Genesis 2 (MEY)

1وبهاذي الطريقة اوفاو السماوات ولارض وذا كامل اللي فيهم.Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.

2وعاڮب يلين اوفا مولانا من شغلتو كامل، استراح فاليوم السابع .And by the seventh day God had finished the work He had been doing; so on that day He rested from all His work.

3وبارك مولانا اليوم السابع وڮال اعلنو مخصصلو، بيهلي اوفا فيه من خلڮ العالم.Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because on that day He rested from all the work of creation that He had accomplished.

4هاذي هي قصة السماوات ولارض وقت اخلاڮتهم: اليوم اللي خلڮ الله تعالى لارض والسماواتThis is the account of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made them.

5ما كانت أي اربيعة خالڮة اعلى لارض، ولا كان املي أي اصدر فات انبت، بيهلي الله تعالى مافات فهاذا الوقت مشّا اسحاب اعلى لارض، ولا كان فات اخلڮ أي آرڮاج يحرث التراب.Now no shrub of the field had yet appeared on the earth, nor had any plant of the field sprouted, for the LORD God had not yet sent rain upon the earth, and there was no man to cultivate the ground.

6يغير كان يوخظ من لارض فهاذا الوقت عين من الما تسڮي التراب.But springs welled up from the earth and watered the whole surface of the ground.

7وعاڮب ذاك خلڮ الله تعالى الراجل من التراب وانفخ فاخنافرو الحياة وعاد الراجل نفس حية.Then the LORD God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed the breath of life into his nostrils, and the man became a living being.

8وعاڮب ذاك اغرس الله تعالى اصدر فابليدة زينة فعدن فالشرق وفم عاد عايش الراجل اللي خلڮ.And the LORD God planted a garden in Eden, in the east, where He placed the man He had formed.

9ونبت الله تعالى من لارض كل نوع من الصدر الزين و صالح للوكيل. وكانت فوسط هاذي لبليدة الزينة صدراية تعطي الحياة وصدراية اخرا تعطي معرفة الصالح والطالح.Out of the ground the LORD God gave growth to every tree that is pleasing to the eye and good for food. And in the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

10وكان فم نهر يمشي فهاذي لبليدة الزينة اللي فعدن اياك يسڮيها، وكان هاذا النهر يتفرعو منو 4 فروع.Now a river flowed out of Eden to water the garden, and from there it branched into four headwaters:

11اسم لأول هو فيشون وهو اللي يوخظ احذا ارض الحويلة كاملة بل امنين فيه الذهب.The name of the first river is the Pishon; it winds through the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold.

12والذهب اللي فم من نوعية زينة، وفم املي ازين لبخور واحجار العقيق.And the gold of that land is pure, and bdellium and onyx are found there.

13واسم الثاني هو جيحون وهو اللي يوخظ احذا ارض كوش كاملة.The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the whole land of Cush.

14واسم الثالث هو دجلة ويوخظ شرق أشور. والرابع اسمو الفرات.The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Assyria. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.

15واڮبظ الله تعالى الراجل ودارو فهاذي لبليدة الزينة اللي فعدن اياك يحرثها ويرعاها.Then the LORD God took the man and placed him in the Garden of Eden to cultivate and keep it.

16ووصا الله تعالى الراجل وڮالّو: اتڮد توكل اللي تبغي من الصدر ذي لبليدة اللي فعدن.And the LORD God commanded him, “You may eat freely from every tree of the garden,

17يغير ذيك الصدراية اللي تعطي المعرفة امبين الصالح والطالح، لا توكل منها، بيهلي الوقت اللي توكل منها لاهي اتموت .but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; for in the day that you eat of it, you will surely die.”

18وڮال الله تعالى: ماهو زين يبڮا الراجل وحدو، ولذاك لاهي انخلڮلو مُعِين اياك يشارك حياتو امعاه.The LORD God also said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make for him a suitable helper.”

19وخلڮ الله تعالى من التراب كل حيوان فلحريثة وكل اطيور السما. وعاڮب ذاك جابهم كاملين للراجل اياك يشوف شلاهي يسمّي كل واحد منهم. وكل مرة يسمّي واحد من المخلوقات يعود ذاك اسمو.And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and He brought them to the man to see what he would name each one. And whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.

20وسما الراجل الحيوانات كاملين اللي يُربّاو واطيور السما كاملين وحيوانات لخلا كاملين ، يغير ما اجبر امبينهم واحد يعاونو ويشابهلو.The man gave names to all the livestock, to the birds of the air, and to every beast of the field. But for Adam no suitable helper was found.

21و رڮّد الله تعالى الراجل ارڮاد امتين، وفوقت ارڮادو، اڮبظ الله تعالى ظلعة من اظلوعو وغطا بلها بالجل .So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep, and while he slept, He took one of the man’s ribs and closed up the area with flesh.

22وعاڮب ذاك خلڮ الله تعالى من الظلعة اللي اڮبظها من الراجل امرة وڮدمهالو.And from the rib that the LORD God had taken from the man, He made a woman and brought her to him.

23وڮال الراجل: ظرك ، هاذي اعظم من اعظامي ولحمة من لحمي، ولاهي انسميها امرة بيهَلي انڮبظت من امرئ.And the man said: “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’ for out of man she was taken.”

24ولذا السبب يخلي الراجل بوه وأمو ويلتصڮ باعيالو، ويعودو عايلة وحدة.For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.

25وكانو الراجل واعيالو كلهم عريان، يغير ما كانو يستحاو.And the man and his wife were both naked, and they were not ashamed.
