UST I bow down toward your sacred temple{ to worship you} and I thank you because you faithfully love us and because we can trust you to do all that you have promised. You have given cause for people everywhere to honor you and what you have said more than anything else. BSB BSB: I bow down toward Your holy temple and give thanks to Your name for Your loving devotion and Your faithfulness; You have exalted Your name and Your word above all else.
UST When I called out to you, you helped me; you enabled me to be brave and strong. BSB BSB: On the day I called, You answered me; You emboldened me and strengthened my soul.
UST Yahweh,{ someday} all the kings of this earth should praise you because they will have heard what you have said. BSB BSB: All the kings of the earth will give You thanks, O LORD, when they hear the words of Your mouth.
UST They should sing about what you have done because you are very glorious. BSB BSB: They will sing of the ways of the LORD, for the glory of the LORD is great.
UST Yahweh, although you live in heaven, you take care of humble people. Proud people, however, you identify from far away. BSB BSB: Though the LORD is on high, He attends to the lowly; but the proud He knows from afar.
UST Even when dangerous things happen all around me, you keep me safe. You rescue me from my enemies who are angry with me. BSB BSB: If I walk in the midst of trouble, You preserve me from the anger of my foes; You extend Your hand, and Your right hand saves me.
UST Yahweh, I know that you will continue to do what is good for me; Yahweh, you faithfully love{ us} forever. Please do not abandon{ us,} the people that you have made! BSB BSB: The LORD will fulfill His purpose for me. O LORD, Your loving devotion endures forever—do not abandon the works of Your hands.
