2 HGLT उसके लिये यही सही होगा कि यदि एक चक्की का पाट उसके गले में लटकाया जाए और उसे समुद्र में फेंक दिया जाए बजाए इसके कि वह इन छोटों में से किसी एक को फन्दे में फँसाए। BSB BSB: It would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and to be thrown into the sea than to cause one of these little ones to stumble.
3 HGLT अपने विषय में सचेत रहो। यदि तेरा भाई पाप करता है, तो उसे फटकार दे; और यदि वह पश्चाताप करता है, तो उसे क्षमा कर। BSB BSB: Watch yourselves. If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.
4 HGLT और यदि दिन भर में वह सात बार तेरे विरोध में पाप करता है, और सातों बार तेरे पास लौट कर, कहता है,‘मैं पछताता हूँ,’ तो तू उसे क्षमा कर देना।” BSB BSB: Even if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times returns to say, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive him.”
5 HGLT और उन प्रेरितों ने प्रभु से कहा,“हमारे विश्वास को बढ़ा।” BSB BSB: The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!”
6 HGLT अतः प्रभु ने कहा,“यदि तुम्हारा विश्वास एक राई के दाने के समान भी होता, तो तुम इस शहतूत के पेड़ से कहते,‘जड़ से उखड़ जा, और समुद्र में जा लग,’ और वह तुम्हारी सुन लेता। BSB BSB: And the Lord answered, “If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you.
7 HGLT परन्तु तुम में से ऐसा कौन है, जिसका दास हल जोतता या भेड़ों की देखरेख करता हो, और जब वह खेत से आए, तो वह उससे कहे,‘तुरन्त आकर भोजन करने को बैठ जा’? BSB BSB: Which of you whose servant comes in from plowing or shepherding in the field will say to him, ‘Come at once and sit down to eat’?
8 HGLT बजाए इसके, क्या वह उससे ऐसा न कहेगा,‘कुछ तैयार कर कि मैं खाऊँ और, जब मैं खाऊँ और पीऊँ, तो अपनी कमर बाँधकर मेरी सेवा कर, और इन सब के पश्चात तू खा और पी लेना’? BSB BSB: Instead, won’t he tell him, ‘Prepare my meal and dress yourself to serve me while I eat and drink, and afterward you may eat and drink’?
9 HGLT वह उस दास के प्रति कृतज्ञता इसलिए नहीं रखेगा क्योंकि उसने आदेश दिए गए कामों को किया था, क्या रखेगा? BSB BSB: Does he thank the servant because he did what he was told?

11 HGLT और ऐसा हुआ कि यरूशलेम को जाते हुए वह सामरिया और गलील प्रदेश के मध्य में से होकर जा रहा था। BSB BSB: While Jesus was on His way to Jerusalem, He was passing between Samaria and Galilee.
12 HGLT और जब उसने किसी गाँव में प्रवेश किया, तो उसे दस पुरुष मिले जो कोढ़ी थे और जो दूर ही खड़े हुए थे BSB BSB: As He entered one of the villages, He was met by ten lepers. They stood at a distance
13 HGLT और उन्होंने यह कहते हुए अपने स्वर को ऊँचा किया,“हे यीशु, हे स्वामी, हम पर दया कर।” BSB BSB: and raised their voices, shouting, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”

16 HGLT और वह उसके पाँवों पर मुँह के बल गिरकर, उसका धन्यवाद करने लगा। और वह एक सामरी था। BSB BSB: He fell facedown at Jesus’ feet in thanksgiving to Him—and he was a Samaritan.
17 HGLT तब उत्तर देते हुए, यीशु ने कहा,“क्या दसों शुद्ध न हुए थे? परन्तु नौ कहाँ हैं? BSB BSB: “Were not all ten cleansed?” Jesus asked. “Where then are the other nine?
18 HGLT क्या इस परदेशी को छोड़ वे परमेश्वर की बड़ाई करने के लिये लौटते नहीं पाए गए?” BSB BSB: Was no one found except this foreigner to return and give glory to God?”
19 HGLT और उसने उससे कहा,“उठ, और चला जा। तेरे विश्वास ने तुझे बचा लिया है।” BSB BSB: Then Jesus said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well!”
20 HGLT और फरीसियों के द्वारा पूछे जाने पर कि परमेश्वर का राज्य कब आएगा, तो उसने उनको उत्तर दिया और कहा,“परमेश्वर का राज्य अवलोकन के साथ नहीं आ रहा है। BSB BSB: When asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God will not come with observable signs.

22 HGLT फिर उसने चेलों से कहा,“ऐसे दिन आएँगे जिनमें तुम मनुष्य के पुत्र के दिनों में से एक को देखने की इच्छा करोगे, परन्तु तुम उसे नहीं देखने पाओगे। BSB BSB: Then He said to the disciples, “The time is coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it.
23 HGLT और वे तुम से कहेंगे,‘देखो, वहाँ है!’ या‘देखो, यहाँ है!’ बाहर नहीं निकलना या उनके पीछे मत भागना, BSB BSB: People will tell you, ‘Look, there He is!’ or ‘Look, here He is!’ Do not go out or chase after them.
24 HGLT क्योंकि जिस प्रकार से आकाश में एक जगह पर बिजली कौंधकर आकाश में ही किसी दूसरी जगह पर चमकती है, वैसे ही मनुष्य का पुत्र भी होगा। BSB BSB: For just as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other, so will be the Son of Man in His day.
25 HGLT परन्तु सबसे पहले उसके लिए बहुत बातों में दुःख उठाना और इस पीढ़ी के लोगों के द्वारा अस्वीकार किया जाना आवश्यक है। BSB BSB: But first He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.
26 HGLT और जैसा यह नूह के दिनों में हुआ था, वैसा ही यह मनुष्य के पुत्र के दिनों में भी होगा। BSB BSB: Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man:
27 HGLT वे खा रहे थे, वे पी रहे थे, वे विवाह कर रहे थे, वे विवाह में दिए जा रहे थे— जिस दिन तक नूह ने जहाज में प्रवेश न किया और जलप्रलय ने आकर उन सब को नाश न किया। BSB BSB: People were eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.
28 HGLT उसी प्रकार से, जैसे यह लूत के दिनों में घटित हुआ था— वे खा रहे थे, वे पी रहे थे, वे खरीद रहे थे, वे बेच रहे थे, वे बो रहे थे, वे बना रहे थे। BSB BSB: It was the same in the days of Lot: People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building.
29 HGLT परन्तु जिस दिन लूत सदोम से बाहर निकला, आकाश से आग और गन्धक बरसी और उन सब को नाश कर दिया। BSB BSB: But on the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.
30 HGLT मनुष्य के पुत्र के प्रकट होने के दिन यह इन बातों के अनुसार ही होगा। BSB BSB: It will be just like that on the day the Son of Man is revealed.
31 HGLT उस दिन, जो घर की छत पर हो और उसका सामान घर में हो, तो वह उसे लेने को न उतरे; और जो खेत में हो, उसी प्रकार से वह भी पीछे छूट गई बातों की ओर न पलटे। BSB BSB: On that day, let no one on the housetop come down to retrieve his possessions. Likewise, let no one in the field return for anything he has left behind.
32 HGLT लूत की पत्नी को स्मरण रखो। BSB BSB: Remember Lot’s wife!
33 HGLT जो कोई अपना प्राण बचाने की खोज में रहे तो वह उसे खोएगा, परन्तु जो कोई उसे खोएगा वह उसे बचा लेगा। BSB BSB: Whoever tries to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will preserve it.
34 HGLT मैं तुम से कहता हूँ, उस रात दो जन एक खाट पर होंगे। एक को ले लिया जाएगा, और दूसरे को छोड़ दिया जाएगा। BSB BSB: I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed: one will be taken and the other left.
35 HGLT दो जन एक स्थान पर चक्की पीसते होंगे। एक को ले लिया जाएगा, परन्तु दूसरे को छोड़ दिया जाएगा।” BSB BSB: Two women will be grinding grain together: one will be taken and the other left.”
36 HGLT दो जन खेत में होंगे; एक को ले लिया जाएगा, और दूसरे को छोड़ दिया जाएगा। BSB BSB: Not in the BSB
37 HGLT और उत्तर देते हुए, उन्होंने उससे पूछा,“हे प्रभु, यह कहाँ होगा?” अतः उसने उनसे कहा,“जहाँ लोथ है, वहाँ गिद्ध भी तो एक साथ इकट्ठे होंगे।” BSB BSB: “Where, Lord?” they asked. Jesus answered, “Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.”
