1. 1GOFEየሱሲ ሄሳ ኦድ ኦንግዳፐ ጉየ፥ ጋልላፐ ደንድድ ዮርዳኖሰ ሻፋፐ ሄፍንꬃን ደእያ ይሁዳ ቢታ ብስ።BSBBSB: When Jesus had finished saying these things, He left Galilee and went into the region of Judea beyond the Jordan.
2. 2GOFEዳሮ አሳይ እያ ካልድ ብን ኤንታ ግዶፈ ሀርጋንቾታ ፓꬅስ።BSBBSB: Large crowds followed Him, and He healed them there.
3. 3GOFEፋርሳወት እያ ፓጫናዉ ኮይድ እያኮ ይድ፥ “እስ አስ አይ ጋሶንካ ባ ማችዉ የዳናዉ በሲ?” ያግድ ኦይችዶሶና።BSBBSB: Then some Pharisees came and tested Him by asking, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any reason?”
4. 4GOFEየሱሲ ዛሪድ፥ “ፆሳይ ኮይሮ አደነ ማጫስ ኦꬅ መꬍዳይሳ ህንተ ናባብበከቲ?BSBBSB: Jesus answered, “Have you not read that from the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’
5. 5GOFE‘ሄሳ ግሾ፥ እስ አስ ባ አዋነ ባ አይዉ አግድ ባ ማቸራ እስኖ ግዴስ፥ ናምአይካ እስ አሾ ግዶሶና።’BSBBSB: and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’?
6. 6GOFEሄሳ ግሾ፥ ኤንቲ እስ አስ ግዶሶናፐ አትሽን፥ ናምኡ አስ ግዶኮና። ህዛ፥ ፆሲ ቃችዳይሳ አስ ሻኮፎ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate.”
7. 7GOFEፋርሳወት፥ “ያትን፥ ሙሰይ እስ አስ አንጆ ዎርቃተ እምድ የዳና መላ አይስ ኪትዴ?” ያግድ ኦይችዶሶና።BSBBSB: “Why then,” they asked, “did Moses order a man to give his wife a certificate of divorce and send her away?”
8. 8GOFEየሱሲ ዛሪድ፥ “ህንተ፥ ህንተ ማቸታ የዳና መላ ሙሰይ ህንተና ኪትዳይ፥ ህንተ ዎዛና ምኖተꬃ ግሾፐ አትሽን፥ ኮይሮፐ ሄሳ መላ ግደና።BSBBSB: Jesus replied, “Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because of your hardness of heart. But it was not this way from the beginning.
9. 9GOFEታ ህንተዉ ኦዳይስ፤ ባ ማችያ ላይማቶና ደእሽን የድድ ሀራ ኤክያ ኦንካ ላሜስ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Now I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.”
10. 10GOFEእያ ታማረት እያኮ፥ “አዝናባይነ ማችባይ ሄሳ መላ ግድኮ ኤኮ ገሎይ አትኮ ሎኦ” ያግዶሶና።BSBBSB: His disciples said to Him, “If this is the case between a man and his wife, it is better not to marry.”
11. 11GOFEየሱሲ ዛሪድ፥ “ሄሳ መላ ትምርተይ ፆሳይ ዳንዳአ እምዳይሳታሳፈ አትሽን፥ አሳ ኡባሳ ግደና።BSBBSB: “Not everyone can accept this word,” He replied, “but only those to whom it has been given.
12. 12GOFEህዛ፥ የለትሸ ሹፋ ግድድ የለትዳይሳት ደኦሶና፥ ቃስ አስ ቃራትዳይሳት ደኦሶና፥ ቃስ ሳሎ ካዎተꬃ ግሾ ግድ ባንታና ሹፋይዳይሳት ደኦሶና። ሄሳ ግሾ፥ ሀይሳ ኤካናዉ ዳንዳእያ ኦንካ ኤኮ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: For there are eunuchs who were born that way; others were made that way by men; and still others live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.”
13. 13GOFEየሱሲ ባ ኩሽያ ጉꬃ ናይታ ቦላ ዎꬅድ ኤንታዉ ዎሳና መላ እስ እስ አሳይ ናይታ እያኮ ኤህዶሶና። ሽን እያ ታማረት አሳ ሀንቀትዶሶና።BSBBSB: Then little children were brought to Jesus for Him to place His hands on them and pray for them. And the disciples rebuked those who brought them.
14. 14GOFEሽን የሱሲ፥ “ፆሳ ካዎተꬃይ ሀይሳታ መላሳ ግድያ ግሾ፥ ጉꬃ ናይት ታኮ የይሳ ድጎፍተ፤ ዮ ጊተ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
15. 15GOFEባ ኩሽያ ኤንታ ቦላ ዎꬅዳፐ ጉየ ሄ በሳፈ አግድ ብስ።BSBBSB: And after He had placed His hands on them, He went on from there.
16. 16GOFEእስ ጋላስ እስ ኡራይ የሱሳኮ ይድ፥ “አስታማርያዉ፥ ታኒ መርና ደኦ ደማናዉ አይ ሎኦባ ኦꬆ?” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Just then a man came up to Jesus and inquired, “Teacher, what good thing must I do to obtain eternal life?”
17. 17GOFEየሱሲ እያኮ፥ “ሎኦባ ነ ታና አይስ ኦይቻይ? እስ ፆሳፈ አትሽን፥ ሀር ሎኦይ ባዋ። ሽን ኔኒ መርና ደኡዋ ኤካናዉ ኮይኮ ኪታታ ናጋ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: “Why do you ask Me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.”
18. 18GOFEኡራይ ዛሪድ፥ “አዉሳ ኪታታ” ያግድ ኦይችስ። የሱሲ ዛሪድ፥ “ዎꬎፓ፥ ላይማቶፓ፥ ካይሶቶፓ፥ ዎርዶ ማርካቶፋ፥BSBBSB: “Which ones?” the man asked. Jesus answered, “‘Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not bear false witness,
19. 19GOFEነ አዋነ ነ አይዉ ቦንቻ፥ ነ ሾሩዋ ነ ሁጰዳ ዶሳ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: honor your father and mother, and love your neighbor as yourself.’”
20. 20GOFEሄ ናአተꬃይ፥ “ታኒ ሀይሳታ ኡባ ናአተꬃፈ ዶማዳ ናጋስ። ያትን፥ ሀር ታዉ ፓጭያባይ አይቤ?” ያግድ ኦይችስ።BSBBSB: “All these I have kept,” said the young man. “What do I still lack?”
21. 21GOFEየሱሲ ዛሪድ፥ “ኔኒ ፖሎ ግዳናዉ ኮይኮ ባዳ ነዉ ደእያባ ባይዛዳ ማንቆታስ እማ፤ ኔኒ ሳሎን ዱረታና። ያታ ስማ ያዳ ታና ካላ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Jesus told him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow Me.”
22. 22GOFEሽን ሄ ናአተꬃ ኡራይ ዳሮ ዱረ ግድያ ግሾ፥ ሄሳ ስእዳ ዎደ አዛንሸ አግድ ብስ።BSBBSB: When the young man heard this, he went away in sorrow, because he had great wealth.
23. 23GOFEሄሳፈ ጉየ፥ የሱሲ ባ ታማረታ፥ “ታኒ ህንተዉ ቱማ ኦዳይስ፤ ዱረይ ሳሎ ካዎተꬅ ገላናይስ ዳሮ መቶ።BSBBSB: Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Truly I tell you, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.
24. 24GOFEዱረ አስ ፆሳ ካዎተꬃ ገላናይሳፈ ግማለይ ናርፐ ሉሆራ አይስ ካዉዬስ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”
25. 25GOFEየሱሳ ታማረት ሄሳ ስእድ ማላለትድ፥ “ያትን፥ ኦን አታናዉ ዳንዳኢ?” ያግድ ኦይችዶሶና።BSBBSB: When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, “Who then can be saved?”
26. 26GOFEየሱሲ ኤንታ ጫድ ፄልድ፥ “ሀይስ አሳስ ዳንዳኤተና፥ ሽን ፆሳስ ኡባይ ዳንዳኤቴስ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
27. 27GOFEጰፅሮስ ዛሪድ፥ “ኑኒ ኡባባ አግድ ነና ካልዳ። ያትን፥ ኑኒ አይ ደማኔ?” ያግስ።BSBBSB: “Look,” Peter replied, “we have left everything to follow You. What then will there be for us?”
28. 28GOFEየሱሲ ኤንታኮ ሀይሳዳ ያግስ፦ “ታኒ ህንተዉ ቱማ ኦዳይስ፤ አሳ ናአይ ያና አላምያን ባ ቦንቾ አራታን ኡትያ ዎደ ህንተ ታማነ ናምአት፥ ታና ካልዳይሳት፥ ታማነ ናምኡ አራታን ኡትድ ታማነ ናምኡ እስራኤለ ዘረꬃታ ቦላ ፕርዳና።BSBBSB: Jesus said to them, “Truly I tell you, in the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
29. 29GOFEታ ሱንꬃ ግሾ ኬ ዎይኮ እሻታ ዎይኮ ምቸታ ዎይኮ አዋ ዎይኮ አይዉ ዎይኮ ናይታ ዎይኮ ጋዴ አግዳይ ኦንካ ፄቱ ኩሸ ኤካና። ቃስ መርና ደኡዋካ ኤካና።BSBBSB: And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or fields for the sake of My name will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life.
30. 30GOFEሽን ዳሮት ሀእ ደꬃን ስን ግድዳይሳት ጉየ ግዳና፥ ቃስ ጉየ ግድዳይሳት ስን ግዳና” ያግስ።BSBBSB: But many who are first will be last, and the last will be first.
