1 ULB ಯೇಸು ತನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ- ಅಡ್ಡಿ ಆತಂಕಗಳು ಬಾರದೆ ಇರಲಾರವು; ಆದರೂ ಅವು ಯಾವನಿಂದ ಬರುತ್ತವೆಯೋ ಅವನ ಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಏನು ಹೇಳಲಿ? BSB BSB: Jesus said to His disciples, “It is inevitable that stumbling blocks will come, but woe to the one through whom they come!
2 ULB ಅವನು ಈ ಚಿಕ್ಕವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಓಡ್ಡುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ತನ್ನ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಗೆ ಬೀಸುವ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದೇ ಲೇಸು. BSB BSB: It would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and to be thrown into the sea than to cause one of these little ones to stumble.
3 ULB ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರಿ. ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನು ತಪ್ಪುಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸು; ಅವನು ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪಪಟ್ಟರೆ ಅವನ ತಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿಬಿಡು. BSB BSB: Watch yourselves. If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.
4 ULB ಅವನು ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಏಳು ಸಾರಿ ನಿನಗೆ ತಪ್ಪುಮಾಡಿ ಏಳು ಸಾರಿಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು, ‘ನಾನು ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪದುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸು’ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. BSB BSB: Even if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times returns to say, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive him.”
5 ULB ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರು ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗೆ- ನಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲು BSB BSB: The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!”
6 ULB ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯು- ಸಾಸಿವೇ ಕಾಳಷ್ಟು ನಂಬಿಕೆ ನಿಮಗಿರುವುದಾದರೆ ನೀವು ಈ ಅಂಜೂರದಮರಕ್ಕೆ- ನೀನು ಬೇರುಸಹಿತ ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡುಹೋಗಿ ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಟಿಕೊ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರೂ ಅದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವದು ಅಂದನು. BSB BSB: And the Lord answered, “If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you.
7 ULB ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವನಿಗಾದರೂ ವ್ಯವಸಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಥವಾ ಕುರಿಮೇಯಿಸುವ ಆಳಿರಲಾಗಿ ಅವನು ಹೊಲದಿಂದ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದ ಆ ಆಳಿಗೆ- ನೀನು ತಟ್ಟನೆ ಬಂದು ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂತುಕೋ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವನೇ? BSB BSB: Which of you whose servant comes in from plowing or shepherding in the field will say to him, ‘Come at once and sit down to eat’?
8 ULB ಹಾಗೆ ಹೇಳದೆ- ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಊಟಕ್ಕೇನಾದರೂ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡು, ನಾನು ಊಟಮಾಡುವ ತನಕ ನಡುಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು ನನಗೆ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡು; ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ನೀನು ಊಟಮಾಡು, ಕೂಡಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವನಲ್ಲವೇ. BSB BSB: Instead, won’t he tell him, ‘Prepare my meal and dress yourself to serve me while I eat and drink, and afterward you may eat and drink’?
9 ULB ತನ್ನ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯಂತೆ ನಡೆದ ಆ ಆಳಿಗೆ- ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ಉಪಕಾರವಾಯಿತೆಂದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವನೇ? ಇದರಂತೆಯೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗತಿ. BSB BSB: Does he thank the servant because he did what he was told?
10 ULB ನೀವು ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯಾಗಿರುವದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾವು ಆಳುಗಳು, ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಿಲ್ಲದವರು, ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದದ್ದನ್ನೇ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಅನ್ನಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. BSB BSB: So you also, when you have done everything commanded of you, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.’”
11 ULB ಯೇಸು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಸಮಾರ್ಯ, ಗಲಿಲಾಯ ಸೀಮೆಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಹಾದುಹೋದನು. BSB BSB: While Jesus was on His way to Jerusalem, He was passing between Samaria and Galilee.
12 ULB ಒಂದು ಹಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಹತ್ತುಮಂದಿ ಕುಷ್ಠರೋಗಿಗಳು ಆತನ ಎದುರಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತು ಯೇಸುವೇ, BSB BSB: As He entered one of the villages, He was met by ten lepers. They stood at a distance

14 ULB ಆತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ- ನೀವು ಹೋಗಿ ಯಾಜಕರಿಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೈ ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಅವರು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಶುದ್ಧರಾದರು. BSB BSB: When Jesus saw them, He said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they were on their way, they were cleansed.
15 ULB ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ತನಗೆ ಗುಣವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಮಹಾಶಬ್ದದಿಂದ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ ಬಂದು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಪಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಬಿದ್ದು BSB BSB: When one of them saw that he was healed, he came back, praising God in a loud voice.
16 ULB ಆತನಿಗೆ ಉಪಕಾರಸ್ತುತಿಮಾಡಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞೆತೆಯನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದನು. ಅವನು ಸಮಾರ್ಯದವನು. BSB BSB: He fell facedown at Jesus’ feet in thanksgiving to Him—and he was a Samaritan.

18 ULB ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಅನ್ಯದೇಶದವನೇ ಹೊರತು ಇನ್ನಾರೂ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಎದ್ದು ಹೋಗು, BSB BSB: Was no one found except this foreigner to return and give glory to God?”
19 ULB ನಿನ್ನ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡಿಯದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. BSB BSB: Then Jesus said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well!”
20 ULB ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಯಾವಾಗ ಬರುವದೆಂದು ಫರಿಸಾಯರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ- ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಬರುವಂಥದಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: When asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God will not come with observable signs.
21 ULB ಇಗೋ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ, ಅಗೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವದಕ್ಕಾಗದು; ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. BSB BSB: Nor will people say, ‘Look, here it is,’ or ‘There it is.’ For you see, the kingdom of God is in your midst.”
22 ULB ಮತ್ತು ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ- ಒಂದು ಕಾಲ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ, ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನ ದಿವಸಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಒಂದು ದಿನವನ್ನು ನೋಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ನೋಡದೆ ಇರುವಿರಿ. BSB BSB: Then He said to the disciples, “The time is coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it.
23 ULB ಜನರು ನಿಮಗೆ- ಅಗೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ಇಗೋ ಇಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರೆ ನೀವು ಅವರು ಹೇಳುವಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಬೇಡಿರಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಲೂ ಬೇಡಿರಿ. BSB BSB: People will tell you, ‘Look, there He is!’ or ‘Look, here He is!’ Do not go out or chase after them.
24 ULB ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಮಿಂಚು ಮಿಂಚುತ್ತಾ ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕಡೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಹೊಳೆಯುವದೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನು ತನ್ನ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿರುವನು. BSB BSB: For just as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other, so will be the Son of Man in His day.
25 ULB ಆದರೆ ಮೊದಲು ಆತನು ಬಹು ಕಷ್ಟಗಳನ್ನನುಭವಿಸಿ ಈಗಿನ ಕಾಲದ ಜನರಿಂದ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕು. BSB BSB: But first He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.
26 ULB ನೋಹನ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಡೆಯುವದು. BSB BSB: Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man:
27 ULB ನೋಹನು ನಾವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದ ದಿನದ ತನಕ ಜನರು ಊಟಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಕುಡಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಮದುವೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಮದುವೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆಗ ಜಲಪ್ರಳಯವು ಬಂದು ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡಿತು. BSB BSB: People were eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.
28 ULB ಮತ್ತು ಲೋಟನ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಡೆಯುವುದು. ಅವರು ಊಟಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಕುಡಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಮಾರಾಟಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ನೆಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. BSB BSB: It was the same in the days of Lot: People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building.
29 ULB ಆದರೆ ಲೋಟನು ಸೊದೊಮ್ ಊರನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾಶದಿಂದ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಗಂಧಕಗಳು ಸುರಿದು ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡಿದವು. BSB BSB: But on the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.
30 ULB ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗುವ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರುವುದು. BSB BSB: It will be just like that on the day the Son of Man is revealed.
31 ULB ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಳಿಗೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವವನು ಮನೆಯೊಳಗಿರುವ ತನ್ನ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿದು ಬರಬಾರದು; ಅದೇ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿರುವವನು ಸಹ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಬಾರದು. BSB BSB: On that day, let no one on the housetop come down to retrieve his possessions. Likewise, let no one in the field return for anything he has left behind.
32 ULB ಲೋಟನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ತಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ. BSB BSB: Remember Lot’s wife!
33 ULB ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದಿರುವವನು ಅದನ್ನು ಕಳದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಕಳದುಕೊಂಡವನು ಅದನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು. BSB BSB: Whoever tries to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will preserve it.
34 ULB ಆ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಒಂದೇ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವರು; ಒಬ್ಬನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲ್ಪಡುವನು, ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು ಕೈ ಬಿಡಲ್ಪಡುವನು. BSB BSB: I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed: one will be taken and the other left.
35 ULB ಇಬ್ಬರು ಹೆಂಗಸರು ಒಂದೇ ಕಲ್ಲಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಸುತ್ತಿರುವರು; ಒಬ್ಬಳು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲ್ಪಡುವಳು, ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬಳು ಬಿಡಲ್ಪಡುವಳು ಅಂದನು. BSB BSB: Two women will be grinding grain together: one will be taken and the other left.”
37 ULB ಈ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು- ಕರ್ತನೇ, ಅದು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುವದು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಲು ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ- ಹೆಣ ಎಲ್ಲಿಯೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಹದ್ದುಗಳು ಬಂದು ಸೇರುವವು ಎಂದು ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟನು. BSB BSB: “Where, Lord?” they asked. Jesus answered, “Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.”
