Isaiah 30 (ULB)

1ಯೆಹೋವನು ಹೀಗೆ ನುಡಿಯುತ್ತಾನೆ, <<ದ್ರೋಹಿಗಳಾದ ನನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಏನು ಹೇಳಲಿ>> <<ಇವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೇಳದೆ ಒಂದು ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ, ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮದಿಂದ ಪ್ರೇರಿತರಾಗದೆ ಕಪಟ ಉಪಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಪಾಪದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.“Woe to the rebellious children,” declares the LORD, “to those who carry out a plan that is not Mine, who form an alliance, but against My will, heaping up sin upon sin.

2ಫರೋಹನ ಆಶ್ರಯವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು, ಐಗುಪ್ತವನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು, ನನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳದೆ ಐಗುಪ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.They set out to go down to Egypt without asking My advice, to seek shelter under Pharaoh’s protection and take refuge in Egypt’s shade.

3ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಫರೋಹನ ಆಶ್ರಯದಿಂದ ನಿಮಗೆ ನಾಚಿಕೆಯು, ಐಗುಪ್ತವನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವಮಾನವು ಉಂಟಾಗುವುದು.But Pharaoh’s protection will become your shame, and the refuge of Egypt’s shade your disgrace.

4ಆ ಫರೋಹನ ಪ್ರಧಾನರು ಚೋವನಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ, ಅವನ ದೂತರು ಹಾನೇಸಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.For though their princes are at Zoan and their envoys have arrived in Hanes,

5ತಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನೂ, ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲಾರದೆ ನಾಚಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ, ಅವಮಾನವನ್ನೂ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುವ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದ ಈ ಜನಾಂಗದ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಲಜ್ಜೆಪಡುವರು.>>everyone will be put to shame because of a people useless to them. They bring neither help nor benefit, but only shame and disgrace.”

6ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಸೀಮೆಯ ನೀರಾನೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ದೈವೋಕ್ತಿ. ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳು ಗಂಡು ಕತ್ತೆಗಳ ಬೆನ್ನುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಧನವನ್ನೂ, ಒಂಟೆಗಳ ಡುಬ್ಬಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ತಮ್ಮ ದ್ರವ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಹೊರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಮೃಗೇಂದ್ರ, ಸಿಂಹ, ಸರ್ಪ, ಹಾರುವ ಉರಿಮಂಡಲ ಇವುಗಳಿಂದ ಭಯಂಕರವಾಗಿಯೂ, ಶ್ರಮಸಂಕಟಗಳನ್ನು ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡುವ ದೇಶದ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ನಿಷ್ಪ್ರಯೋಜಕವಾದ ಜನಾಂಗದ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.This is the burden against the beasts of the Negev: Through a land of hardship and distress, of lioness and lion, of viper and flying serpent, they carry their wealth on the backs of donkeys and their treasures on the humps of camels, to a people of no profit to them.

7ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಸಹಾಯವು ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ನಿರರ್ಥಕ; ಆದುದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಜಂಬದ ಮೃಗವೆಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ.Egypt’s help is futile and empty; therefore I have called her Rahab Who Sits Still.

8ಯೆಹೋವನು ನನಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದನು ನೀನು ಈಗ ಹೋಗಿ, ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ಅವರೆದುರು ಹಲಗೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೆತ್ತು, ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆ, ಈ ಮಾತು ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದು.Go now, write it on a tablet in their presence and inscribe it on a scroll; it will be for the days to come, a witness forever and ever.

9ಇವರು ದ್ರೋಹದ ಜನಾಂಗದವರು, ಮೋಸದ ಸಂತಾನದವರು, ಯೆಹೋವನ ಉಪದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲೊಲ್ಲದ ಸಂತತಿಯವರು.These are rebellious people, deceitful children, children unwilling to obey the LORD’s instruction.

10ಇವರು ದಿವ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಿಗೆ, <<ನಿಮಗೆ ದರ್ಶನವಾಗದಿರಲಿ>> ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಿಗೆ, <<ನಮಗಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಬೇಡಿರಿ, ನಯವಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ನುಡಿಯಿರಿ, ಮೋಸವಾದವುಗಳನ್ನೇ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿರಿ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ.They say to the seers, “Stop seeing visions!” and to the prophets, “Do not prophesy to us the truth! Speak to us pleasant words; prophesy illusions.

11ನೀವು ಹಿಡಿದಿರುವ ಮಾರ್ಗದಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿರಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ದಾರಿಗೆ ಓರೆಯಾಗಿರಿ; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಸದಮಲಸ್ವಾಮಿಯನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಲ್ಲದ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ>> ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.Get out of the way; turn off the road. Rid us of the Holy One of Israel!”

12ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಸದಮಲಸ್ವಾಮಿಯು ಹೀಗೆನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ, <<ನೀವು ಈ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಅಸಡ್ಡೆಮಾಡಿ, ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರ ಕುಯುಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಂಬಿ,Therefore this is what the Holy One of Israel says: “Because you have rejected this message, trusting in oppression and relying on deceit,

13ಅವುಗಳನ್ನೇ ಆಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಎತ್ತರವಾದ ಗೋಡೆಯ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವು ಬಾಗುತ್ತಾ, ತಟ್ಟನೆ ಕ್ಷಣಮಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಪರಾಧವೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಪಾಯಕರವಾಗುವುದು.>>this iniquity of yours is like a breach about to fail, a bulge in a high wall, whose collapse will come suddenly—in an instant!

14ಉರಿಯಿಂದ ಕೆಂಡವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ, ಬಾವಿಯಿಂದ ನೀರನ್ನು ತೆಗೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ, ಬೋಕಿಯ ತುಂಡುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೂ ಉಳಿಯದಂತೆ, ಒಬ್ಬನು ಕುಂಬಾರನ ಗಡಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಚೂರುಚೂರಾಗಿ ಒಡೆದು ಬಿಡುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನು ಆ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವನು.It will break in pieces like a potter’s jar, shattered so that no fragment can be found. Not a shard will be found in the dust large enough to scoop the coals from a hearth or to skim the water from a cistern.”

15ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಸದಮಲಸ್ವಾಮಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನು, <<ನೀವು ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಗೊಂಡು ಸುಮ್ಮನಿದ್ದರೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗುವುದು; ಶಾಂತರಾಗಿ ಭರವಸದಿಂದಿರುವುದೇ ನಿಮಗೆ ಬಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರೂ, ನೀವು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ.For the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel, has said: “By repentance and rest you would be saved; your strength would lie in quiet confidence—but you were not willing.”

16ನೀವು, <ಬೇಡವೇ ಬೇಡ, ಕುದುರೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಓಡುವೆವು> ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಓಡಿಯೇ ಹೋಗುವಿರಿ, ನೀವು, <ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಸವಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವೆವು> ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ವೇಗಿಗಳೇ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಟ್ಟಿಬಿಡುವರು.“No,” you say, “we will flee on horses.” Therefore you will flee! “We will ride swift horses,” but your pursuers will be faster.

17ಒಬ್ಬನ ಬೆದರಿಕೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಸಾವಿರ ಜನರು ಓಡುವರು; ಐವರು ಬೆದರಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಓಡಿಹೋಗುವಿರಿ; ಕಟ್ಟಕಡೆಗೆ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಖರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ತಂಭದ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಡ್ಡದ ಮೇಲಿನ ಕಂಬದಂತೆಯೂ ಒಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯುವಿರಿ.>>A thousand will flee at the threat of one; at the threat of five you will all flee, until you are left alone like a pole on a mountaintop, like a banner on a hill.

18ಹೀಗಿರಲು ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೃಪೆತೋರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕಾದಿರುವನು; ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಉನ್ನತೋನ್ನತವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ಯೆಹೋವನು ನ್ಯಾಯಸ್ವರೂಪನಾದ ದೇವರು; ಆತನಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಾದಿರುವವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಧನ್ಯರು.Therefore the LORD longs to be gracious to you; therefore He rises to show you compassion, for the LORD is a just God. Blessed are all who wait for Him.

19ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಚೀಯೋನಿನ ಜನರೇ, ನೀವು ಇನ್ನು ಅಳುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ; ನೀವು ಕೂಗಿ ದುಃಖಿಸಿದ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನು ಆತನು ಕೇಳಿ, ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೃಪೆ ತೋರಿಸೇ ತೋರಿಸುವನು; ಕೇಳಿದ ಕೂಡಲೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸದುತ್ತರವನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸುವನು.O people in Zion who dwell in Jerusalem, you will weep no more. He will surely be gracious when you cry for help; when He hears, He will answer you.

20ಕರ್ತನು ಕಷ್ಟವನ್ನು, ಶ್ರಮೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಅನ್ನಪಾನಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬೋಧಕನು ಇನ್ನು ಮರೆಯಾಗಿರನು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬೋಧಕನನ್ನು ಕಣ್ಣಾರೆ ಕಾಣುವಿರಿ.The Lord will give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, but your Teacher will no longer hide Himself—with your own eyes you will see Him.

21ನೀವು ಬಲಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ, ಎಡಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ, <<ಇದೇ ಮಾರ್ಗ, ಇದರಲ್ಲೇ ನಡೆಯಿರಿ>> ಎಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಿಂದೆ ಆಡುವ ಮಾತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಿವಿಗೆ ಬೀಳುವುದು.And whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear this command behind you: “This is the way. Walk in it.”

22ಕೆತ್ತಿದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯ ಕವಚಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಎರಕದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬೊಂಬೆಗಳ ಬಂಗಾರದ ಹೊದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀವು ಹೊಲಸುಮಾಡಿ ಆ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು, <<ತೊಲಗಿ ಹೋಗಿರಿ>> ಎಂದು ಹೊಲೆಯಾದ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯಂತೆ ಬಿಸಾಡುವಿರಿ.So you will desecrate your silver-plated idols and your gold-plated images. You will throw them away like menstrual cloths, saying to them, “Be gone!”

23ಆಗ ನೀವು ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಜ ಬಿತ್ತುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನು ಬಿತ್ತನೆಯ ಮಳೆಯನ್ನು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸುವನು; ನೆಲದ ಬೆಳೆಯಿಂದ ಸಾರವಾದ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವನು; ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಂದೆಗಳು ದೊಡ್ಡ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕಾವಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಯುವವು.Then He will send rain for the seed that you have sown in the ground, and the food that comes from your land will be rich and plentiful. On that day your cattle will graze in open pastures.

24ಹೊಲವನ್ನು ಊಳುವ ಎತ್ತು, ಗಂಡು ಕತ್ತೆಗಳು ಮೊರದಿಂದಲೂ, ಕವೆಗೋಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ತೂರಿದ ರುಚಿಕರವಾದ ಮೇವನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವವು.The oxen and donkeys that work the ground will eat salted fodder, winnowed with shovel and pitchfork.

25ಗೋಪುರಗಳು ಬಿದ್ದು ಹೋಗುವ ಮಹಾಸಂಹಾರದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಉನ್ನತ ಪರ್ವತದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಎತ್ತರವಾದ ಗುಡ್ಡದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತೊರೆಗಳು, ನೀರಿನ ಕಾಲುವೆಗಳು ಹರಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವವು.And from every high mountain and every raised hill, streams of water will flow in the day of great slaughter, when the towers fall.

26ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಯೆಹೋವನು ತನ್ನ ಜನರ ವ್ರಣವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ, ಅವರ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿನ ಗಾಯವನ್ನು ಗುಣ ಮಾಡುವ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಂದ್ರನ ಬೆಳಕು ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಬೆಳಕಿನ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಬೆಳಕು ಏಳರಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನವಾಗಿತ್ತು.The light of the moon will be as bright as the sun, and the light of the sun will be seven times brighter—like the light of seven days—on the day that the LORD binds up the brokenness of His people and heals the wounds He has inflicted.

27ಇಗೋ, ಯೆಹೋವನ ನಾಮವು ದೂರದಿಂದ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ; ಆತನ ಕೋಪವು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಂತೆ ಉರಿಯುತ್ತದೆ, ಅದರಿಂದೇಳುವ ಹೊಗೆಯು ದಟ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ; ಆತನ ತುಟಿಗಳು ರೋಷದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿವೆ, ಆತನ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯು ನುಂಗುವ ಅಗ್ನಿಯಂತಿದೆ.Behold, the Name of the LORD comes from afar, with burning anger and dense smoke. His lips are full of fury, and His tongue is like a consuming fire.

28ಆತನ ಶ್ವಾಸವು ತುಂಬಿ ತುಳುಕಿ ಕಂಠದವರೆಗೂ ಏರುವ ತೊರೆಯಂತಿದೆ. ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವೂ ಉಳಿಸದೆ ಜರಡಿಯಿಂದ ಜಾಲಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ದಾರಿತಪ್ಪಿಸುವ ಕಡಿವಾಣವು ಜನಗಳ ದವಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವುದು.His breath is like a rushing torrent that rises to the neck. He comes to sift the nations in a sieve of destruction; He bridles the jaws of the peoples to lead them astray.

29ನೀವೋ, ಹಬ್ಬದ ಸೌರಣೆಯ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲೋ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಹಾಡುವಿರಿ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಶರಣನ ಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಯಸಿ, ಯೆಹೋವನ ಪರ್ವತಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಳಲಿನ ನಾದದೊಡನೆ ಹೋಗುವವನಂತೆ ಹೃದಯಾನಂದಪಡುವಿರಿ.You will sing as on the night of a holy festival, and your heart will rejoice like one who walks to the music of a flute, going up to the mountain of the LORD, to the Rock of Israel.

30ಆಗ ಯೆಹೋವನು ತನ್ನ ಗಂಭೀರವಾದ ಧ್ವನಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಮಾಡಿ, ತೀವ್ರಕೋಪ, ಕಬಳಿಸುವ ಅಗ್ನಿಜ್ವಾಲೆ, ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿ, ಅತಿವೃಷ್ಟಿ, ಕಲ್ಮಳೆ ಇವುಗಳಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಾಹಸ್ತವನ್ನು ತೋರ್ಪಡಿಸುವನು.And the LORD will cause His majestic voice to be heard and His mighty arm to be revealed, striking in angry wrath with a flame of consuming fire, and with cloudburst, storm, and hailstones.

31ಹೀಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವನು ದಂಡದಿಂದ ದಂಡಿಸುವಾಗ ಅಶ್ಶೂರ್ಯರು ಆತನ ಧ್ವನಿಯಿಂದಲೇ ನಾಶವಾಗುವರು.For Assyria will be shattered at the voice of the LORD; He will strike them with His scepter.

32ಮತ್ತು ಯೆಹೋವನು ಸಂಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದ ದಂಡದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಪೆಟ್ಟು, ದಮ್ಮಡಿ, ಕಿನ್ನರಿಗಳ ನಾದದೊಡನೆ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೀಳುವುದು. ಆತನು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವನು.And with every stroke of the rod of punishment that the LORD brings down on them, the tambourines and lyres will sound as He battles with weapons brandished.

33ಪುರಾತನ ಕಾಲದಿಂದಲೂ ಅಗ್ನಿಕುಂಡವು ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೌದು, ರಾಜನಿಗೆ ಅದು ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಆಳವಾಗಿಯೂ, ಅಗಲವಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿನ ಚಿತೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯೂ ಬೇಕಾದಷ್ಟು ಮರದಕೊರಡುಗಳೂ ಇವೆ; ಯೆಹೋವನ ಶ್ವಾಸವು ಗಂಧಕದ ಪ್ರವಾಹದಂತೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಉರಿಸುವುದು.For Topheth has long been prepared; it has been made ready for the king. Its funeral pyre is deep and wide, with plenty of fire and wood. The breath of the LORD, like a torrent of burning sulfur, sets it ablaze.
