1. 1GMVEዬሱሲ ዮቲ ዉርሲዳፔ ጉዬ ጋሊላ ኣጊዲ ዮርዳኖሴ ፒንꬃን ዲዛ ዩሁዳ ኣዉራጃ ቢዴስ።BSBBSB: When Jesus had finished saying these things, He left Galilee and went into the region of Judea beyond the Jordan.
2. 2GMVEዳሮ ዴሬይ ኢዛ ሄን ካሊን ኢዚካ ሃርጋንቻታ ፓꬂዴስ።BSBBSB: Large crowds followed Him, and He healed them there.
3. 3GMVEፋርሳዌቲ ኢዛ ፓጫናስ ኢዛኮ ሺቂዲ ኣይ ጋሶንካ፥ «ኣሲ ባ ማቾ ኣንጂ ዬዳና ቤሲዜ?» ጊ ኦይቺዳ።BSBBSB: Then some Pharisees came and tested Him by asking, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any reason?”
4. 4GMVEኢዚካ ኢስታስ፥ «ጾሲ ኮይሮፔ ማጫኔ ኣዴ ሜꬊዳይሳ ናባቢቤኬቲ? ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: Jesus answered, “Have you not read that from the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’
5. 5GMVEቃሴካ፥ ‹ኣሲ ባ ኣዋኔ ባ ኣዮ ኣጊዲ ባ ማቺራ ኢሲፌ ጊዴስ። ናምኣይካ ኢሲ ኣሾ ጊዴቴስ› ጌቴቲዳይሲ ሃይሳ ጋሶን ጊዴኔ? ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’?
6. 6GMVEናምኣይ ኢሲ ኣሾ ኣቲን ሲንꬃፌ ናምኡ ጊዴቴና። ሄሳ ጊሻስ ጾሲ ጋꬂ ዋጺዳይሳ ኣሲ ሻኮፎ» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate.”
7. 7GMVEኢስቲካ ኢዛስ፥ «ሂስቲን ሙሴይ፥ ‹ኣሲ ባ ማቾ ኣንጂ ዬዲዳ ኣንጆ ዋራቃታ ኢዚስ ኢሚ ዬዶ› ጊዲ ኣዛስ ኣዛዚዴ?» ጊዳ።BSBBSB: “Why then,” they asked, “did Moses order a man to give his wife a certificate of divorce and send her away?”
8. 8GMVEዬሱሲካ ኢስታስ፥ «ሙሴይ ኢንቴ ዎዚና ሙሜቴꬅ ቤኢዲ ማቼታ ኢንቴ ኣንጃና ማላ ፒቃዴ ኢንቴስ ኢሚዴስ ኣቲን ኮይሮፔ ሄሳ ማላ ጊዴና።BSBBSB: Jesus replied, “Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because of your hardness of heart. But it was not this way from the beginning.
9. 9GMVE«ታ ኢንቴስ ቱሙ ጋይስ፤ ባ ኣዚናፔ ሃራራ ላይማቶንታ ዲሺን ባ ማቾ ኣንጂ ዬዲዳ ሃራ ማቾ ኤኪዛዴይ ዉሪ ላይማቴስ። ኣንጄቲዳሮካ ኤኪዛዴይ ኢዚራ ላይማቴስ» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: Now I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.”
10. 10GMVEዬሱሳ ካሊዛይቲ ኢዛስ፥ «ማቺ ዎጋይኔ ኣዚና ዎጋይ ሃይሳ ማላ ጊዲኮ ማቾ ኤኮንታ ኣጎይ ሎኦ» ጊዳ።BSBBSB: His disciples said to Him, “If this is the case between a man and his wife, it is better not to marry.”
11. 11GMVEጊዶ ኣቲን ዬሱሲ ኢስታስ፥ «ኢሲ ኢሲ ዱማ ኢሞታይ ዲዛ ኣሳታፔ ኣቲን ሃይሳ ቲሚርቴዛ ኦኒካ ኤካናስ ዳንዳዬና።BSBBSB: “Not everyone can accept this word,” He replied, “but only those to whom it has been given.
12. 12GMVEጋሶይካ ኢሲ ኢሲ ኣሳይ ባ ኣዪ ኡሎፔ ዬሌቲሼ ሹፋ ጊዲ ዬሌቴስ፤ ኢሲ ኢሲ ኣሳይ ኣሳ ኩሼን ቃራቴቲዲ ጉንዱሌስ፤ ኢሲ ኢሲ ኣሳይ ሳሎ ካዎቴꬃስ ጊዲ ባና ባርካ ጉንዱላ ኦꬂዛ ኣሲካ ዴስ። ሃይሳ ኤካናስ ዳንዳይዛዴይ ኤኮ» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: For there are eunuchs who were born that way; others were made that way by men; and still others live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.”
13. 13GMVEሄ ዎዴ ዬሱሲ ኢስታ ቦላ ባ ኩሼ ዎꬂዲ ዎሳና ማላ ጉꬃ ናይታ ኢዛኮ ኤኪ ኤሂዳ፤ ጊዶ ኣቲን ኢዛ ካሊዛይቲ ናይታ ኤሂዳ ኣሳታ ቦላ ሃንቄቲዳ።BSBBSB: Then little children were brought to Jesus for Him to place His hands on them and pray for them. And the disciples rebuked those who brought them.
14. 14GMVEዬሱሲ፥ «ናይቲ ሃ ታኮ ዬቶ፤ ዲጎፍቴ፤ ሳሎ ካዎቴꬂ ሃይታንታ ማላሳ!» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
15. 15GMVEባ ኩሼ ናይታ ቦላ ዎꬂዲ ኣንጂዳፔ ጉዬ ሄፔ ዴንዲ ቢዴስ።BSBBSB: And after He had placed His hands on them, He went on from there.
16. 16GMVEሄሳፌ ጉዬ ኢሳዴይ ዬሱሳኮ ሺቂዲ፥ «ኣስታማሬ! ሜርና ዴኦ ዴማናስ ታኒ ሎኦ ኦሶ ኣይ ኦꬆ?» ጊ ኦይቺዴስ።BSBBSB: Just then a man came up to Jesus and inquired, “Teacher, what good thing must I do to obtain eternal life?”
17. 17GMVEዬሱሲካ፥ «ታና ኣዛስ ሎኦ ጊሻስ ኦይቻይ? ሎኦይ ኢሲ ጾሳ ጻላ፤ ዴኦይ ዲዛሶ ኔ ጌላና ኮይኮ ኣዛዞታ ናጋ» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: “Why do you ask Me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.”
18. 18GMVEኣዴዚ፥ «ኣዛዞቲ ኣዋይቴ?» ጊዲ ኦይቺዴስ። ዬሱሲካ ዛሪዲ፥ «ኣስ ዎꬎፓ፤ ላይማቶፓ፤ ካይሶቶፓ፤ ዎርዶ ማርካቶፋ፤ ኔ ኣዋኔ ኔ ኣዮ ቦንቻ፤ ኔ ሾሮ ኔ ማላ ሲቃ» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: “Which ones?” the man asked. Jesus answered, “‘Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not bear false witness,
19. 20GMVEናቴꬃዚ ዛሪዲ፥ «ሃይሳ ዉርሳ ታ ናጋዲስ፤ ሃራይ ኣዚ ታስ ፓጪዴ?» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: “All these I have kept,” said the young man. “What do I still lack?”
20. 21GMVEዬሱሲካ ዛሪዲ፥ «ኔ ሙሌ ጺላና ኮይኮ ባዳ ኔ ሃሪዳዝ ኡባ ባይዛዳ ሚሻ ዉርሳ ማንቆታስ ኢማ፤ ኔኒ ሳሎን ሚሽ ዴማንዳሳ፤ ሄሳፌ ጉዬ ሲማ ያዳ ታና ካላ» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: Jesus told him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow Me.”
21. 22GMVEኣዴዚ ሄሳ ሲዪዲ ኢዛስ ዳሮ ሚሺ ዲዛ ጊሻስ ኬሂፔ ሚሼቲሼ ቢዴስ።BSBBSB: When the young man heard this, he went away in sorrow, because he had great wealth.
22. 23GMVEዬሱሲ ባና ካሊዛይታ፥ «ታ ኢንቴስ ቱሙ ጋይስ፤ ዱሬቲ ሳሎ ካዎቴꬅ ጌላናይሲ ዳሮ ሜቶ።BSBBSB: Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Truly I tell you, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.
23. 24GMVEቃሴካ ታኒ ኢንቴስ ጊዛይ ዱሬይ ሳሎ ካዎቴꬅ ጌላናይሳፌ ጋሜላይ ናርፔ ሉኮራ ኣꬌꬂ ካዉያና» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”
24. 25GMVEሄሳ ሲዪዲ ኢዛ ካሊዛይቲ ዳሮ ቆፒዲ፥ «ሂስቲን ኦኒ ኣታናስ ዳንዳይዜ?» ጊዲ ዬሱሳ ኦይቺዳ።BSBBSB: When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, “Who then can be saved?”
25. 26GMVEዬሱሲካ ኢስታ ጼሊዲ፥ «ሃይሲ ኣሳ ኣቻን ዳንዳዬቴና፤ ጾሳ ኣቻን ጊዲኮ ዉሪካ ዳንዳዬቴስ» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
26. 27GMVEጴጽሮሲ ኢዛስ ዛሪዲ፥ «ኑ ኡባካ ኣጊዲ ኔና ካሊዶስ፤ ሂስቲን ሃኢ ኑ ኣይ ዴማኔ?» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: “Look,” Peter replied, “we have left everything to follow You. What then will there be for us?”
27. 28GMVEዬሱሲካ ኢስታስ፥ «ታ ኢንቴስ ቱሙ ጋይስ፤ ኣሳ ናይ ቡሮ ያና ኦራꬃ ኣላሜን ባ ቦንቾ ኣራታ ቦላ ኡቲዛ ዎዴ ኢንቴ ታና ካሊዳይቲ ታማኔ ናምኡ ኣራታታ ቦላ ኡቲዲ ታማኔ ናምኡ ኢስራኤሌ ናይታ ቦላ ፒርዳና።BSBBSB: Jesus said to them, “Truly I tell you, in the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
28. 29GMVEታ ሱንꬃ ጊሻስ ጊዲ ባ ኬꬄ፥ ባ ኢሻታ፥ ባ ሚቼታ፥ ባ ኣዋ፥ ባ ኣዮኔ ባ ናይታ፥ ዎይኮ ባ ቢታ ኣጊዛ ኣሲ ዉሪ ጼቱ ኩሼ ዳኮ ኤካና፤ ሜርና ዴኦካ ላታና።BSBBSB: And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or fields for the sake of My name will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life.
29. 30GMVEጊዶ ኣቲን ዳሮ ሲንꬄ ጊዲዳ ኣሳቲ ጉዬ ጊዳና፤ ዳሮ ጉዬን ዲዛ ኣሳቲ ሲንꬃታና።BSBBSB: But many who are first will be last, and the last will be first.
