1हे इसरायल, ये बचन ला सुन, तोर बारे म मेंह ये बिलापगीत सुनावत हंव:Hear this word, O house of Israel, this lamentation I take up against you:

2“कुंवारी इसरायल ह गिर गे हे, ओह फेर कभू नइं उठय, ओला ओकर खुद के देस म तियाग दिये गे हे, अऊ ओला उठइया कोनो नइं एं।”“Fallen is Virgin Israel, never to rise again. She lies abandoned on her land, with no one to raise her up.”

3परमपरधान यहोवा ह इसरायल ले ये कहत हे: “तोर सहर, जेमा ले एक हजार बीर योद्धा निकलथें ओमा सिरिप एक सौ ही बांचहीं; तोर नगर, जेमा ले एक सौ बीर निकलथें ओमा सिरिप दस झन ही बांचहीं।”This is what the Lord GOD says: “The city that marches out a thousand strong will have but a hundred left, and the one that marches out a hundred strong will have but ten left in the house of Israel.”

4यहोवा ह इसरायल ले ये कहत हे: “मोला खोजव अऊ जीयत रहव;For this is what the LORD says to the house of Israel: “Seek Me and live!

5बेतेल ला झन खोजव, गिलगाल झन जावव, बेरसेबा के यातरा झन करव; काबरकि गिलगाल ह जरूर बंधुवई म जाही, अऊ बेतेल ह सुनसान हो जाही,”Do not seek Bethel or go to Gilgal; do not journey to Beersheba, for Gilgal will surely go into exile, and Bethel will come to nothing.

6यहोवा ला खोजव अऊ जीयत रहव, नइं तो ओह यूसुफ के गोत्र ऊपर आगी सहीं भड़कही; येह ओमन ला भसम कर दीही, अऊ बेतेल म ओ आगी ला बुतइया कोनो नइं होहीं।Seek the LORD and live, or He will sweep like fire through the house of Joseph; it will devour everything, with no one at Bethel to extinguish it.

7अइसन मनखेमन हवंय, जेमन नियाय ला करूवाहट म बदल देथें, अऊ धरमीपन ला माटी म मिला देथें।There are those who turn justice into wormwood and cast righteousness to the ground.

8जऊन ह नछत्र-पुंज अऊ मिरगासिरा ला बनाईस, जऊन ह मंझ रथिया ला बिहनियां म अऊ दिन ला रथिया म बदल देथे, जऊन ह महासागर के पानी ला बलाथे अऊ ओला भुइयां ऊपर गिरा देथे— ओकर नांव यहोवा अय।He who made the Pleiades and Orion, who turns darkness into dawn and darkens day into night, who summons the waters of the sea and pours them over the face of the earth—the LORD is His name—

9ओह किला ला मिटकी मारते ही नास कर देथे अऊ गढ़वाले सहर ला खंडहर कर देथे।He flashes destruction on the strong, so that fury comes upon the stronghold.

10अइसन मनखेमन हवंय, जेमन अदालत म नियाय पसंद करइयामन ले घिन करथें अऊ सच बात कहइयामन ले घलो घिन करथें।There are those who hate the one who reproves in the gate and despise him who speaks with integrity.

11तुमन गरीबमन ले भूंसा बर घलो चुंगी लेथव अऊ ओमन के अनाज ऊपर घलो कर लगाथव। एकरसेति, हालाकि तुमन पथरा के महल बनाय हव, पर तुमन ओमा नइं रहे बर पाहू; हालाकि तुमन रसीला अंगूर के बारी लगाय हव, पर तुमन ओमन के मंद नइं पीये सकहू।Therefore, because you trample on the poor and exact from him a tax of grain, you will never live in the stone houses you have built; you will never drink the wine from the lush vineyards you have planted.

12काबरकि मेंह जानत हंव कि तुम्हर अपराध कतेक जादा हवय अऊ तुम्हर पापमन कतेक बड़े हवंय। अइसन मनखे हवंय, जेमन निरदोस ऊपर अतियाचार करथें अऊ घूस लेथें अऊ अदालत म गरीबमन के नियाय ला बिगाड़थें।For I know that your transgressions are many and your sins are numerous. You oppress the righteous by taking bribes; you deprive the poor of justice in the gate.

13एकरसेति, अइसन समय म समझदार ह चुप रहय, काबरकि समय ह खराप हवय।Therefore, the prudent keep silent in such times, for the days are evil.

14बुरई के नइं, पर भलई के खोज करव, ताकि तुमन जीयत रहव। तभे यहोवा सर्वसक्तिमान परमेसर ह तुम्हर संग रहिही, जइसन कि तुमन कहिथव कि ओह तुम्हर संग हवय।Seek good, not evil, so that you may live. And the LORD, the God of Hosts, will be with you, as you have claimed.

15बुरई ले घिन करव, अऊ भलई ले मया; कचहरी म नियाय ला बनाय रखव। सायद यहोवा सर्वसक्तिमान परमेसर ह यूसुफ के बांचे मनखेमन ऊपर दया करय।Hate evil and love good; establish justice in the gate. Perhaps the LORD, the God of Hosts, will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.”

16एकरे बर परभू, यहोवा, सर्वसक्तिमान परमेसर ह ये कहत हे: “सब गलीमन म बिलाप करे जाही अऊ सबो चऊकमन म दुख अऊ पीरा के अवाज सुनई दीही। किसानमन ला रोय बर अऊ बिलाप करइयामन ला बिलाप करे बर बलाय जाही।Therefore this is what the LORD, the God of Hosts, the Lord, says: “There will be wailing in all the public squares and cries of ‘Alas! Alas!’ in all the streets. The farmer will be summoned to mourn, and the mourners to wail.

17अंगूर के सब बारीमन म बिलाप होही, काबरकि ओ बेरा मेंह तुम्हर बीच ले होके जाहूं,” यहोवा ह कहत हे।There will be wailing in all the vineyards, for I will pass through your midst,” says the LORD.

18हाय तुम्हर ऊपर, जऊन मन यहोवा के दिन के ईछा करथव! तुमन काबर यहोवा के दिन के ईछा करथव? ओह अंधियार के दिन होही, अंजोर के नइं।Woe to you who long for the Day of the LORD! What will the Day of the LORD be for you? It will be darkness and not light.

19ओ दिन ह अइसन होही मानो कोनो मनखे ह सिंह ले बांचे बर भागथे अऊ ओकर सामना भालू ले हो जाथे, या ओह घर के भीतर जाथे अऊ अराम बर भीथी ऊपर हांथ मढ़ाथे अऊ सांप ह ओला चाब देथे।It will be like a man who flees from a lion, only to encounter a bear, or who enters his house and rests his hand against the wall, only to be bitten by a snake.

20का यहोवा के दिन ह अंजोर के बदले अंधियार के नइं होही— बिरबिट अंधियार, एकोकनी अंजोर नइं?Will not the Day of the LORD be darkness and not light, even gloom with no brightness in it?

21“मेंह घिन करथंव, मेंह तुम्हर धारमिक तिहारमन ला तुछ समझथंव; तुम्हर सभामन मोर बर बदबू सहीं अंय।“I hate, I despise your feasts! I cannot stand the stench of your solemn assemblies.

22भले ही तुमन मोर बर होम-बलिदान अऊ अन्न-बलिदान लानव, पर मेंह ओमन ला गरहन नइं करंव। भले ही तुमन मनपसंद मेल-बलिदान लानव, पर मेंह ओमन के आदर नइं करंव।Even though you offer Me burnt offerings and grain offerings, I will not accept them; for your peace offerings of fattened cattle I will have no regard.

23अपन गीतमन के कंझट ला मोर ले दूरिहा रखव! मेंह तुम्हर बीना के संगीत ला नइं सुनंव।Take away from Me the noise of your songs! I will not listen to the music of your harps.

24पर नियाय ला नदी कस, अऊ धरमीपन ला कभू नइं सूखइया सोता सहीं बोहावन दव!But let justice roll on like a river, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.

25“हे इसरायल के मनखेमन, निरजन जगह म चालीस साल तक का तुमन मोर बर बलिदान अऊ भेंट लानेव?Did you bring Me sacrifices and offerings forty years in the wilderness, O house of Israel?

26तुमन अपन राजा के देव-स्थल, अपन मूरतीमन के गोड़ के पीढ़ा, अपन देवता के तारा ला हांथ म उठाय हव— जऊन मन ला तुमन खुद अपन बर बनाय हवव।You have taken along Sakkuth your king and Kaiwan your star god, the idols you made for yourselves.

27एकरसेति मेंह तुमन ला दमिस्क नगर ले बाहिर बंधुवई म पठो दूहूं,” यहोवा ह ये कहत हे, जेकर नांव सर्वसक्तिमान परमेसर अय।Therefore I will send you into exile beyond Damascus,” says the LORD, whose name is the God of Hosts.
