1. 1GOFEፓስካ ባኣለ ቦንችያ ጋላስነ ኡይꬃ ባኣለ ቦንችያ ጋላስ ጋካናዉ ናምኡ ጋላስ አትስ። ካህነ ሀላቃትነ ህገ አስታማረት አስ ኤሮና የሱሳ ኦይክድ ዎꬍያ ኦገ ኮዮሶና።BSBBSB: Now the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread were two days away, and the chief priests and scribes were looking for a covert way to arrest Jesus and kill Him.
2. 2GOFE“አሳይ ኦሽ ከሶና መላ ፓስካ ቦንችያ ጋላሳን ሄሳ ኦꬆኮ” ያግዶሶና።BSBBSB: “But not during the feast,” they said, “or there may be a riot among the people.”
3. 3GOFEየሱሲ ብታነ ካታማን ባሮ ሀርጋንቾ ግድዳ ስሞና ሶን ግብራ ቦላ ኡትዳሽን፥ እስ ማጫስያ አልባስፅሮሳ ሹቻፈ ኦሰትዳ ጵልቃፀ ኩመꬃ ናርዶሰ ጌተትያ ዳሮ አልኦ ሽቶ ኤካዳ ያሱ። ሄ ጵልቃፀ መንꬃዳ ሽቱዋ የሱሳ ሁጰን ትጋሱ።BSBBSB: While Jesus was in Bethany reclining at the table in the home of Simon the Leper, a woman came with an alabaster jar of expensive perfume, made of pure nard. She broke open the jar and poured it on Jesus’ head.
4. 4GOFEሄ በሳን ደእያ አሳፐ እሶት እሶት ሀንቀትድ፥ “ሀ ሽቶይ መላ ጮ ኢተይ አይብሴ?BSBBSB: Some of those present, however, expressed their indignation to one another: “Why this waste of perfume?
5. 5GOFEሀ ሽቱዋ ሄꬑ ፄቱ ድናረን ባይዝድ፥ ሚሽያ ማንቆታስ እማናዉ ዳንዳኤቴስ” ያግድ ባንታ ግዶን ኦደትዶሶና። ያትድ፥ ሄ ማጫስዉ ዳሮ ቦርዶሶና።BSBBSB: It could have been sold for over three hundred denarii and the money given to the poor.” And they scolded her.
6. 6GOFEሽን የሱሲ “ሀ ማጫስዉ አይኮካ ጎፕተ፤ እዮ አይስ ዋይሰቲ? እያ ታዉ ሎኦባ ኦꬃሱ።BSBBSB: But Jesus said, “Leave her alone; why are you bothering her? She has done a beautiful deed to Me.
7. 7GOFEማንቆት ኡባ ዎደ ህንተራ ደኦሶና። ህንተ ኮይዳ ዎደ አዉደካ ህንተ ኤንታ ማዳናዉ ዳንዳኤታ፥ ሽን ታኒ ኡባ ዎደ ህንተራ ደእከ።BSBBSB: The poor you will always have with you, and you can help them whenever you want. But you will not always have Me.
8. 8GOFEእያ ባ ዳንዳእዳይሳ ኦꬃሱ፤ ቃስ ታና ሞጎስ ጊግሳናዉ ካሰታዳ ሽቶ ትያሱ።BSBBSB: She has done what she could to anoint My body in advance of My burial.
9. 9GOFEታኒ ህንተዉ ቱማ ኦዳይስ፤ ሳአ ኡባን ዎንገላ ኦድያ በሳ አዉንካ፥ አሳይ እዮ አኬካና መላ ሀ እያ ኦꬅዳይስ ኦደታና” ያግስ።BSBBSB: And truly I tell you, wherever the gospel is preached in all the world, what she has done will also be told in memory of her.”
10. 10GOFEታማነ ናምኡ ታማረታፐ እሶይ አስቆሮታ ይሁዳ ጌተተይስ የሱሳ ካህነ ሀላቃታስ አꬅድ እማናዉ ኤንታኮ ብስ።BSBBSB: Then Judas Iscariot, one of the Twelve, went to the chief priests to betray Jesus to them.
11. 11GOFEኤንቲ ሄሳ ስእዳ ዎደ ኡፋይትድ፥ “ኑኒ ነዉ ሚሸ እማና” ያግዶሶና፤ ይሁድ የሱሳ አꬅድ እማናዉ እንጀ ዎደ ኮዬስ።BSBBSB: They were delighted to hear this, and they promised to give him money. So Judas began to look for an opportunity to betray Jesus.
12. 12GOFEኡይꬃ ምያ ጋላስ ቦንችያ ኮይሮ ጋላስ፥ ፓስካ ካꬃ ማናዉ ማራዘ ሹክያ ዎደ፥ የሱሳ ታማረት እያኮ፥ “ፓስካ ቦንችያ ጋላስ ኔኒ ማና ካꬃ ኑኒ አዉ ብድ ጊግስኖ?” ግድ ኦይችዶሶና።BSBBSB: On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, when the Passover lamb was to be sacrificed, Jesus’ disciples asked Him, “Where do You want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?”
13. 13GOFEየሱሲ ባ ታማረታፐ ናምአታ ሀይሳዳ ያግድ ኪትስ፦ “ካታማ ቢተ፤ ህንተ ብሽን፥ ኦቶራ ሃ ቶክዳ እስ ኡራይ ህንተራ ጋሄታና፤ እያ ካልተ።BSBBSB: So He sent two of His disciples and told them, “Go into the city, and a man carrying a jug of water will meet you. Follow him,
14. 14GOFEእ ብድ ገልያ ኬꬃ ጎዳ፥ ‘አስታማረይ ኔኮ፥ “ታኒ ታ ታማረታራ ፓስካ ማናዉ እማꬃ ክፍለይ አዉኔ?” ያጌስ’ ያግተ።BSBBSB: and whichever house he enters, say to the owner, ‘The Teacher asks: Where is My guest room, where I may eat the Passover with My disciples?’
15. 15GOFEጎዳይ ህንተና ፖቅያ ቦላ ደእያ ጊግድ ኡትዳ ዳልጋ ክፍለ በሳና፤ ሄሳን ጊግስተ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: And he will show you a large upper room, furnished and ready. Make preparations for us there.”
16. 16GOFEሄ ናምኡ ታማረት ከይድ፥ ካታማ ብዶሶና፤ የሱሲ ኤንታዉ ኦድዳይሳዳ ደምድ፥ ፓስካ ካꬅ ጊግስዶሶና።BSBBSB: So the disciples left and went into the city, where they found everything as Jesus had described. And they prepared the Passover.
17. 17GOFEሳአይ ኦማርስያ ዎደ የሱሲ ታማነ ናምኡ ታማረታራ ያ ብስ።BSBBSB: When evening came, Jesus arrived with the Twelve.
18. 18GOFEኤንቲ ኡትድ ካꬅ ምሽን፥ የሱሲ ኤንታኮ፥ “ታኒ ህንተዉ ቱማ ኦዳይስ፤ ህንተፈ እሶይ ታራ መይስ፥ ታና አꬅድ እማና” ያግስ።BSBBSB: And while they were reclining and eating, Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, one of you who is eating with Me will betray Me.”
19. 19GOFEእያ ታማረት ዳጋምድ፥ ባንታ ሁጰን ሁጰን፥ “ቱማ ታነሻ?” ያግድ እያ ኦይችዶሶና።BSBBSB: They began to be grieved and to ask Him one after another, “Surely not I?”
20. 20GOFEየሱሲ ዛሪድ፥ “ሄ ኡራይ፥ ህንተ ታማነ ናምአታፐ እሱዋ፤ እ ታራ እስፈ ቱሻናዉ ባ ኡይꬃ ሻተን የደይሳ።BSBBSB: He answered, “It is one of the Twelve—the one who is dipping his hand into the bowl with Me.
21. 21GOFEአሳ ናአይ፥ ጌሻ ማፃፋይ ሀይቃና ግዳይሳዳ ሀይቃና፥ ሽን አሳ ናአ፥ አꬅድ እምያ ኡራ አየ! ሄ ኡራይ የለቶና አትዳኮ እያዉ ሎኦሽን” ያግስ።BSBBSB: The Son of Man will go just as it is written about Him, but woe to that man by whom He is betrayed! It would be better for him if he had not been born.”
22. 22GOFEኤንቲ ምሽን፥ የሱሲ ኡይꬃ ኤክድ፥ ፆሳ ጋላትስ፤ ሄ ኡይꬃ መንꬅድ፥ ባ ታማረታስ እምሸ፥ “ሄእተ፥ ሀይስ ታ አሹዋ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: While they were eating, Jesus took bread, spoke a blessing and broke it, and gave it to the disciples, saying, “Take it; this is My body.”
23. 23GOFEፁአ ኤክድ፥ ፆሳ ጋላትድ፥ ኤንታዉ እምን ኡባይካ ሄ ፁአፐ ኡይዶሶና።BSBBSB: Then He took the cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, and they all drank from it.
24. 24GOFEየሱሲ፥ “ሀይስ ኦራꬃ ጫቁዋን ዳሮ አሳ ግሾ ጉክያ ታ ሱꬃ።BSBBSB: He said to them, “This is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many.
25. 25GOFEታኒ ህንተዉ ቱማ ኦዳይስ፤ ታኒ ፆሳ ካዎተꬃን ኦራꬃ ዎይነ ኡያና ጋላስ ጋካናዉ ዛራዳ ሀ ዎይንያፐ ኡይከ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Truly I tell you, I will no longer drink of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it anew in the kingdom of God.”
26. 26GOFEማዝሙረ የፅዳፐ ጉየ፥ ሻማሆ ዙማ ቦላ ብዶሶና።BSBBSB: And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
27. 27GOFEየሱሲ ኤንታኮ፥ “ህንተ ኡባይ ታና የግ አግድ ባቃታና፤ ጌሻ ማፃፋይ፥ “ ‘ፆሳይ ዉደ አዋ ሾጫና፥ ዶርሳት ኡባይ ላለታና’ ያጌስ።BSBBSB: Then Jesus said to them, “You will all fall away, for it is written: ‘I will strike the Shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered.’
28. 28GOFEሽን ታኒ ሀይቆፐ ደንድዳፐ ጉየ፥ ህንተፈ ስንꬃታዳ ጋልላ ባና” ያግስ።BSBBSB: But after I have risen, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.”
29. 29GOFEጰፅሮስ ዛሪድ፥ “ኤንቲ ኡባይ ነና የግ አግድ ባቃትኮካ፥ ታ ነና አግከ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Peter declared, “Even if all fall away, I never will.”
30. 30GOFEየሱሲ ጰፅሮሳኮ፥ “ታኒ ነዉ ቱማ ኦዳይስ፤ ሀች ቃማ ኩቶይ ናምኡ ቶሆ ዋሳናፐ ስን ኔኒ ታና ሄꬑ ቶሆ ካዳና” ያግስ።BSBBSB: “Truly I tell you,” Jesus replied, “this very night, before the rooster crows twice, you will deny Me three times.”
31. 31GOFEሽን ጰፅሮስ ካሰይሳፈ ምንꬅድ፥ “ታኒ ሀር አቶሽን፥ ኔራ እስፈ ሀይቅያኮካ፥ ነና ካድከ” ያግስ። ቃስ ሀራት ኡባትካ ሄሳዳ ግዶሶና።BSBBSB: But Peter kept insisting, “Even if I have to die with You, I will never deny You.” And all the others said the same thing.
32. 32GOFEጌታሰማነ ጌተትያ በሳ ብዶሶና፤ የሱሲ ባ ታማረታኮ፥ “ታኒ ፆሳ ዎሳዳ ስማና ጋካናዉ ህንተ ሀይሳን ኡትሽተ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Then they came to a place called Gethsemane, and Jesus told His disciples, “Sit here while I pray.”
33. 33GOFEየሱሲ ጰፅሮሳ፥ ያይቆባነ ዮሃንሳ ባራ ኤክድ ብስ፤ ዳሮ ዋየትስነ ኡንኤትስ።BSBBSB: He took with Him Peter, James, and John, and began to be deeply troubled and distressed.
34. 34GOFEቃስ ኤንታኮ፥ “ታኒ ሀይቃና ጋካናዉ አዛናስ፥ ሀይሳን ጋምእሽተ፤ ꬍስኮፍተ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Then He said to them, “My soul is consumed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch.”
35. 35GOFEጉꬅ ስን ሺቅድ፥ ሳአን ጉፋንድ፥ ዳንዳኤትያባ ግድኮ፥ ሄ ዋይያ ሳተይ ባፐ አꬋና መላ፥ ፆሳ ዎስስ።BSBBSB: Going a little farther, He fell to the ground and prayed that, if it were possible, the hour would pass from Him.
36. 36GOFEቃስ፥ “አባ፥ ታ አዋዉ፥ ኡባባይ ነዉ ዳንዳኤቴስ፥ ሀ ዋየ ፁኣ ታፐ ድጋ። ሽን ነ ሸነይ ሀኖፐ አትሽን፥ ታ ሸነይ ሀኖፖ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: “Abba, Father,” He said, “all things are possible for You. Take this cup from Me. Yet not what I will, but what You will.”
37. 37GOFEየሱሲ ባ ታማረታኮ ስም ይድ፥ ኤንቲ ꬍስክዳሽን ደምድ፥ ጰፅሮሳኮ፥ “ስሞና፥ ꬍስካዲ? ኔኒ እስ ሳተካ ባርካዳ ናጋናዉ ዳንዳአብኪ?BSBBSB: Then Jesus returned and found them sleeping. “Simon, are you asleep?” He asked. “Were you not able to keep watch for one hour?
38. 38GOFEፓጨን ህንተ ገሎና መላ ባርክድ ናግተነ ፆሳ ዎስተ። ህንተዉ ሎኦ አሞይ ደኤስ፥ ሽን ህንተ ዳቡራንቾ አስ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Watch and pray so that you will not enter into temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak.”
39. 39GOFEቃስካ ብድ ካሰይሳዳ ፆሳ ዎስስ።BSBBSB: Again He went away and prayed, saying the same thing.
40. 40GOFEባ ታማረታኮ ጉየ ስሚድ ያ ዎደ፥ ꬍስክዳሽን ደምስ። ኤንታ አይፍያ ꬍስኮይ ጎዝ ዎꬅዳ ግሾ፥ እያኮ አይ ኦደትያኮካ ኤሮኮና።BSBBSB: And again Jesus returned and found them sleeping, for their eyes were heavy. And they did not know what to answer Him.
41. 41GOFEሄꬓንꬆ ኤንታኮ ይድ፥ “ሀእ ጋካናዉካ ꬍስከትነ ሸምፐቲ? ህዛ፥ ግዳና፤ ሳተይ ጋክስ፤ በእተ! አሳ ናአይ፥ ናጋራንቾ አሳስ አꬍድ እመታና ዎደይ ጋክስ።BSBBSB: When Jesus returned the third time, He said, “Are you still sleeping and resting? That is enough! The hour has come. Look, the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
42. 42GOFEደንድድ የꬍተ፤ በእተ፥ ታና አꬅድ እማናይስ ጋክስ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Rise, let us go. See, My betrayer is approaching!”
43. 43GOFEየሱሲ ሄሳ ቡሮ ኦድሽን፥ ታማነ ናምኡ እያ ታማረታፐ እሶይ፥ ይሁድ፥ ኤለስድ ጋክ ዎꬍስ። ቃስ ካህነ ሀላቃት፥ ህገ አስታማረትነ ጭማት ኪትን፥ ማሻነ ፃምአ ኦይክዳ ዳሮ አሳይ እያራ እስፈ ይዶሶና።BSBBSB: While Jesus was still speaking, Judas, one of the Twelve, arrived, accompanied by a crowd armed with swords and clubs, sent from the chief priests, scribes, and elders.
44. 44GOFEየሱሳ አꬅድ እማናይስ ሄ ዳሮ አሳስ፥ “ታኒ ዬርያ ኡራይ እያ፤ እያ ኦይክድ፥ ሎይꬅ ናግድ ኤፍተ” ያግድ ማላ ኦድ ዎꬅስ።BSBBSB: Now the betrayer had arranged a signal with them: “The One I kiss is the man; arrest Him and lead Him away securely.”
45. 45GOFEይሁድ ጋክ ዎꬍዳ መላ የሱሳኮ ሺቅድ፥ “አስታማርያዉ” ያግድ የሱሳ ዬር ኤክስ።BSBBSB: Going directly to Jesus, he said, “Rabbi!” and kissed Him.
46. 46GOFEሄ ዳሮ አሳይ የሱሳ ኦይክዶሶና።BSBBSB: Then the men seized Jesus and arrested Him.
47. 47GOFEሽን ማታን ኤቅዳይሳታፐ እሶይ ባ ማሻ ሾድድ ካህነ ሀላቃ አይልያ ሾጭድ፥ እያ ሀይꬃ ቃንፅድ ሆልስ።BSBBSB: And one of the bystanders drew his sword and struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his ear.
48. 48GOFEየሱሲ ዛሪድ፥ ሄ ሺቅዳ ዳሮ አሳኮ፥ “ታና ፓንጋ ከስድ፥ ፓንጋ ኦይከይሳዳ ኦይካናዉ ማሸነ ፃምአ ኦይክድ ይደቲ?BSBBSB: Jesus asked the crowd, “Have you come out with swords and clubs to arrest Me as you would an outlaw?
49. 49GOFEታኒ ፆሳ ኬꬃን ታማርሳሸ፥ ጋላስ ጋላስ ህንተራ ደእያ ዎደ ታና ኦይክቤከታ፥ ሽን ጌሻ ማፃፋይ ግዳይስ ፖለታናዉ በሴስ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Every day I was with you, teaching in the temple courts, and you did not arrest Me. But this has happened that the Scriptures would be fulfilled.”
50. 50GOFEእያ ታማረት ኡባይ እያ የግ አግድ ባቃትዶሶና።BSBBSB: Then everyone deserted Him and fled.
51. 51GOFEላፃና ፃላላ ማእዳ እስ ናአተꬃ ኡራይ የሱሳ ካለይሳ አሳይ ኦይክስ።BSBBSB: One young man who had been following Jesus was wearing a linen cloth around his body. They caught hold of him,
52. 52GOFEሽን ሄ ኡራይ ላፃና የግ አግድ፥ ፅረ ካሎ ባቃትስ።BSBBSB: but he pulled free of the linen cloth and ran away naked.
53. 53GOFEአሳይ የሱሳ ካህነ ሀላቃ ሶ ኤፍዶሶና። ያን ካህነ ሀላቃት፥ ጭማትነ ህገ አስታማረት ሺቅድ ደኦሶና።BSBBSB: They led Jesus away to the high priest, and all the chief priests, elders, and scribes assembled.
54. 54GOFEጰፅሮስ ካህነ ሀላቃ ዛባ ጋካናዉ ሃሆን እያ ካል ብድ ያን ናገይሳታራ ኡትድ ታማ ካዬስ።BSBBSB: Peter followed Him at a distance, right into the courtyard of the high priest. And he sat with the officers and warmed himself by the fire.
55. 55GOFEካህነ ሀላቃትነ ሺቅዳ አሳ ኡባይ የሱሳ ዎꬋናዉ እያ ቦላ ማርካ ኮይዶሶና፥ ሽን አይኮካ ደምቦኮና።BSBBSB: Now the chief priests and the whole Sanhedrin were seeking testimony against Jesus to put Him to death, but they did not find any.
56. 56GOFEዳሮ አሳት እያ ቦላ ዎርዶ ማርካትዶሶና፥ ሽን ኤንታ ማርካተꬃይ እስኖ ግድቤና።BSBBSB: For many bore false witness against Jesus, but their testimony was inconsistent.
57. 57GOFEእስ እስ አሳት ደንድ ኤቅድ የሱሳ ቦላ፥ “እ፥ ‘ታኒ አስ ኬፅዳ ሀ ፆሳ ኬꬃ ላላዳ፥ አሳ ኩሸን ኬፀትቦና ሀራ ፆሳ ኬꬃ ሄꬑ ጋላሳ ግዶን ኬፃና’ ግሽን ኑኒ ስእዳ” ያግድ ዎርዶ ማርካትዶሶና።BSBBSB: Then some men stood up and testified falsely against Him:
58. 59GOFEግዶሽን፥ ኤንታ ማርካተꬃይ ሄሳንካ እስኖ ግድቤና።BSBBSB: But even their testimony was inconsistent.
59. 60GOFEካህነ ሀላቃይ አሳ ኡባ ስንꬃን ደንድ ኤቅድ፥ “ሀይሳቲ ነና ሞትያ ሞቱዋስ ነ ዛርያባይ ባዌ?” ያግድ የሱሳ ኦይችስ።BSBBSB: So the high priest stood up before them and questioned Jesus, “Have You no answer? What are these men testifying against You?”
60. 61GOFEሽን የሱሲ ስእ ግስ፤ አይኮካ ዛርቤና። ካህነ ሀላቃይ፥ “አንጀትዳ ፆሳ ናአይ፥ ክርስቶስ ነነዬ?” ያግድ ዛር ኦይችስ።BSBBSB: But Jesus remained silent and made no reply. Again the high priest questioned Him, “Are You the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One?”
61. 62GOFEየሱሲ ዛሪድ፥ “ኤ ታና፥ ህንተ አሳ ናአይ፥ ዎልቃማ ፆሳፈ ኡሻቻ ባጋራ ኡትዳሽን ቃስ ሳሉዋ ሻራራ ይሽን በአና” ያግስ።BSBBSB: “I am,” said Jesus, “and you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power and coming with the clouds of heaven.”
62. 63GOFEካህነ ሀላቃይ ባ ማኡዋ ፔꬍድ፥ “ኑና ሀራ ማርካ አይ ኮሺ?BSBBSB: At this, the high priest tore his clothes and declared, “Why do we need any more witnesses?
63. 64GOFEህንተ እያ ጫሻ ስእደታ፤ ህንተ ቆፋይ አይቤ?” ያግስ። ኤንቲ ኡባይ፥ “እ ሀይቃናዉ በሴስ” ያግድ እያ ቦላ ፕርድዶሶና።BSBBSB: You have heard the blasphemy. What is your verdict?” And they all condemned Him as deserving of death.
64. 65GOFEኤንታፈ እሶት እሶት እያ ቦላ ጩተꬅ ኦይክዶሶና። እያ አይፍያ ጎዝድ ባቅሸ፥ “ነና ደችዳይ ኦኔ? አነ ኑስ ኦዳ!” ያግዶሶና። ናገይሳት እያ ኤክ ኤፍድ ጋራፍዶሶና።BSBBSB: Then some of them began to spit on Him. They blindfolded Him, struck Him with their fists, and said to Him, “Prophesy!” And the officers received Him with slaps in His face.
65. 66GOFEጰፅሮስ ካህነ ሀላቃ ዛባን ጋርሳ ባጋራ ደእሽን፥ ካህነ ሀላቃ ጋꬍንዶታፐ እስንያ ያ ያሱ።BSBBSB: While Peter was in the courtyard below, one of the servant girls of the high priest came down
66. 67GOFEጰፅሮስ ታማ ካየይሳ ደማዳ፥ ትሽ ኦꬃ ፄላዳ፥ “ነካ ናዝረተ የሱሳራ ደኣሳ” ያጋሱ።BSBBSB: and saw him warming himself there. She looked at Peter and said, “You also were with Jesus the Nazarene.”
67. 68GOFEሽን ጰፅሮስ፥ “ነ ገይስ አይበኮ ታ ኤርከ፥ ታዉ አኬከተና” ያግድ ካድስ። ያግ ስሚድ፥ ዛጎ ከይያ ዎደ ኢራካ ኩቶይ ዋስስ።BSBBSB: But he denied it. “I do not know or even understand what you are talking about,” he said. Then he went out to the gateway, and the rooster crowed.
68. 69GOFEሄ ጋꬍንድያ ጰፅሮሳ በአዳ፥ እያ ማታን ኤቅዳ አሳታኮ፥ “ሀ ኡራይካ ኤንታራ ደኤስ” ጋዳ ዛራ ኦዳሱ።BSBBSB: There the servant girl saw him and again said to those standing nearby, “This man is one of them.”
69. 70GOFEሽን ጰፅሮስ ቃስካ ካድስ። ጉꬁ ጋምእሽን፥ ማታን ኤቅዳ አሳት ናምአንꬆ ጰፅሮሳኮ፥ “ኔኒ ጋልላ ቢታ አስ ግድያ ግሾ ቱማ ኤንታራ ደኣሳ” ያግዶሶና።BSBBSB: But he denied it again. After a little while, those standing nearby said once more to Peter, “Surely you are one of them, for you too are a Galilean.”
70. 71GOFEሽን ጰፅሮስ፥ “ታኒ ህንተ ግያ ኡራ ኤርከ!” ያግድ ባና ባደꬅነ ጫቆ ኦይክስ።BSBBSB: But he began to curse and swear, “I do not know this man of whom you speak!”
71. 72GOFEኤለስድ ኩቶይ ናምአንꬆ ዋስ አግስ። ጰፅሮስ፥ የሱሲ እያኮ፥ “ኔኒ ኩቶይ ናምኡ ቶሆ ዋሳናፐ ስን ሄꬑ ቶሆ ታና ካዳና” ግዳይሳ አኬክድ ዳሮ ዬክስ።BSBBSB: And immediately the rooster crowed a second time. Then Peter remembered the word that Jesus had spoken to him: “Before the rooster crows twice, you will deny Me three times.” And he broke down and wept.
