6 ULB ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗರ್ವವು ಕಂಠಮಾಲೆಯಾಗಿದೆ; ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರವು ಉಡುಪಾಗಿದೆ. BSB BSB: Therefore pride is their necklace; a garment of violence covers them.

8 ULB ಹಾಸ್ಯಮಾಡುವವರಾಗಿ ಕೆಡುಕಿನ ವಿಷಯ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರನಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಕೊಚ್ಚುತ್ತಾರೆ. BSB BSB: They mock and speak with malice; with arrogance they threaten oppression.
9 ULB ತಾವು ಮೇಲುಲೋಕದವರೋ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬಾಯಿಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಭೂಲೋಕದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರ ಮಾತೇ ಮುಂದು. BSB BSB: They set their mouths against the heavens, and their tongues strut across the earth.
10 ULB ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಜನರು ಅವರ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅವರು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ತಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: So their people return to this place and drink up waters in abundance.

12 ULB ನೋಡಿರಿ, ದುಷ್ಟರು ಇಂಥವರೇ; ಅವರು ಸದಾ ಸುಖದಿಂದಿದ್ದು ಸ್ಥಿತಿವಂತರಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. BSB BSB: Behold, these are the wicked—always carefree as they increase their wealth.
13 ULB ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಲಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೂ, ಶುದ್ಧತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈತೊಳಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೂ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವೇ ಸರಿ. BSB BSB: Surely in vain I have kept my heart pure; in innocence I have washed my hands.
14 ULB ನಾನು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ವ್ಯಾಧಿಪೀಡಿತನಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿದಿನವೂ ದಂಡಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೇನಲ್ಲಾ. BSB BSB: For I am afflicted all day long and punished every morning.
15 ULB ನಾನು ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಬಾಯಿಬಿಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಭಕ್ತಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ ದ್ರೋಹಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನು. BSB BSB: If I had said, “I will speak this way,” then I would have betrayed Your children.
17 ULB ಆದರೆ ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವರ ಅಂತ್ಯಾವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿದಾಗ ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಯಿತು. BSB BSB: until I entered God’s sanctuary; then I discerned their end.
18 ULB ಹೌದು, ನೀನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಪಾಯಕರ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟು, ಬೀಳಿಸಿ, ನಾಶಮಾಡಿಬಿಡುತ್ತೀ. BSB BSB: Surely You set them on slick ground; You cast them down into ruin.
19 ULB ಅವರು ನಿಮಿಷಮಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಹಾಳಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಭಯಂಕರ ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಂಹಾರವಾಗಿ ಮುಗಿದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. BSB BSB: How suddenly they are laid waste, completely swept away by terrors!
20 ULB ಎಚ್ಚರವಾದವನು ಕನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಕಂಡ ಹಾಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನೀನು ಏಳುವಾಗ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಾಯಾರೂಪರೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತೀ. BSB BSB: Like one waking from a dream, so You, O Lord, awaken and despise their form.
21 ULB ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸು ನೊಂದುಹೋಗಿತ್ತು; ಆಂತರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲಗು ನೆಟ್ಟಂತಿತ್ತು. BSB BSB: When my heart was grieved and I was pierced within,
22 ULB ನಾನು ವಿವೇಕಹೀನ ತಿಳಿವಳಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲದವನಂತೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ ಪಶುವೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದೆನು. BSB BSB: I was senseless and ignorant; I was a brute beast before You.
23 ULB ಆದರೂ ಸದಾ ನಿನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ. ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಬಲಗೈಯನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು, BSB BSB: Yet I am always with You; You hold my right hand.
24 ULB ನಿನ್ನ ಚಿತ್ತವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸಿ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ ತರುವಾಯ ಮಹಿಮೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿ. BSB BSB: You guide me with Your counsel, and later receive me in glory.
25 ULB ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ನೀನಲ್ಲದೆ ಮತ್ತಾರು ಅವಶ್ಯ? ಇಹಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನಲ್ಲದೆ ಇನ್ನಾರನ್ನೂ ಬಯಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: Whom have I in heaven but You? And on earth I desire no one besides You.
26 ULB ತನುಮನಗಳು ಕ್ಷಯಿಸಿದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬಲವು ನನ್ನ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾದ ಪಾಲೂ ದೇವರೇ. BSB BSB: My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
27 ULB ಇಗೋ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟವರು ನಾಶವಾಗುವರು; ನಿನಗೆ ದ್ರೋಹ ಮಾಡಿದವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮೂಲ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀ. BSB BSB: Those far from You will surely perish; You destroy all who are unfaithful to You.
28 ULB ನನಗಾದರೋ ದೇವರ ಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯವೇ ಭಾಗ್ಯವು. ಕರ್ತನೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವನಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಹತ್ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವೆನು. BSB BSB: But as for me, it is good to draw near to God. I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may proclaim all Your works.
