1 UDB फिर दूसरे यहूदी पर्व का समय आया और यीशु उसके लिए यरूशलेम गए। BSB BSB: Some time later there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
3 UDB वहाँ बहुत से लोग थे, जो बीमार, अंधे और लंगड़े थे। कई लोग जो चल नहीं सकते थे, वे ओसारे पर लेटे थे। BSB BSB: On these walkways lay a great number of the sick, the blind, the lame, and the paralyzed.

7 UDB उस व्यक्ति ने उनको उत्तर दिया, "महोदय, यहाँ कोई नहीं है जो मुझे कुण्ड में उतरने में सहायता करे, जब जल हिलाया जाता है। जब भी मैं कुण्ड में पहुचने का प्रयास करता हूँ कोई और मुझ से पहले वहाँ पहुँच जाता है।" BSB BSB: “Sir,” the invalid replied, “I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am on my way, someone else goes in before me.”
8 UDB यीशु ने उससे कहाँ, "उठ, अपना बिस्तर उठा और चल।" BSB BSB: Then Jesus told him, “Get up, pick up your mat, and walk.”
9 UDB तुरंत ही वह व्यक्ति ठीक हो गया, और उसने अपना बिस्तर उठाया और चला गया। अब वह दिन सब्त का अर्थात विश्राम का दिन था। BSB BSB: Immediately the man was made well, and he picked up his mat and began to walk. Now this happened on the Sabbath day,
10 UDB इसलिए यहूदी अगुवों ने उस व्यक्ति से कहा, जो ठीक हो गया था, "यह सब्त का दिन है, और तू जानता है कि यह हमारे व्यवस्था के विरुद्ध है कि तू इस विश्राम के दिन पर अपना बिस्तर उठा कर चले।" BSB BSB: so the Jews said to the man who had been healed, “This is the Sabbath! It is unlawful for you to carry your mat.”
11 UDB जो व्यक्ति स्वस्थ किया गया था, उसने यहूदी अगुवों से कहा, "परन्तु जिन्होंने मुझे स्वस्थ किया था, उन्होंने मुझे से कहा, 'अपना बिस्तर उठा और चल।'" BSB BSB: But he answered, “The man who made me well told me, ‘Pick up your mat and walk.’”
12 UDB उन्होंने उससे पूछा, "वह व्यक्ति कौन था?" BSB BSB: “Who is this man who told you to pick it up and walk?” they asked.
13 UDB यद्यपि यीशु ने उस व्यक्ति को स्वस्थ किया था, परन्तु उस व्यक्ति को यीशु का नाम नहीं पता था। उसे स्वस्थ करने के बाद, यीशु ने उस व्यक्ति को छोड़ दिया और भीड़ में गायब हो गए। BSB BSB: But the man who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had slipped away while the crowd was there.
14 UDB बाद में, यीशु को वह व्यक्ति आराधनालय में मिला और कहा, "देख, तू अब ठीक है। अब पाप मत करना, तो कुछ भी बुरा नहीं होगा।" BSB BSB: Afterward, Jesus found the man at the temple and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Stop sinning, or something worse may happen to you.”
15 UDB वह व्यक्ति वहाँ से चला गया और यहूदी अगुवों से कहा कि जिस व्यक्ति ने उसे ठीक किया, वह यीशु थे। BSB BSB: And the man went away and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well.

For whatever the Father does, the Son also does.
20 UDB पिता मुझसे प्रेम करते है, अर्थात् अपने पुत्र को और वह मुझे सब कुछ दिखाते है, जो वह करते है। पिता इससे भी महान काम मुझे दिखाएँगे, जिससे कि तुम देख सको कि मैं क्या कर सकता हूँ और आश्चर्यचकित हो। BSB BSB: The Father loves the Son and shows Him all He does. And to your amazement, He will show Him even greater works than these.
21 UDB जैसे पिता उनको जीवित करते है जो मर चुके है और उन्हें फिर से जीवन देते है, इसलिए मैं, उनका पुत्र, जिसे चाहूँ उसे जीवन प्रदान कर सकता हूँ। BSB BSB: For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whom He wishes.
22 UDB पिता किसी का न्याय नहीं करते, परन्तु उन्होंने मुझे सबका न्याय करने का अधिकार दिया है, BSB BSB: Furthermore, the Father judges no one, but has assigned all judgment to the Son,
23 UDB जिससे कि सब लोग मुझे, उनके पुत्र को, वैसे ही आदर दे जैसे वे पिता का आदर करते हैं। जो कोई मेरा आदर नहीं करता है वह पिता का आदर नहीं कर सकता। BSB BSB: so that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.
24 UDB मैं तुमसे सच कह रहा हूँ: जो कोई मेरा संदेश सुनता है और विश्वास करता है कि परमेश्वर ने मुझे भेजा है, वह अनन्त जीवन पायेगा और परमेश्वर के न्याय में नहीं आएगा। इसकी अपेक्षा, वह मृत्यु से जीवन में चला गया है। BSB BSB: Truly, truly, I tell you, whoever hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not come under judgment. Indeed, he has crossed over from death to life.
25 UDB मैं तुमसे सच कह रहा हूँ: वह समय आ रहा है जब वे लोग जो मर चुके है वे मेरी वाणी सुनेंगे, मैं जो परमेश्वर का पुत्र हूँ और जो मेरी वाणी सुनेंगे वे जीवित रहेंगे। BSB BSB: Truly, truly, I tell you, the hour is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.
26 UDB जैसे कि पिता लोगों को जीवन देने में सक्षम है, वैसे ही उन्होंने मुझे उनके पुत्र को, सामर्थ दी है, कि लोगों के जीने का कारण बने। BSB BSB: For as the Father has life in Himself, so also He has granted the Son to have life in Himself.

And My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
31 UDB यदि केवल मैं ही स्वयं अपना गवाह होता, तो कोई भी मेरी गवाही को सच्चा या विश्वसनीय नहीं मानता। BSB BSB: If I testify about Myself, My testimony is not valid.
32 UDB फिर भी, कोई और है जो मेरे विषय में गवाही देता है, और मुझे पता है कि मेरे विषय में उसकी गवाही सच्ची है। BSB BSB: There is another who testifies about Me, and I know that His testimony about Me is valid.

35 UDB "यूहन्ना बपतिस्मा देने वाला एक जलता और चमकता हुआ दीपक था, और तुम उसके प्रकाश में थोड़ी देर के लिए आनन्दित हुए। BSB BSB: John was a lamp that burned and gave light, and you were willing for a season to bask in his light.
36 UDB तथापि जो गवाही मैं अपने विषय में देता हूँ, वह यूहन्ना कि गवाही से भी महान है जो उसने मेरे विषय में दी है। उन सब कामों को जो पिता ने मुझे करने की अनुमति दी है- उन कामों को मैं हर दिन करता हूँ और तुम मुझे वह करते हुए देखते हो- ये सब काम बताते है कि मैं कौन हूँ, और मेरे यहाँ आने का उद्देश्य क्या है। यह प्रमाण हैं कि पिता ने मुझे भेजा है। BSB BSB: But I have testimony more substantial than that of John. For the works that the Father has given Me to accomplish—the very works I am doing—testify about Me that the Father has sent Me.

43 UDB मैं अपने पिता के अधिकार के साथ आया हूँ, परन्तु फिर भी तुम मेरा स्वागत नहीं करते या मुझ पर विश्वास नहीं करते हो। यदि कोई अन्य व्यक्ति अपने अधिकार के साथ आए, तो तुम उसकी बात सुनोगे। BSB BSB: I have come in My Father’s name, and you have not received Me; but if someone else comes in his own name, you will receive him.
44 UDB जब तुम दूसरों से आदर प्राप्त करने के लिय कठिन परिश्रम करते हो, तो तुम मुझ पर विश्वास कैसे करोगे? फिर भी, सम्पूर्ण समय तुम सच्चे आदर की तलाश करने से मना करते हो जो मात्र परमेश्वर से आता है। BSB BSB: How can you believe if you accept glory from one another, yet do not seek the glory that comes from the only God?
