2 UDB मैंने उससे पूछा, “तुम कहाँ जा रहे हो?” उसने उत्तर दिया, “मैं यरूशलेम का सर्वेक्षण करने जा रहा हूँ, यह निर्धारित करने के लिए कि यह कितना चौड़ा और यह कितना लम्बा है।” BSB BSB: “Where are you going?” I asked. “To measure Jerusalem,” he replied, “and to determine its width and length.”
3 UDB तब वह स्वर्गदूत जो मुझसे बातें कर रहा था, वहाँ से जाने लगा, और एक और स्वर्गदूत उसकी ओर चला आया। BSB BSB: Then the angel who was speaking with me went forth, and another angel came forward to meet him
4 UDB दूसरे स्वर्गदूत ने उससे कहा, “भागो और सर्वेक्षण की मापक डोरी लिये हुए उस जवान व्यक्ति से कहो: कभी यरूशलेम में बहुत से लोग और पशुधन होंगे, जो सभी नगर की दीवारों के अंदर नहीं रह सकेंगे; कुछ तो दीवारों के बाहर खुले क्षेत्रों में रहेंगे। BSB BSB: and said to him, “Run and tell that young man: ‘Jerusalem will be a city without walls because of the multitude of men and livestock within it.
5 UDB यहोवा कहते हैं कि वे स्वयं नगर के चारों ओर आग की दीवार के समान स्थित रहेंगे, और वे अपनी महिमा के साथ लोगों के बीच में निवास करेंगे।” BSB BSB: For I will be a wall of fire around it, declares the LORD, and I will be the glory within it.’”
6 UDB यहोवा उन लोगों के समक्ष घोषणा करते हैं जिनको बाबेल के लोग दासों के रूप में ले गए थे: “भागो! भागो! बाबेल से भागो, और उन स्थानों से भाग जाओ जहाँ मैंने तुम्हें चार प्रकार की हवाओं में बिखराया था!” BSB BSB: “Get up! Get up! Flee from the land of the north,” declares the LORD, “for I have scattered you like the four winds of heaven,” declares the LORD.
7 UDB भागो! तुम जो अभी बाबेल में रहते हो, यहाँ यरूशलेम के लिए भागो!“ BSB BSB: “Get up, O Zion! Escape, you who dwell with the Daughter of Babylon!”
8 UDB स्वर्गदूतों की सेना के प्रधान, यहोवा ने मुझे उन राष्ट्रों के पास जाने के लिए कहने के माध्यम से सम्मानित किया जिन्होंने तुम्हारे स्वामित्व का सब कुछ ले लिया था तथा जो तुमको हानि पहुँचाते हैं, तुम उनके लिए सबसे मूल्यवान हो! जब उन्होंने ऐसा कर दिया, इसके पश्चात मुझसे यह कहा: BSB BSB: For this is what the LORD of Hosts says: “After His Glory has sent Me against the nations that have plundered you—for whoever touches you touches the apple of His eye—
9 UDB “उन्हें बताओ कि मैं, यहोवा, उन पर हमला करूँगा। उनके अपने दास उनके पास से अपनी संपत्ति वापस ले लेंगे, जो उन्हें पहले स्थान पर ले गए थे।” जब ऐसा होता है, तो तुम यहूदी लोगों को पता चलेगा कि वे ही हैं, जिन्होंने मुझ, जकर्याह, को भविष्यद्वक्ता के रूप में भेजा। BSB BSB: I will surely wave My hand over them, so that they will become plunder for their own servants. Then you will know that the LORD of Hosts has sent Me.”
10 UDB यहोवा कहते हैं, “यरूशलेम के लोगो, चिल्लाओ और खुश रहो, क्योंकि मैं तुम्हारे पास आऊँगा और तुम्हारे बीच रहूँगा!” BSB BSB: “Shout for joy and be glad, O Daughter of Zion, for I am coming to dwell among you,” declares the LORD.
11 UDB उस समय, कई राष्ट्रों के लोग यहोवा के साथ जुड़ जाएँगे और उनके लोग बन जाएँगे। वे तुम सभी के बीच रहेंगे; और तुम जानोगे कि वे स्वर्गदूतों की सेना के शक्तिशाली सरदार, यहोवा, ही हैं जिन्होंने मुझे भविष्यद्वक्ता के रूप में भेजा है। BSB BSB: “On that day many nations will join themselves to the LORD, and they will become My people. I will dwell among you, and you will know that the LORD of Hosts has sent Me to you.
12 UDB यहूदा के लोग अपने ही देश के बहुत ही विशेष भाग बनेंगे, और यरूशलेम पुनः वह नगर होगा जिसे उन्होंने चुना हैं। BSB BSB: And the LORD will take possession of Judah as His portion in the Holy Land, and He will once again choose Jerusalem.
13 UDB हर किसी को, हर जगह, यहोवा की उपस्थिति में चुप रहना चाहिए, क्योंकि वे पुनः हमारे लिए महान काम करने के लिये वहाँ से नीचे आने वाले हैं जहाँ वे स्वर्ग में रहते हैं। BSB BSB: Be silent before the LORD, all people, for He has roused Himself from His holy dwelling.”
