1 HGLT भाइयों, मेरे हृदय की भली प्रसन्नता और परमेश्वर से मेरी प्रार्थना उनकी ओर से उद्धार के लिये{ है}। BSB BSB: Brothers, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is for their salvation.
2 HGLT क्योंकि मैं उनके विषय में गवाही देता हूँ कि उनमें परमेश्वर की धुन तो है, परन्तु पूर्ण ज्ञान के अनुसार नहीं। BSB BSB: For I testify about them that they are zealous for God, but not on the basis of knowledge.
3 HGLT क्योंकि परमेश्वर की धार्मिकता के विषय में न जानकर, और अपनी धार्मिकता को स्थापित करने की खोज करके, उन्होंने स्वयं को परमेश्वर की धार्मिकता के अधीन नहीं किया। BSB BSB: Because they were ignorant of God’s righteousness and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.
4 HGLT क्योंकि मसीह हर एक के लिये जो विश्वास करता है धार्मिकता के लिये व्यवस्था की परिपूर्णता{ है}। BSB BSB: For Christ is the end of the law, to bring righteousness to everyone who believes.
5 HGLT क्योंकि मूसा ने उस धार्मिकता के{ विषय में} जो व्यवस्था से मिलती{ है} यह लिखा है:“जिस व्यक्ति ने इन कामों को कर लिया वह इनके द्वारा जीवित रहेगा।” BSB BSB: For concerning the righteousness that is by the law, Moses writes: “The man who does these things will live by them.”
6 HGLT परन्तु विश्वास के द्वारा मिलने वाली धार्मिकता इस प्रकार कहती है,“अपने हृदय में यह न कहना कि,‘स्वर्ग पर कौन चढ़ेगा?’”(अर्थात्, मसीह को नीचे लाने के लिये); BSB BSB: But the righteousness that is by faith says: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ (that is, to bring Christ down)
7 HGLT या,“अधोलोक में कौन उतरेगा?”(अर्थात्, मसीह को मरे हुओं में से ऊपर लाने के लिये)। BSB BSB: or, ‘Who will descend into the Abyss?’ (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).”
8 HGLT परन्तु वह क्या कहती है?“वचन तेरे निकट है, तेरे मुँह में और तेरे हृदय में है।” यह विश्वास का वचन है, जिसका हम प्रचार करते हैं। BSB BSB: But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming:
9 HGLT क्योंकि यदि तू अपने मुँह से अंगीकार करे कि,“यीशु प्रभु{ है},” और अपने हृदय में विश्वास करे कि परमेश्वर ने उसे मरे हुओं में से जिलाया, तो तू बचाया जाएगा। BSB BSB: that if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 HGLT क्योंकि धार्मिकता के लिये कोई व्यक्ति हृदय से विश्वास करता है, और उद्धार के लिये कोई व्यक्ति मुँह से अंगीकार करता है। BSB BSB: For with your heart you believe and are justified, and with your mouth you confess and are saved.
11 HGLT क्योंकि पवित्रशास्त्र कहता है,“हर कोई जो उस पर विश्वास करता है वह लज्जित नहीं होगा।” BSB BSB: It is just as the Scripture says: “Anyone who believes in Him will never be put to shame.”
12 HGLT क्योंकि यहूदियों और यूनानियों में कोई भेद नहीं है; क्योंकि सब का प्रभु एक ही{ है}, और उन सब के लिये धनी है जो उसे पुकारते हैं। BSB BSB: For there is no difference between Jew and Greek: The same Lord is Lord of all, and gives richly to all who call on Him,
14 HGLT फिर जिस पर उन्होंने विश्वास नहीं किया वे{ उसको} कैसे पुकारेंगे? और जिसको उन्होंने नहीं सुना वे{ उस पर} कैसे विश्वास करेंगे? और किसी के प्रचार किए बिना वे कैसे सुनेंगे? BSB BSB: How then can they call on the One in whom they have not believed? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone to preach?
15 HGLT और जब तक वे भेजे न जाएँ, तो वे कैसे प्रचार करेंगे? जैसे कि यह लिखा है,“उनके पाँव कितने सुंदर{ हैं}, जो भली बातों{ का} शुभ समाचार सुनाते हैं!” BSB BSB: And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
16 HGLT परन्तु उन सब ने उस सुसमाचार का पालन नहीं किया। क्योंकि यशायाह कहता है,“प्रभु, हमारे समाचार पर किसने विश्वास किया है?” BSB BSB: But not all of them welcomed the good news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?”
17 HGLT अत: यह विश्वास सुनने के द्वारा{ है}, और यह सुनना मसीह के वचन के माध्यम से है। BSB BSB: Consequently, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
18 HGLT परन्तु मैं कहता हूँ,“क्या उन्होंने निश्चित रूप से नहीं सुना?” हाँ, सचमुच।“उनके स्वर सारी पृथ्वी पर, और उनके शब्द जगत के अन्त तक चले गए हैं।” BSB BSB: But I ask, did they not hear? Indeed they did: “Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.”
19 HGLT परन्तु मैं कहता हूँ,“क्या इस्राएल ने निश्चित रूप से नहीं जाना?” पहले तो मूसा कहता है,“मैं स्वयं तुम्हें एक गैर- राष्ट्र के द्वारा ईर्ष्या के लिये उकसाऊँगा; मैं तुम्हें एक बुद्धिहीन राष्ट्र के माध्यम के द्वारा क्रोध के लिये उकसाऊँगा।” BSB BSB: I ask instead, did Israel not understand? First, Moses says: “I will make you jealous by those who are not a nation; I will make you angry by a nation without understanding.”
20 HGLT अब यशायाह बहुत साहसी हो गया है, और वह कहता है,“जो मुझे ढूँढ़ नहीं रहे थे उनके द्वारा मुझे पा लिया गया; और जो मेरे लिये पूछ नहीं रहे थे उन पर मैं प्रकट हो गया।” BSB BSB: And Isaiah boldly says: “I was found by those who did not seek Me; I revealed Myself to those who did not ask for Me.”
21 HGLT परन्तु इस्राएल से वह कहता है“मैं सारे दिन अनाज्ञाकारी और विरोधाभासी लोगों की ओर अपने हाथ फैलाए रहा।” BSB BSB: But as for Israel he says: “All day long I have held out My hands to a disobedient and obstinate people.”
