Está hecha para ésos quienes matan a sus padres y madres, para asesinos, BSB BSB: We realize that law is not enacted for the righteous, but for the lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinful, for the unholy and profane, for killers of father or mother, for murderers,
11 ULB Esta instrucción está de acuerdo al glorioso evangelio del Dios bendito, el cual me ha sido encargado. BSB BSB: that agrees with the glorious gospel of the blessed God, with which I have been entrusted.
12 ULB Yo doy gracias a Cristo Jesús nuestro Señor. Él me fortaleció, porque Él me consideró fiel y me colocó en el servicio. BSB BSB: I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has strengthened me, that He considered me faithful and appointed me to service.
13 ULB Yo era un blasfemador, un perseguidor y un hombre violento. Pero recibí misericordia porque actué ignorantemente en incredulidad. BSB BSB: I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and a violent man; yet because I had acted in ignorance and unbelief, I was shown mercy.
14 ULB Pero la gracia de nuestro Señor desbordó con fe y amor que es en Cristo Jesús. BSB BSB: And the grace of our Lord overflowed to me, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
15 ULB Este mensaje es confiable y digno de toda aceptación, que Cristo Jesús vino al mundo para salvar a los pecadores. Yo soy el peor de éstos. BSB BSB: This is a trustworthy saying, worthy of full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the worst.
16 ULB Pero por esta razón yo recibí misericordia, para que en mí, primeramente, Cristo Jesús pudiera demostrar toda paciencia. Él hizo esto como un ejemplo para aquellos que fueran a creer en Él para vida eterna. BSB BSB: But for this very reason I was shown mercy, so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display His perfect patience as an example to those who would believe in Him for eternal life.
