Ezekiel 21 (IEV)

3उससे कह,‘यहोवा कहते हैं: मैं तुम्हारे विरोध में हूँ, और ऐसा होगा जैसे मैं अपनी तलवार को म्यान से खींच कर तुम्हारे बीच के धर्मी और दुष्ट दोनों लोगों को मार डालूँगा!and tell her that this is what the LORD says: ‘I am against you, and I will draw My sword from its sheath and cut off from you both the righteous and the wicked.

6इसलिए, हे मनुष्य के पुत्र, चिल्ला! इस्राएली लोगों के सामने निराशा और दुख के साथ चिल्ला।But you, son of man, groan! Groan before their eyes with a broken heart and bitter grief.

Every heart will melt, and every hand will go limp. Every spirit will faint, and every knee will turn to water.’ Yes, it is coming and it will surely happen, declares the Lord GOD.”

9“हे मनुष्य के पुत्र, भविष्यद्वाणी कर और उनसे कह,‘यहोवा कहते हैं: मैं अपनी तलवार को धार लगाऊँगा और इसे चमकाऊँगा।“Son of man, prophesy and tell them that this is what the Lord says: ‘A sword, a sword, sharpened and polished—

Should we rejoice in the scepter of My son? The sword despises every such stick.

11इसलिए मैं तलवार को चमकाऊँगा, और सही व्यक्ति तब इसे अपने हाथ में पकड़ेगा। अब यह तेज है; अब यह चमकती है, मारने वाले के उपयोग करने के लिए तैयार!The sword is appointed to be polished, to be grasped in the hand. It is sharpened and polished, to be placed in the hand of the slayer.

They are tossed to the sword with My people; therefore strike your thigh.

17तब मैं अपने हाथों से विजय की तालियाँ बजाऊँगा; तब मैं और क्रोध में नहीं रहूँगा। यह निश्चय ही होगा क्योंकि मुझ, यहोवा, ने यह कहा है।”I too will strike My hands together, and I will satisfy My wrath.’ I, the LORD, have spoken.”

19“हे मनुष्य के पुत्र, बाबेल के राजा के लिए अपनी सेना के साथ चलने के नक्शे पर दो सड़कें बना। जब वे अपने देश से निकलते हैं, तो वे एक दिशासूचक के पास आएँगे जहाँ से एक ही सड़क उन दो सड़कों में विभाजित होगी।“Now you, son of man, mark out two roads for the sword of the king of Babylon to take, both starting from the same land. And make a signpost where the road branches off to each city.

20यदि वे उन सड़कों में से एक को लेते हैं, तो वे अम्मोन जाति की राजधानी रब्बाह शहर पर आक्रमण करेंगे। यदि वे दूसरी सड़क लेते हैं, तो वे यहूदा और यरूशलेम आएँगे, एक ऐसा शहर जिसके चारों ओर दीवारें हैं।Mark out one road for the sword to come against Rabbah of the Ammonites, and another against Judah into fortified Jerusalem.

25साथ ही, यहूदा के राजा से कहो,‘तू इस्राएल का बहुत दुष्ट राजा है, यह तेरे मरने का समय है। यही समय है कि यहोवा तुझे दण्ड दें।’And you, O profane and wicked prince of Israel, the day has come for your final punishment.’

Things will not remain as they are: Exalt the lowly and bring low the exalted.

And it will not be restored until the arrival of Him to whom it belongs, to whom I have assigned the right of judgment.’

A sword is drawn for slaughter, polished to consume, to flash like lightning—

In the place where you were created, in the land of your origin, I will judge you.

31मैं उन पर अपना दण्ड उण्डेल दूँगा। क्योंकि मैं उनसे बहुत क्रोधित हूँ, मेरी साँस उन्हें आग के समान झुलसा देगी। मैं क्रूर पुरुषों को उन्हें पकड़ने की अनुमति दूँगा, ऐसे पुरुष जो लोगों की हत्या करने में निपुर्ण हैं।I will pour out My anger upon you; I will breathe the fire of My fury against you; I will hand you over to brutal men, skilled in destruction.

32वे ईंधन के समान होंगे जो आग में डाला जाता है। उनका खून उनके अपने ही देश में बह जाएगा। कोई भी अब उन्हें स्मरण नहीं रखेगा। निश्चय यही होगा क्योंकि मुझ, यहोवा, ने यह कहा है।”You will be fuel for the fire. Your blood will stain your own land. You will not be remembered, for I, the LORD, have spoken.’”
