1. 1ULBযোশিয়ের ছেলে যিহূদার রাজা যিহোয়াকীমের চতুর্থ বছরে নেরিয়ের ছেলে বারূক যিরমিয়ের কাছে শুনলেন। তা তিনি গুটানো বইয়ে লিখলেন। সেটা হল,BSBBSB: This is the word that Jeremiah the prophet spoke to Baruch son of Neriah when he wrote these words on a scroll at the dictation of Jeremiah in the fourth year of Jehoiakim son of Josiah, king of Judah:
2. 2ULB“সদাপ্রভু, ইস্রায়েলের ঈশ্বর এই কথা বারূক, তোমাকে বলেছেন-BSBBSB: “This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says to you, Baruch:
3. 3ULBতুমি বলেছ, ‘ধিক আমাকে! কারণ সদাপ্রভু আমার ব্যথার উপরে দুঃখ যোগ করেছেন; আমার আর্তনাদ আমাকে ক্লান্ত করেছে, আমি বিশ্রাম খুঁজে পাচ্ছি না’।BSBBSB: You have said, ‘Woe is me because the LORD has added sorrow to my pain! I am worn out with groaning and have found no rest.’”

Stop seeking! For I will bring disaster on every living creature, declares the LORD, but wherever you go, I will grant your life as a spoil of war.”
