21. 21IEVक्योंकि जब ये बातें होंगी तब लोग बहुत गम्भीर दुख उठाएँगे। जब से परमेश्वर ने संसार को बनाया है, तब से अब तक लोगों ने कभी भी ऐसे गम्भीर दुखों का सामना नहीं किया है, और न ही कोई भी कभी फिर से इस तरह से पीड़ित होगा।BSBBSB: For at that time there will be great tribulation, unseen from the beginning of the world until now, and never to be seen again.
22. 22IEVयदि परमेश्वर ने उस समय को कम करने का निर्णय नहीं लिया होता, जब लोग इतना दुख उठा रहे थे, तो हर कोई मर जाता। परन्तु परमेश्वर ने इसे कम करने का निर्णय लिया है क्योंकि उन्हें उन लोगों के विषय में चिंतित हैं जिनको उन्होंने चुना हैं।”BSBBSB: If those days had not been cut short, nobody would be saved. 27. 27IEVक्योंकि जिस तरह अचानक बिजली पूर्व से निकल कर पश्चिम तक चमकती है और लोग उसे देखते हैं, उसी प्रकार, जब मनुष्य का पुत्र फिर से वापस आएँगे, तो सब देखेंगे।BSBBSB: For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

29. 29IEV“उस समय लोगों के दुख उठाने के तुरन्त बाद, सूरज अंधेरा हो जाएगा। चँद्रमा में चमक नहीं होगी। तारे आकाश से गिर पड़ेंगे। और परमेश्वर आकाश में की सब वस्तुओं को अपने स्थान से हिलाएँगे।BSBBSB: Immediately after the tribulation of those days: ‘The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.’
30. 30IEVउसके बाद, सब लोग आकाश में दिखाई दे रहे मनुष्य के पुत्र को देखेंगे। तब धरती पर सब जातियों समूहों के अविश्वासी लोग ऊँची आवाज़ में विलाप करेंगे क्योंकि वे डरेंगे। वे मुझे, मनुष्य के पुत्र को, शक्ति और महान महिमा के साथ बादलों पर आते हुए देखेंगे।BSBBSB: At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn. 32. 32IEV“अब अंजीर के पेड़ कैसे बढ़ता है उससे कुछ सीखो। जब अंजीर के पेड़ की शाखाएँ कोमल होती हैं और उसके पत्ते निकलना आरम्भ होते हैं, तो तुम जानते हो कि गर्मी का मौसम आने वाला है।BSBBSB: Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its branches become tender and sprout leaves, you know that summer is near.
33. 33IEVइसी तरह, जब तुम इन सब बातों को होता देखो, तो तुमको पता चल जाएगा कि उनके वापस आने का समय बहुत निकट है।BSBBSB: So also, when you see all these things, you will know that He is near, right at the door.
34. 34IEVइसे ध्यान में रखो: यह सभी घटनाएँ उन सब लोगों के मरने से पहले होगी, जिन्होंने इन बातों को देखा है।BSBBSB: Truly I tell you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have happened.
35. 35IEVतुम निश्चित हो सकते हो कि ये बातें जो मैंने तुम्हें बताईं हैं वे होंगी। आकाश और पृथ्‍वी टल जाएँगे, परन्तु मेरे वचन कभी न टलेंगे।”BSBBSB: Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.
36. 36IEV“परन्तु कोई अन्य व्यक्ति, न ही स्वर्ग में कोई स्वर्गदूत और न ही स्वयं पुत्र, वह दिन या घड़ी को जानते हैं जब ये सब बातें होंगी। केवल पिता परमेश्वर ही जानते हैं।BSBBSB: No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

40. 42IEVइसलिए, क्योंकि तुम नहीं जानते कि तुम्हारे प्रभु किस दिन पृथ्‍वी पर लौट आएँगे, तुमको हर समय तैयार रहना होगा।BSBBSB: Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day on which your Lord will come.
41. 43IEVतुम जानते हो कि यदि घर के स्वामी को पता हो कि रात को चोर किस समय आएगा, तो वह जागता रहेगा और चोरों को भीतर आने से रोकेगा। इसी प्रकार, मनुष्य के पुत्र चोर के समान अचानक आ जाएँगे।BSBBSB: But understand this: If the homeowner had known in which watch of the night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into.
42. 44IEVइसलिए तुमको तैयार रहना होगा क्योंकि मनुष्य के पुत्र ऐसे समय में पृथ्‍वी पर लौट आएँगे जब तुम उनके आने की आशा नहीं करोगे।”BSBBSB: For this reason, you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour you do not expect.
43. 45IEV“इस बात पर विचार करो कि हर एक निष्ठावान और बुद्धिमान कर्मचारी किसके समान है। घर का स्वामी एक सेवक को दूसरे सेवकों की देखरेख करने के लिए नियुक्त करता है। वह उन्हें उचित समय पर भोजन देने के लिए उसे कहता है। फिर स्वामी लम्बी यात्रा पर चला जाता है।BSBBSB: Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of his household, to give the others their food at the proper time?
44. 46IEVयदि सेवक उस कार्य को कर रहा है, जब घर का स्वामी वापस आ जाता है, तो घर का स्वामी उससे बहुत प्रसन्न होगा।BSBBSB: Blessed is that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns.
45. 47IEVइस विषय में सोचो: घर का स्वामी उस एक सेवक को अपनी सारी सम्पत्ति पर अधिकारी नियुक्त करेगा।BSBBSB: Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions.
46. 48IEVपरन्तु एक दुष्ट सेवक अपने आप से कह सकता है,‘स्वामी तो लम्बे समय के लिए दूर चला गया है, इसलिए वह हो सकता है शीघ्र ही वापस नहीं लौटेगा कि देखे मैं क्या कर रहा हूँ।’BSBBSB: But suppose that servant is wicked and says in his heart, ‘My master will be away a long time.’
47. 49IEVतो वह अन्य सेवकों को मारना पीटना आरम्भ कर देगा और नशे में धुत लोगों के साथ खाएगा पीएगा।BSBBSB: And he begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards.
48. 50IEVतो घर का स्वामी ऐसे समय वापस आएगा जब सेवक उसके आने की आशा नहीं करता हो।BSBBSB: The master of that servant will come on a day he does not expect and at an hour he does not anticipate.
49. 51IEVवह उस सेवक को गम्भीर दण्ड देगा और वह उसे उस जगह में रखेगा जहाँ कपटी लोगों को रखा जाता है। उस स्थान में लोग रोते हैं और अपने दाँतों को पीसते हैं क्योंकि वे बहुत अधिक पीड़ित होते हैं।”BSBBSB: Then he will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
