8 PBBR Kai' gat'n nindas umpat'n sagala sisi, tapi kati tapipet. Kai' bingung, tapi kati putus asa. BSB BSB: We are hard pressed on all sides, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;
9 PBBR Kai' gat'n nganiaya, tapi kati gat'n ngagat'n. Kai' gat'n nyampak, tapi kati gat'n ngangkuhas. BSB BSB: persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed.
10 PBBR Kai' slalu minsakng da kabis ka sadat'n Yesus ka sadat'n ungan kai' supaya da Yesus da idup uiga nyata ka sadat'n ungan kai.' BSB BSB: We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.
11 PBBR Karna kai', da idup diah, slalu gat'n nyerah ka da kabis karna Yesus supaya Yesus da idup uga gat'n nyata ka sadat'n ungan kai' da fana diah. BSB BSB: For we who are alive are always consigned to death for Jesus’ sake, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our mortal body.
12 PBBR Ladakohlah da kabis karaje ka sadat'n kai', tapi da idup karaje ka sadat'nmu. BSB BSB: So then, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you.
13 PBBR Tapi aok'a, nige da umpu roh iman da samu, sasuai da ngalaka gat'n nulis, "Iko pacaya, karna dakoh iko nyansana," kai' uga pacaya karna dakoh, kai' uga nyansana. BSB BSB: And in keeping with what is written, “I believed, therefore I have spoken,” we who have the same spirit of faith also believe and therefore speak,
14 PBBR Sa', kai' pane kalo Ini', da ngalaka gat'n ngangkidup Tuhan Yesus, aok ngangkidup kai' uga bariuh nige Yesus ge' aok minsakng kai bariuh ge imu' ka tura-A. BSB BSB: knowing that the One who raised the Lord Jesus will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you in His presence.
15 PBBR Sa', samaan hal diah tajadi ya' kapentinganmu' supaya anugerah, da samangkin manjangkau karah sok, kaat'n malimpah ucapan syukur bagi kamuliaan Jabata. BSB BSB: All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is extending to more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow, to the glory of God.
16 PBBR Dakohlah sabab'a, kai' kati parnah inek ate. Walopun ungan lahiriah kai' mangkin marosot kaadaan'a, tapi talino batiniah kai' slalu gat'n ngangkabahu ano demi ano. BSB BSB: Therefore we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, yet our inner self is being renewed day by day.
17 PBBR Sa', panderitaan da nyaan mati' diah, ngaraje bagi kai' nyabuah kalimpahan kekal kamuliaan da marabeh sagala-gala'a. BSB BSB: For our light and momentary affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory that is far beyond comparison.
18 PBBR Kai' kati mamprati'a hal-hal da tile, malait'nkan hal-hal da kati tile. Sa', hal-hal da tile diu ta samantara sadakngkan hal-hal diah kati tile diu ta kekal. BSB BSB: So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
