল; মোৰ হৃদয়ে তেওঁতে ভাৰসা কৰে। সেইবাবেই মই সহায় পাইছোঁ। সেইবাবেই মোৰ অন্তৰ আনন্দত ভৰি পৰিছে; মই মোৰ গীতেৰে তেওঁৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰো।BSBBSB: The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart rejoices, and I give thanks to Him with my song.
8. 8ULBযিহোৱা তেওঁৰ লোকসকলৰ বল; তেৱেঁই তেওঁৰ অভিষিক্তজনৰ পৰিত্ৰাণৰ দুৰ্গ।BSBBSB: The LORD is the strength of His people, a stronghold of salvation for His anointed.
9. 9ULBহে যিহোৱা, তোমাৰ লোকসকলক তুমি ৰক্ষা কৰা, তোমাৰ সম্পত্তিক তুমি আশীৰ্ব্বাদ কৰা; তুমি তেওঁলোকৰ ৰখীয়া হোৱা আৰু চিৰকাল তেওঁলোকক বৈ নিয়া।BSBBSB: Save Your people and bless Your inheritance; shepherd them and carry them forever.
