1. 1KSSئەی خوشک و برایان، ئارەزووی دڵم و پاڕانەوەم لە خودا لە پێناوی ڕزگاریی نەوەی ئیسرائیلە.BSBBSB: Brothers, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is for their salvation.
2. 2KSSشایەتییان بۆ دەدەم کە دڵگەرمییان بۆ خودا هەیە، بەڵام بە زانیارییەوە نییە.BSBBSB: For I testify about them that they are zealous for God, but not on the basis of knowledge.
3. 3KSSلەبەر ئەوەی بێتاوانکردنیان لە خوداوە نەزانی، هەوڵیان دا بێتاوانکردنی خۆیان بچەسپێنن، ملکەچی بێتاوانکردنی خودا نەبوون.BSBBSB: Because they were ignorant of God’s righteousness and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.
4. 4KSSبەڵام مەسیح تەواوکەری شەریعەتە، تاکو ڕاستودروستی بۆ هەموو ئەوانە بێت کە باوەڕ دەهێنن.BSBBSB: For Christ is the end of the law, to bring righteousness to everyone who believes.
5. 5KSSموسا لەبارەی ئەو ڕاستودروستییەی بەپێی شەریعەتی تەوراتە دەنووسێت: ﴿ئەو کەسەی پەیڕەویان بکات، بەهۆیانەوە دەژیێت.﴾BSBBSB: For concerning the righteousness that is by the law, Moses writes: “The man who does these things will live by them.”
6. 6KSSبەڵام ئەو ڕاستودروستییەی بە باوەڕە، ئاوا دەفەرموێ: ﴿لە دڵی خۆتاندا مەڵێن، «کێ سەردەکەوێتە ئاسمان؟»﴾ بە واتای ئەوەی کە مەسیح بهێنێتە خوارەوە،BSBBSB: But the righteousness that is by faith says: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ (that is, to bring Christ down)
7. 7KSS﴿یان «کێ دادەبەزێتە ناو بیری بێ بن؟»﴾ بە واتای ئەوەی کە مەسیح لەناو مردووان سەربخات.BSBBSB: or, ‘Who will descend into the Abyss?’ (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).”
8. 8KSSبەڵام چی دەفەرموێ؟ ﴿پەیامەکە لێت نزیکە، لەسەر زمانتە و لە دڵتدایە،﴾ ئەمەش پەیامی ئەو باوەڕەیە کە ڕایدەگەیەنین:BSBBSB: But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming:
9. 9KSSئەگەر بە دەمت دانت پێدا نا کە عیسا پەروەردگارە و بە دڵ باوەڕت کرد کە خودا لەناو مردووان هەڵیستاندەوە، ڕزگار دەبیت.BSBBSB: that if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10. 10KSSلەبەر ئەوەی بە دڵ باوەڕهێنان ئەنجامەکەی بێتاوانبوونە، بە دەم دانپێدانان ئەنجامەکەی ڕزگارییە.BSBBSB: For with your heart you believe and are justified, and with your mouth you confess and are saved.
11. 11KSSهەروەک چۆن نووسراوە پیرۆزەکە دەفەرموێ: ﴿هەرکەسێک پشتی پێ ببەستێت، شەرمەزار نابێت.﴾BSBBSB: It is just as the Scripture says: “Anyone who believes in Him will never be put to shame.”
12. 12KSSجیاوازی لەنێوان جولەکە و ناجولەکە نییە، لەبەر ئەوەی هەمان پەروەردگارە بۆ هەمووان، دەوڵەمەندە بۆ هەموو ئەوانەی لێی دەپاڕێنەوە،BSBBSB: For there is no difference between Jew and Greek: The same Lord is Lord of all, and gives richly to all who call on Him,
13. 13KSSچونکە ﴿هەرکەسێک بە ناوی یەزدانەوە بپاڕێتەوە ڕزگاری دەبێت.﴾BSBBSB: for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
14. 14KSSئیتر چۆن لە یەکێک دەپاڕێنەوە کە باوەڕیان پێی نەهێنابێت؟ چۆن باوەڕ بە یەکێک دەهێنن ئەگەر نەیانبیستبێت؟ چۆنیش دەیبیستن بێ ئەوەی یەکێک پێیان ڕابگەیەنێت؟BSBBSB: How then can they call on the One in whom they have not believed? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone to preach?
15. 15KSSهەروەها چۆن ڕادەگەیەنن ئەگەر نەنێردرابن؟ وەک نووسراوە: ﴿چەند جوانە پێیەکانی ئەوانەی مزگێنی خۆشی دەدەن!﴾BSBBSB: And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
16. 16KSSبەڵام هەموو نەوەی ئیسرائیل گوێڕایەڵی پەیامی ئینجیل نەبوون، چونکە ئیشایا دەڵێت: ﴿ئەی یەزدان، کێ باوەڕی بە پەیامەکەمان کرد؟﴾BSBBSB: But not all of them welcomed the good news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?”
17. 17KSSکەواتە باوەڕ بە بیستنە، بیستنیش بە وشەی مەسیحە.BSBBSB: Consequently, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
18. 18KSSبەڵام دەڵێم: ئایا گوێیان لێ نەبوو؟ بێگومان گوێیان لێ بوو! ﴿پەیامیان بە هەموو زەوی گەیشت، وتەکانیان بەوپەڕی جیهان.﴾BSBBSB: But I ask, did they not hear? Indeed they did: “Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.”
19. 19KSSبەڵام دەڵێم: ئایا ئیسرائیل تێنەگەیشت؟ یەکەم جار موسا دەڵێت: ﴿من واتان لێدەکەم ئیرەیی بەوانە ببەن کە گەل نین، بە نەتەوەیەکی گێل پەستتان دەکەم.﴾BSBBSB: I ask instead, did Israel not understand? First, Moses says: “I will make you jealous by those who are not a nation; I will make you angry by a nation without understanding.”
20. 20KSSبەڵام ئیشایا ئازایانە دەڵێت: ﴿دۆزرامەوە لەلایەن ئەوانەی بەدوامدا نەگەڕان، دەرکەوتم بۆ ئەوانەی پرسیاری منیان نەکرد.﴾BSBBSB: And Isaiah boldly says: “I was found by those who did not seek Me; I revealed Myself to those who did not ask for Me.”
21. 21KSSبەڵام دەربارەی ئیسرائیل دەڵێت: ﴿بە درێژایی ڕۆژ دەستم بۆ گەلێکی یاخی و بەرهەڵستکار ڕاگرت.﴾BSBBSB: But as for Israel he says: “All day long I have held out My hands to a disobedient and obstinate people.”
