2 DRA Preserve my soul, for I am holy: save thy servant, O my God, that trusteth in thee. BSB BSB: Preserve my soul, for I am godly. You are my God; save Your servant who trusts in You.
3 DRA Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I have cried to thee all the day. BSB BSB: Be merciful to me, O Lord, for I call to You all day long.
4 DRA Give joy to the soul of thy servant, for to thee, O Lord, I have lifted up my soul. BSB BSB: Bring joy to Your servant, for to You, O Lord, I lift up my soul.
5 DRA For thou, O Lord, art sweet and mild: and plenteous in mercy to all that call upon thee. BSB BSB: For You, O Lord, are kind and forgiving, rich in loving devotion to all who call on You.
6 DRA Give ear, O Lord, to my prayer: and attend to the voice of my petition. BSB BSB: Hear my prayer, O LORD, and attend to my plea for mercy.
7 DRA I have called upon thee in the day of my trouble: because thou hast heard me. BSB BSB: In the day of my distress I call on You, because You answer me.
8 DRA There is none among the gods like unto thee, O Lord: and there is none according to thy works. BSB BSB: O Lord, there is none like You among the gods, nor any works like Yours.
9 DRA All the nations thou hast made shall come and adore before thee, O Lord: and they shall glorify thy name. BSB BSB: All the nations You have made will come and bow before You, O Lord, and they will glorify Your name.
10 DRA For thou art great and dost wonderful things: thou art God alone. BSB BSB: For You are great and perform wonders; You alone are God.
11 DRA Conduct me, O Lord, in thy way, and I will walk in thy truth: let my heart rejoice that it may fear thy name. BSB BSB: Teach me Your way, O LORD, that I may walk in Your truth. Give me an undivided heart, that I may fear Your name.
12 DRA I will praise thee, O Lord my God: with my whole heart, and I will glorify thy name for ever: BSB BSB: I will praise You, O Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify Your name forever.
13 DRA For thy mercy is great towards me: and thou hast delivered my soul out of the lower hell. BSB BSB: For great is Your loving devotion to me; You have delivered me from the depths of Sheol.
14 DRA O God, the wicked are risen up against me, and the assembly of the mighty have sought my soul: and they have not set thee before their eyes. BSB BSB: The arrogant rise against me, O God; a band of ruthless men seeks my life; they have no regard for You.
15 DRA And thou, O Lord, art a God of compassion, and merciful, patient, and of much mercy, and true. BSB BSB: But You, O Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion and faithfulness.
16 DRA O look upon me, and have mercy on me: give thy command to thy servant, and save the son of thy handmaid. BSB BSB: Turn to me and have mercy; grant Your strength to Your servant; save the son of Your maidservant.
17 DRA Shew me a token for good: that they who hate me may see, and be confounded, because thou, O Lord, hast helped me and hast comforted me. BSB BSB: Show me a sign of Your goodness, that my enemies may see and be ashamed; for You, O LORD, have helped me and comforted me.
