Lord, thou hast blessed thy land: thou hast turned away the captivity of Jacob. BSB BSB: For the choirmaster. A Psalm of the sons of Korah. You showed favor to Your land, O LORD; You restored Jacob from captivity.
2 DRA Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people: thou hast covered all their sins. BSB BSB: You forgave the iniquity of Your people; You covered all their sin. Selah
3 DRA Thou hast mitigated all thy anger: thou best turned away from the wrath of thy indignation. BSB BSB: You withheld all Your fury; You turned from Your burning anger.
4 DRA Convert us, O God our saviour: and turn off thy anger from us. BSB BSB: Restore us, O God of our salvation, and put away Your displeasure toward us.
5 DRA Wilt thou be angry with us for ever: or wilt thou extend thy wrath from generation to generation? BSB BSB: Will You be angry with us forever? Will You draw out Your anger to all generations?
6 DRA Thou wilt turn, O God, and bring us to life: and thy people shall rejoice in thee. BSB BSB: Will You not revive us again, that Your people may rejoice in You?
7 DRA Shew us, O Lord, thy mercy; and grant us thy salvation. BSB BSB: Show us Your loving devotion, O LORD, and grant us Your salvation.
8 DRA I will hear what the Lord God will speak in me: for he will speak peace unto his people: And unto his saints: and unto them that are converted to the heart. BSB BSB: I will listen to what God the LORD will say; for He will surely speak peace to His people and His saints; He will not let them return to folly.
9 DRA Surely his salvation is near to them that fear him: that glory may dwell in our land. BSB BSB: Surely His salvation is near to those who fear Him, that His glory may dwell in our land.
10 DRA Mercy and truth have met each other: justice and peace have kissed. BSB BSB: Loving devotion and faithfulness have joined together; righteousness and peace have kissed.
11 DRA Truth is sprung out of the earth: and justice hath looked down from heaven. BSB BSB: Faithfulness sprouts from the earth, and righteousness looks down from heaven.
12 DRA For the Lord will give goodness: and our earth shall yield her fruit. BSB BSB: The LORD will indeed provide what is good, and our land will yield its increase.
13 DRA Justice shall walk before him: and shall set his steps in the way. BSB BSB: Righteousness will go before Him to prepare the way for His steps.
