1. 1GOFEሄꬓንꬆ ጋላስ ጋልላ ቢታን ቃና ካታማን ያጋኖይ ያጋነትስ። የሱሳ አይያ ሄ ያጋኑዋን ደአዉሱ።BSBBSB: On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there,
2. 2GOFEየሱሲካ ባ ታማረታራ እስፈ ሄ ያጋኑዋ ፄገትስ።BSBBSB: and Jesus and His disciples had also been invited to the wedding.
3. 3GOFEዎይነ ኡሻይ ዉርን፥ የሱሳ አይያ የሱሳኮ፥ “ኤንታዉ ዎይነ ኡሻይ ዉርስ” ያጋሱ።BSBBSB: When the wine ran out, Jesus’ mother said to Him, “They have no more wine.”
4. 4GOFEየሱሲ ዛሪድ፥ “ታ አየ፥ ነ ሀይሳን ገሎፓ? ታ ዎደይ ቡሮ ጋክቤና” ያግስ።BSBBSB: “Woman, what is that to you and to Me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.”
5. 5GOFEየሱሳ አይያ ኦሳንቾታኮ፥ “እ ህንተዉ ኦድያባ አይብባ ግድኮካ ኦꬅተ” ያጋሱ።BSBBSB: His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever He tells you.”
6. 6GOFEአይሁደት ባንታ ጌሾ ዎጋስ ጎኤትያ ኡሱፑን ሹቻ ባꬃት ሄ በሳን ደኦሶና። እስ እስ ባꬃይ ናምኡ ዎይኮ ሄꬑ ፁጋ ኦይኬስ።BSBBSB: Now six stone water jars had been set there for the Jewish rites of purification. Each could hold from twenty to thirty gallons.
7. 7GOFEየሱሲ ኦሳንቾታኮ፥ “ባꬃታን ሃ ኩንꬅተ” ያግስ። ኤንቲ ባꬃታስ ዶና ጋካናዉ ሃ ኩንꬅዶሶና።BSBBSB: Jesus told the servants, “Fill the jars with water.” So they filled them to the brim.
8. 8GOFEየሱሲ ኤንታኮ፥ “ሀእ ዱቅድ ያጋኑዋ አዋተꬃን ፖልሰይሳስ እምተ” ያግስ። ኤንቲ እያዉ ኤፍድ እምዶሶና።BSBBSB: “Now draw some out,” He said, “and take it to the master of the banquet.” They did so,
9. 9GOFEያጋኑዋ አዋተꬃን ፖልሰይስ ዎይነ ኡሽ ላመትዳ ሃꬃ ጋንፅ ኤክድ አዉፐ ይዳኮ ኤርቤና፥ ሽን ሃꬃ ኩንꬅዳ ኦሳንቾት ኤሮሶና። ያጋኑዋ አዋተꬃን ፖልሰይስ ማችዉ ኤከይሳ ፄግድ፥BSBBSB: and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not know where it was from, but the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside
10. 10GOFE“ኦንካ ሎኦ ዎይነ ኡሻ አሳ ኮይሮትድ ኡሼስ። ያትድ አሳይ ኡይ ካልዳፐ ጉየ፥ ቅራርያ እሜስ። ሽን ኔኒ ሎኦ ዎይነ ኡሻ ሀኖ ጋካናዉ ዎꬃ አጋዳሳ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: and said, “Everyone serves the fine wine first, and then the cheap wine after the guests are drunk. But you have saved the fine wine until now!”
11. 11GOFEየሱሲ ሀ ኮይሮ ማላታ ጋልላ ቢታን ቃና ካታማን ኦꬅስ፤ ሄሳን ባ ግታተꬃ በስስ። እያ ታማረት እያ አማንዶሶና።BSBBSB: Jesus performed this, the first of His signs, at Cana in Galilee. He thus revealed His glory, and His disciples believed in Him.
12. 12GOFEሄሳፈ ጉየ፥ የሱሲ ባ አየራ፥ ባ እሻታራነ ባ ታማረታራ እስፈ ቅፍርናሆማ ካታማ ብድ ጉꬃ ጋላስ ጋምእስ።BSBBSB: After this, He went down to Capernaum with His mother and brothers and His disciples, and they stayed there a few days.
13. 13GOFEአይሁደት ቦንችያ ፓስካ ባኣለ ጋላሳይ ማታትን የሱሲ የሩሳላመ ብስ።BSBBSB: When the Jewish Passover was near, Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
14. 14GOFEብድ ፆሳ ኬꬃን ቦራታ፥ ሚዛታ፥ ዶርሳታነ ሆለታ ባይዘይሳታነ ባንታ ኦይድያን ኡትድ ሚሸ ላመይሳታ ደምስ።BSBBSB: In the temple courts He found men selling cattle, sheep, and doves, and money changers seated at their tables.
15. 15GOFEእ ፁርቃፈ ዶቅድ አሳ ኡባ ኤንታ መሄታራ ፆሳ ኬꬃፈ ጎድድ ካረ ከስስ። ሚሸ ላመይሳታ ፃርጴዛታካ አꬅ የግድ ኤንታ ሚሽያ ላልስ።BSBBSB: So He made a whip out of cords and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle. He poured out the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables.
16. 16GOFEሆለ ባይዘይሳታ፥ “ሀ ሆለታ ሀይሳፈ ከስተ፤ ታ አዋ ኬꬃ ግያ ኦꬆፍተ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: To those selling doves He said, “Get these out of here! How dare you turn My Father’s house into a marketplace!”
17. 17GOFEእያ ታማረት ጌሻ ማፃፋን፥ “ታኒ ነ ኬꬃስ ምሸትያ ምሻይ ታና ታማዳ ፁጌስ” ጌተትድ ፃፈትዳይሳ አኬክዶሶና።BSBBSB: His disciples remembered that it is written: “Zeal for Your house will consume Me.”
18. 18GOFEሄሳፈ ጉየ፥ አይሁደት ዛሪድ፥ “ነ ሀይሳ ኦꬃናዉ ነዉ ማት ደኤይሳስ ኑና አይ ማላታ ኦꬃዳ በሳኔ?” ያግዶሶና።BSBBSB: On account of this, the Jews demanded, “What sign can You show us to prove Your authority to do these things?”
19. 19GOFEየሱሲ፥ “ሀ ፆሳ ኬꬃ ላልተ፤ ታኒ ሄꬑ ጋላሳን ዛራዳ ኬፃና” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Jesus answered, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up again.”
20. 20GOFEቃስካ አይሁደት፥ “ሀ ፆሳ ኬꬃ ኬፃናዉ ኦይታማነ ኡሱፑን ላይꬅ ኤክስ፥ ሽን ኔኒ ሄꬑ ጋላሳን ኬፃኔ?” ያግዶሶና።BSBBSB: “This temple took forty-six years to build,” the Jews replied, “and You are going to raise it up in three days?”
21. 21GOFEሽን የሱሲ ኦድያ ፆሳ ኬꬃይ ባ አሳተꬃባ።BSBBSB: But Jesus was speaking about the temple of His body.
22. 22GOFEሄሳ ግሾ፥ የሱሲ ሀይቆፐ ደንድዳፐ ጉየ እያ ታማረት እ ሄሳ ግዳይሳ አኬክዶሶና። ቃስ ኤንቲ ጌሻ ማፃፋን ፃፈትዳይሳነ የሱሲ ኦድዳይሳ አማንዶሶና።BSBBSB: After He was raised from the dead, His disciples remembered that He had said this. Then they believed the Scripture and the word that Jesus had spoken.
23. 23GOFEየሱሲ ፓስካ ቦንችያ በሳን የሩሳላመን ደእሽን፥ እ ኦꬅዳ ማላታታ በእድ ዳሮ አሳይ እያ አማንዶሶና።BSBBSB: While He was in Jerusalem at the Passover Feast, many people saw the signs He was doing and believed in His name.
24. 24GOFEሽን የሱሲ አሳ ኡባ ኤርያ ግሾ ኤንታ አማንበና።BSBBSB: But Jesus did not entrust Himself to them, for He knew them all.
25. 25GOFEአሳ ዎዛናን ደእያባ እ ባ ሁጰን ኤርያ ግሾ አሳባ ኦንካ እያዉ ኦዳና መላ ኮሽቤና።BSBBSB: He did not need any testimony about man, for He knew what was in a man.
