17 CPDV If you understand this, you shall be blessed if you will do it. BSB BSB: If you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

But this is to fulfill the Scripture: ‘The one who shares My bread has lifted up his heel against Me.’

29 CPDV For some were thinking that, because Judas held the purse, that Jesus had told him, “Buy those things which are needed by us for the feast day,” or that he might give something to the needy. BSB BSB: Since Judas kept the money bag, some thought that Jesus was telling him to buy what was needed for the feast, or to give something to the poor.

33 CPDV Little sons, for a brief while, I am with you. You shall seek me, and just as I said to the Jews, ‘Where I am going, you are not able to go,’ so also I say to you now. BSB BSB: Little children, I am with you only a little while longer. You will look for Me, and as I said to the Jews, so now I say to you: ‘Where I am going, you cannot come.’
35 CPDV By this, all shall recognize that you are my disciples: if you will have love for one another.” BSB BSB: By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.”
