2 ULB আর দেখলেন, কবর থেকে পাথরটা সরানো রয়েছে, BSB BSB: They found the stone rolled away from the tomb,
3 ULB কিন্তু ভিতরে গিয়ে প্রভু যীশুর মৃতদেহ দেখতে পেলেন না। BSB BSB: but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.
4 ULB তারা এই বিষয়ে ভাবছেন, এমন সময়ে, দেখ, উজ্জ্বল পোষাক পরা দুজন পুরুষ তাদের কাছে দাঁড়ালেন। BSB BSB: While they were puzzling over this, suddenly two men in radiant apparel stood beside them.
5 ULB তখন তারা ভয় পেয়ে মাটির দিকে মুখ নীচু করলে সেই দুই ব্যক্তি তাদের বললেন, মৃতদের মধ্যে জীবিতের খোঁজ করছ কেন? BSB BSB: As the women bowed their faces to the ground in terror, the two men asked them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead?
6 ULB তিনি এখানে নেই, কিন্তু উঠেছেন। গালীলে থাকতে তিনি তোমাদের যা বলেছিলেন, তা মনে কর; BSB BSB: He is not here; He has risen! Remember how He told you while He was still in Galilee:
7 ULB তিনি তো বলেছিলেন, মানবপুত্রকে পাপী মানুষদের হাতে সমর্পিত হতে হবে, ক্রুশারোপিত হতে এবং তৃতীয় দিনে উঠতে হবে। BSB BSB: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and on the third day rise again.’”
8 ULB তখন তাঁর সেই কথা গুলি তাদের মনে পড়ল; BSB BSB: Then they remembered His words.
9 ULB আর তারা কবর থেকে ফিরে গিয়ে সেই এগারো জন শিষ্যকে ও অন্য সবাইকে এই সব খবর দিলেন। BSB BSB: And when they returned from the tomb, they reported all these things to the Eleven and to all the others.
10 ULB এরা মগ্দলীনী মরিয়ম, যোহানা ও যাকোবের মা মরিয়ম; আর এদের সঙ্গে অন্য স্ত্রীলোকরাও প্রেরিতদের এই সব কথা বললেন। BSB BSB: It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the other women with them who told this to the apostles.
12 ULB তা সত্ত্বেও পিতর উঠে গিয়ে কবরের কাছে দৌড়ে গেলেন এবং নীচু হয়ে ভালো করে দেখলেন, শুধু কাপড় পরে রয়েছে; আর যা ঘটেছে, তাতে অবাক হয়ে নিজের জায়গায় ফিরে গেলেন। BSB BSB: Peter, however, got up and ran to the tomb. And after bending down and seeing only the linen cloths, he went away, wondering to himself what had happened.
14 ULB এবং তারা ঐ সব ঘটনার বিষয়ে একে অপরে কথাবার্তা বলছিলেন। BSB BSB: They were talking with each other about everything that had happened.
15 ULB তারা কথাবার্তা ও একে অপরে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করছেন, এমন সময়ে যীশু নিজে এসে তাদের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে যেতে লাগলেন; BSB BSB: And as they talked and deliberated, Jesus Himself came up and walked along with them.
16 ULB কিন্তু তাদের চোখ বন্ধ হয়েছিল, তাই তাঁকে চিনতে পারলেন না। BSB BSB: But their eyes were kept from recognizing Him.
17 ULB তিনি তাদের বললেন, তোমরা চলতে চলতে একে অপরে যে সব কথা বলাবলি করছ, সে সব কি? তারা বিষন্ন ভাবে দাঁড়িয়ে থাকলেন। BSB BSB: He asked them, “What are you discussing so intently as you walk along?” They stood still, with sadness on their faces.
18 ULB পরে ক্লিয়পা নামে তাদের একজন উত্তর করে তাঁকে বললেন, আপনি কি একা যিরুশালেমে বাস করছেন, আর এই কয়েক দিনের মধ্যে সেখানে যেসব ঘটনা ঘটেছে, তা জানেন না? BSB BSB: One of them, named Cleopas, asked Him, “Are You the only visitor to Jerusalem who does not know the things that have happened there in recent days?”
19 ULB তিনি তাদেরকে বললেন, কি কি ঘটনা? তারা তাঁকে বললেন, নাসরতীয় যীশুর বিষয়ে ঘটনা, যিনি ঈশ্বরের ও সব লোকের সামনে ও কাজে ও কথায় মহান ভাববাদী ছিলেন; BSB BSB: “What things?” He asked. “The events involving Jesus of Nazareth,” they answered. “This man was a prophet, powerful in speech and action before God and all the people.
20 ULB আর কীভাবে প্রধান যাজকেরা ও আমাদের শাসকেরা প্রাণদণ্ডের জন্য দোষী করে তাকে সমর্পণ করলেন, ও ক্রুশে দিলেন। BSB BSB: Our chief priests and rulers delivered Him up to the sentence of death, and they crucified Him.
21 ULB কিন্তু আমরা আশা করছিলাম যে, তিনি সেই ব্যক্তি, যিনি ইস্রায়েলকে মুক্ত করবেন। আর এসব ছাড়া আজ তিনদিন হচ্ছে, এসব ঘটেছে। BSB BSB: But we were hoping He was the One who would redeem Israel. And besides all this, it is the third day since these things took place.
22 ULB আবার আমাদের কয়েক জন স্ত্রীলোক আমাদের অবাক করলেন; তারা ভোরে তাঁর কবরের কাছে গিয়েছিলেন, BSB BSB: Furthermore, some of our women astounded us. They were at the tomb early this morning,
23 ULB আর তাঁর মৃতদেহ দেখতে না পেয়ে এসে বললেন, স্বর্গ দূতদের ও দেখা পেয়েছি এবং তাঁরা বলেন, তিনি জীবিত আছেন। BSB BSB: but they did not find His body. They came and told us they had seen a vision of angels, who said that Jesus was alive.
24 ULB আর আমাদের সঙ্গীদের যারা কবরের কাছে গিয়েছিল, তারাও সেই স্ত্রীলোকেরা যেমন বলেছিলেন, তেমনি দেখতে পেয়েছিলেন, কিন্তু তাঁকে দেখতে পাননি। BSB BSB: Then some of our companions went to the tomb and found it just as the women had described. But Him they did not see.”
26 ULB খ্রীষ্টের কি প্রয়োজন ছিল না যে, এই সব দুঃখভোগ করেন ও নিজের মহিমায় প্রবেশ করেন? BSB BSB: Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and then to enter His glory?”
27 ULB পরে তিনি মোশি থেকে ও সমস্ত ভাববাদী থেকে শুরু করে সব শাস্ত্রে তাঁর নিজের বিষয়ে যে সব কথা আছে, তা তাদের বুঝিয়ে দিলেন। BSB BSB: And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, He explained to them what was written in all the Scriptures about Himself.
28 ULB পরে তারা যেখানে যাচ্ছিলেন, সেখানে সেই গ্রামের কাছে আসলেন; আর তিনি দূরে যাবার ভাব দেখালেন। BSB BSB: As they approached the village where they were headed, He seemed to be going farther.
29 ULB কিন্তু তারা অনুরোধ করে বললেন, আমাদের সঙ্গে থাকুন, কারণ সন্ধ্যা হয়ে আসল, বেলা প্রায় চলে গেছে। তাতে তিনি তাদের সঙ্গে থাকার জন্য গৃহে ঢুকলেন। BSB BSB: But they pleaded with Him, “Stay with us, for it is nearly evening and the day is almost over.” So He went in to stay with them.
30 ULB পরে যখন তিনি তাদের সঙ্গে খাবার খেতে বসলেন, তখন রুটি নিয়ে ধন্যবাদ করলেন এবং ভেঙে তাদের দিতে লাগলেন। BSB BSB: While He was reclining at the table with them, He took bread, spoke a blessing and broke it, and gave it to them.
31 ULB অমনি তাদের চোখ খুলে গেল, তারা তাঁকে চিনতে পারলেন, আর তিনি তাদের থেকে অদৃশ্য হলেন। BSB BSB: Then their eyes were opened and they recognized Jesus—and He disappeared from their sight.
32 ULB তখন তারা পরস্পরকে বললেন, পথের মধ্যে যখন তিনি আমাদের সঙ্গে কথা বলছিলেন, আমাদের কাছে শাস্ত্রের অর্থ বুঝিয়ে দিচ্ছিলেন, তখন আমাদের ভিতরে আমাদের হৃদয় কি উদ্দীপ্ত হয়ে উঠছিল না? BSB BSB: They asked each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us as He spoke with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?”
33 ULB আর তারা সেই সময়েই উঠে যিরুশালেমে ফিরে গেলেন; এবং সেই এগারো জনকে ও তাদের সঙ্গীদের একসঙ্গে দেখতে পেলেন; BSB BSB: And they got up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem. There they found the Eleven and those with them, gathered together
34 ULB তারা বললেন, প্রভু নিশ্চয় উঠেছেন এবং শিমোনকে দেখা দিয়েছেন। BSB BSB: and saying, “The Lord has indeed risen and has appeared to Simon!”
35 ULB পরে সেই দুজন পথের ঘটনার বিষয়ে এবং রুটি ভাঙার সময় তারা কীভাবে তাঁকে চিনতে পেরেছিলেন, এই সব বিষয়েও বললেন। BSB BSB: Then the two told what had happened on the road, and how they had recognized Jesus in the breaking of the bread.
37 ULB এতে তারা খুব ভয় পেয়ে মনে করলেন, ভূত দেখছি। BSB BSB: But they were startled and frightened, thinking they had seen a spirit.
38 ULB তিনি তাদের বললেন, কেন উদ্বিগ্ন হচ্ছ? তোমাদের মনে সন্দেহ জাগছে কেন? BSB BSB: “Why are you troubled,” Jesus asked, “and why do doubts arise in your hearts?
39 ULB আমার হাত ও আমার পা দেখ, এ আমি নিজে; আমাকে স্পর্শ কর, আর দেখ; কারণ আমায় যেমন দেখছ, ভূতের এই রকম হাড় মাংস নেই। BSB BSB: Look at My hands and My feet. It is I Myself. Touch Me and see—for a spirit does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.”
40 ULB এই বলে তিনি তাদের হাত ও পা দেখালেন। BSB BSB: And when He had said this, He showed them His hands and feet.
41 ULB তখনও তারা এত আনন্দিত হয়েছিল যে বিশ্বাস করতে পারছিলেন না ও অবাক হচ্ছিল, তাই তিনি তাদের বললেন, তোমাদের কাছে এখানে কি কিছু খাবার আছে? BSB BSB: While they were still in disbelief because of their joy and amazement, He asked them, “Do you have anything here to eat?”
42 ULB তখন তারা তাঁকে একটি ভাজা মাছ দিলেন। BSB BSB: So they gave Him a piece of broiled fish,
43 ULB তিনি তা নিয়ে তাদের সামনে খেলেন। BSB BSB: and He took it and ate it in front of them.
45 ULB তখন তিনি তাদের মন খুলে দিলেন, যেন তারা শাস্ত্র বুঝতে পারে, BSB BSB: Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures.
46 ULB আর তিনি তাদের বললেন, এই কথা লেখা আছে যে, খ্রীষ্ট দুঃখভোগ করবেন এবং তৃতীয় দিনে মৃতদের মধ্যে থেকে উঠবেন; BSB BSB: And He told them, “This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day,
47 ULB আর তাঁর নামে পাপ ক্ষমার জন্য মন ফেরানোর কথা সব জাতির কাছে প্রচারিত হবে যিরুশালেম থেকে শুরু করা হবে। BSB BSB: and in His name repentance and forgiveness of sins will be proclaimed to all nations, beginning in Jerusalem.
48 ULB তোমরাই এসবের সাক্ষী। BSB BSB: You are witnesses of these things.
49 ULB আর দেখ আমার পিতা যা প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছেন, তা আমি তোমাদের কাছে পাঠাচ্ছি; কিন্তু যে পর্যন্ত স্বর্গ থেকে আসা শক্তি না পাও, সেই পর্যন্ত তোমরা ঐ শহরে থাক। BSB BSB: And behold, I am sending the promise of My Father upon you. But remain in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.”
50 ULB পরে তিনি তাদের বৈথনিয়া পর্যন্ত নিয়ে গেলেন; এবং হাত তুলে তাদের আশীর্বাদ করলেন। BSB BSB: When Jesus had led them out as far as Bethany, He lifted up His hands and blessed them.
51 ULB পরে এই রকম হল, তিনি আশীর্বাদ করতে করতে তাদের থেকে আলাদা হলেন এবং স্বর্গে যেতে লাগলেন। BSB BSB: While He was blessing them, He left them and was carried up into heaven.
52 ULB আর তারা তাঁকে প্রণাম করে মহানন্দে যিরুশালেমে ফিরে গেলেন; BSB BSB: And they worshiped Him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,
53 ULB এবং সর্বক্ষণ ধর্মগৃহে থেকে ঈশ্বরের ধন্যবাদ করতে লাগলেন। BSB BSB: praising God continually in the temple.
