ULT and that he was seen by Cephas, then by the Twelve. BSB BSB: and that He appeared to Cephas and then to the Twelve.
ULT Then he was seen by James, then by all the apostles. BSB BSB: Then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles.
ULT Now last of all, he was seen by me also, as if to a child born at the wrong time. BSB BSB: And last of all He appeared to me also, as to one of untimely birth.
ULT For I am the least of the apostles, who am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. BSB BSB: For I am the least of the apostles and am unworthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
ULT But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace that{ was} in me was not in vain. Instead, I labored harder than all of them, yet not I, but the grace of God with me. BSB BSB: But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me was not in vain. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.
The Resurrection of the Dead 13 ULT But if there is no resurrection of the dead, not even Christ has been raised; BSB BSB: If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised.
ULT But also, we are found to be false witnesses of God, because we testified concerning God that he raised Christ, whom he has not raised, if then the dead are not raised. BSB BSB: In that case, we are also exposed as false witnesses about God. For we have testified about God that He raised Christ from the dead, but He did not raise Him if in fact the dead are not raised.
ULT For if the dead are not raised, not even Christ has been raised; BSB BSB: For if the dead are not raised, then not even Christ has been raised.

ULT The last enemy to be abolished: death. BSB BSB: The last enemy to be destroyed is death.
ULT For“he has put everything under his feet.” But when it says,“he has put everything,”{ it is} clear that the one having put everything in subjection to him{ is} excepted. BSB BSB: For “God has put everything under His feet.” Now when it says that everything has been put under Him, this clearly does not include the One who put everything under Him.
ULT Now when all the things have been subjected to him, then the Son himself will also be subjected to the one having subjected all the things to him, so that God might be all in all. BSB BSB: And when all things have been subjected to Him, then the Son Himself will be made subject to Him who put all things under Him, so that God may be all in all.
ULT Otherwise, what will the ones being baptized for the dead do? If the dead are not raised at all, why then are they baptized for them? BSB BSB: If these things are not so, what will those do who are baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, why are people baptized for them?
ULT Why also are we in danger every hour? BSB BSB: And why do we endanger ourselves every hour?

If the dead are not raised, “Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.”
ULT Do not be deceived:“Bad company corrupts good morals.” BSB BSB: Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good character.”
ULT Be sober, as is right! And do not keep sinning. For some have no knowledge of God— I say this to your shame. BSB BSB: Sober up as you ought, and stop sinning; for some of you are ignorant of God. I say this to your shame.
The Resurrection Body 36 ULT You foolish one! What you sow is not caused to live unless it dies. BSB BSB: You fool! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies.
ULT And what you sow, you do not sow the body that will be, but a bare seed— perhaps wheat or something else. BSB BSB: And what you sow is not the body that will be, but just a seed, perhaps of wheat or something else.
ULT But God gives it a body just as he desires, and to each of the seeds, its own body. BSB BSB: But God gives it a body as He has designed, and to each kind of seed He gives its own body.

ULT It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power. BSB BSB: It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power.
ULT It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual{ body}. BSB BSB: It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.
ULT So also it is written,“The first man Adam became a living soul.” The last Adam{ is} a life- giving spirit. BSB BSB: So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living being”; the last Adam a life-giving spirit.

ULT And just as we have borne the image of the earthly, let us also bear the image of the heavenly. BSB BSB: And just as we have borne the likeness of the earthly man, so also shall we bear the likeness of the heavenly man.

ULT Now this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood are not able to inherit the kingdom of God. Neither does the perishable inherit the imperishable. BSB BSB: Now I declare to you, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.
ULT Behold! I tell you a mystery: We will not all fall asleep, but we will all be changed— BSB BSB: Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—
ULT in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For a trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. BSB BSB: in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.
ULT For it is necessary for this perishable to put on incorruptibility, and this mortal to put on immortality. BSB BSB: For the perishable must be clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.
ULT But when this perishable has put on incorruptibility, and this mortal has put on immortality, then will come about the word that is written,“Death is swallowed up in victory.” BSB BSB: When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come to pass: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”
