1. 1SAR“Neka se ne uznemiruje srce vaše! Vjerujte u Boga i u mene vjerujte!BSBBSB: “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe in Me as well.
2. 2SARU domu Oca mojega ima mnogo stanova. Da nema, zar bih vam rekao: 'Idem pripraviti vam mjesto'?BSBBSB: In My Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?
3. 3SARKad odem i pripravim vam mjesto, ponovno ću doći i uzeti vas k sebi da i vi budete gdje sam ja.BSBBSB: And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and welcome you into My presence, so that you also may be where I am.
4. 4SARA kamo ja odlazim, znate put.”BSBBSB: You know the way to the place where I am going.”
5. 5SARReče mu Toma: “Gospodine, ne znamo kamo odlaziš. Kako onda možemo put znati?”BSBBSB: “Lord,” said Thomas, “we do not know where You are going, so how can we know the way?”
6. 6SAROdgovori mu Isus: “Ja sam Put i Istina i Život: nitko ne dolazi Ocu osim po meni.BSBBSB: Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
7. 7SARDa ste upoznali mene, i Oca biste moga upoznali. Od sada ga i poznajete i vidjeli ste ga.”BSBBSB: If you had known Me, you would know My Father as well. From now on you do know Him and have seen Him.”
8. 8SARKaže mu Filip: “Gospodine, pokaži nam Oca i dosta nam je!”BSBBSB: Philip said to Him, “Lord, show us the Father, and that will be enough for us.”
9. 9SARNato će mu Isus: “Filipe, toliko sam vremena s vama i još me ne poznaš?” “Tko je vidio mene, vidio je i Oca. Kako ti onda kažeš: 'Pokaži nam Oca'?BSBBSB: Jesus replied, “Philip, I have been with you all this time, and still you do not know Me? Anyone who has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?
10. 10SARNe vjeruješ li da sam ja u Ocu i Otac u meni? Riječi koje vam govorim, od sebe ne govorim: Otac koji prebiva u meni čini djela svoja.BSBBSB: Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me? The words I say to you, I do not speak on My own. Instead, it is the Father dwelling in Me, performing His works.
11. 11SARVjerujte mi: ja sam u Ocu i Otac u meni. Ako ne inače, zbog samih djela vjerujte.BSBBSB: Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me—or at least believe on account of the works themselves.
12. 12SARZaista, zaista, kažem vam: Tko vjeruje u mene, činit će djela koja ja činim; da veća će od njih činiti jer ja odlazim Ocu.BSBBSB: Truly, truly, I tell you, whoever believes in Me will also do the works that I am doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.
13. 13SARI što god zaištete u moje ime, učinit ću, da se proslavi Otac u Sinu.BSBBSB: And I will do whatever you ask in My name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14. 14SARAko me što zaištete u moje ime, učinit ću.”BSBBSB: If you ask Me for anything in My name, I will do it.
15. 15SAR“Ako me ljubite, zapovijedi ćete moje čuvati.BSBBSB: If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.
16. 16SARI ja ću moliti Oca i on će vam dati drugoga Branitelja da bude s vama zauvijek:BSBBSB: And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to be with you forever—
17. 17SARDuha Istine, kojega svijet ne može primiti jer ga ne vidi i ne poznaje. Vi ga poznajete jer kod vas ostaje i u vama je.BSBBSB: the Spirit of truth. The world cannot receive Him, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you do know Him, for He abides with you and will be in you.
18. 18SARNeću vas ostaviti kao siročad; doći ću k vama.BSBBSB: I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.
19. 19SARJoš malo i svijet me više neće vidjeti, no vi ćete me vidjeti jer ja živim i vi ćete živjeti.BSBBSB: In a little while the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you also will live.
20. 20SARU onaj ćete dan spoznati da sam ja u Ocu svom i vi u meni i ja u vama.BSBBSB: On that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I am in you.
21. 21SARTko ima moje zapovijedi i čuva ih, taj me ljubi; a tko mene ljubi, njega će ljubiti Otac moj, i ja ću ljubiti njega i njemu se očitovati.”BSBBSB: Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him.”
22. 22SARKaže mu Juda, ne Iškariotski: “Gospodine, kako to da ćeš se očitovati nama, a ne svijetu?”BSBBSB: Judas (not Iscariot) asked Him, “Lord, why are You going to reveal Yourself to us and not to the world?”
23. 23SAROdgovori mu Isus: “Ako me tko ljubi, čuvat će moju riječ pa će i Otac moj ljubiti njega i k njemu ćemo doći i kod njega se nastaniti.BSBBSB: Jesus replied, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.
24. 24SARTko mene ne ljubi, riječi mojih ne čuva. A riječ koju slušate nije moja, nego Oca koji me posla.BSBBSB: Whoever does not love Me does not keep My words. The word that you hear is not My own, but it is from the Father who sent Me.
25. 25SARTo sam vam govorio dok sam boravio s vama.BSBBSB: All this I have spoken to you while I am still with you.
26. 26SARBranitelj - Duh Sveti, koga će Otac poslati u moje ime, poučavat će vas o svemu i dozivati vam u pamet sve što vam ja rekoh.BSBBSB: But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have told you.
27. 27SARMir vam ostavljam, mir vam svoj dajem. Dajem vam ga, ali ne kao što svijet daje. Neka se ne uznemiruje vaše srce i neka se ne straši.BSBBSB: Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled; do not be afraid.
28. 28SARČuli ste, rekoh vam: 'Odlazim i vraćam se k vama.' Kad biste me ljubili, radovali biste se što idem Ocu jer Otac je veći od mene.BSBBSB: You heard Me say, ‘I am going away, and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father, because the Father is greater than I.
29. 29SARKazao sam vam to sada, prije negoli se dogodi, da vjerujete kad se dogodi.BSBBSB: And now I have told you before it happens, so that when it does happen, you will believe.
30. 30SARNeću više s vama mnogo govoriti jer dolazi knez svijeta. Protiv mene ne može on ništa.BSBBSB: I will not speak with you much longer, for the prince of this world is coming, and he has no claim on Me.
31. 31SARAli neka svijet upozna da ja ljubim Oca i da tako činim kako mi je zapovjedio Otac. Ustanite, pođimo odavde!”BSBBSB: But I do exactly what the Father has commanded Me, so that the world may know that I love the Father. Get up! Let us go on from here.
