Take heed, O house of Israel! Give ear, O royal house! For this judgment is against you because you have been a snare at Mizpah, a net spread out on Tabor.
2. 2MKWBayina ke na kusadila yimbi, ke na kulutila na kusala yimbi. Munu, mu ke na kukubika kitumbu, samu na bawu nyonso.BSBBSB: The rebels are deep in slaughter; but I will chastise them all.

For now, O Ephraim, you have turned to prostitution; Israel is defiled.
4. 4MKWMavanga ya bawu, ke na kukabikisa bawu na kuvutuka na Nzambi ya bawu samu ti, mpeve ya kindumba kele na bawu, mpe bawu zaba ve Yave.BSBBSB: Their deeds do not permit them to return to their God, for a spirit of prostitution is within them, and they do not know the LORD.
5. 5MKWKasi, lunangu ya bantu ya Isayeli ke na kufunda bawu. Bantu ya Isayeli mpe bantu ya Efalayime ke banda na kwendaka bula mabaku samu na masumu ya bawu mosi. Bantu ya Yuda mpe ke banda na kwendaka bula mabaku kintwadi na bawu.BSBBSB: Israel’s arrogance testifies against them; Israel and Ephraim stumble in their iniquity; even Judah stumbles with them.
6. 6MKWBawu na bangombe ya bawu, na mameme, na bankombo, bawu ke kwenda sosa Yave, kasi bawu ke tala yandi ve. Yandi ke kuma ntama na bawu.BSBBSB: They go with their flocks and herds to seek the LORD, but they do not find Him; He has withdrawn Himself from them.
7. 7MKWBawu me vwanda ve ya kukwikama na Yave, samu ti, bawu me buta bana na makangu. Ni yawu yina, kaka na ngonda mosi, bawu na bimvwama ya bawu ke mwangana.BSBBSB: They have been unfaithful to the LORD; for they have borne illegitimate children. 9. 9MKWEfalayime ke mwangana na kilumbu ya nsembolo. Mu ke na kuzabisa dyambu ya tsyelika na bifumba ya Isayeli.BSBBSB: Ephraim will be laid waste on the day of rebuke. Among the tribes of Israel I proclaim what is certain.
10. 10MKWBamfumu ya Yuda kele mutindu bantu yina ke sobaka bandilu. Mu ke dasukila bawu mutindu nyamba ya maza.BSBBSB: The princes of Judah are like those who move boundary stones; I will pour out My fury upon them like water.
11. 11MKW«Efalayime ke na kunyokwama. Lufundusu me nika bawu samu ti, yandi vwandaka tatamana na kusadila mambu yina ntima ya yandi vwandaka zola.BSBBSB: Ephraim is oppressed, crushed in judgment, for he is determined to follow worthless idols.
12. 12MKWMu ke vwanda mutindu makoko ya yintu, samu na Efalayime. Mu ke vwanda mutindu mputa ya kubola, samu na dikanda ya Yuda.BSBBSB: So I am like a moth to Ephraim, and like decay to the house of Judah.
13. 13MKWEfalayime me tala kimbevo ya yandi. Yuda me tala mputa ya yandi. Efalayime me kwenda na yinsi ya Asili. Yandi me fidisa bantumwa na ntinu Yaleve. Kasi yandi ke lenda ve na kunyakisa beno, to kubelusa mputa ya beno,BSBBSB: When Ephraim saw his sickness and Judah his wound, then Ephraim turned to Assyria and sent to the great king. But he cannot cure you or heal your wound.
14. 14MKWsamu ti, mu ke vwanda mutindu nkosi samu na Efalayime. Mu ke vwanda mutindu nkosi ya ntwenya, samu na dikanda ya Yuda. Munu, mu ke pasula yawu. Mu ke kwenda na yawu, mpe ata muntu ke botola munu yawu.»BSBBSB: For I am like a lion to Ephraim and like a young lion to the house of Judah. I, even I, will tear them to pieces and then go away. I will carry them off where no one can rescue them.
15. 15MKW«Mu ke kwenda ya munu. Mu ke vutuka na kisika ya munu, tii na ntangu yina bawu ke ndima yimbi ya bawu, mpe bawu ke sosa dyaka kizizi ya munu. Na bampasi ya bawu ya kulutila, bawu ke sosa munu.»BSBBSB: Then I will return to My place until they admit their guilt and seek My face; in their affliction they will earnestly seek Me.”
