23Kana meso ya nge kele na mavimpi ya yimbi, nzutu nyonso ya nge kele na kati ya mpimpa. Na yina, kana nsemo yina kele na nge kele kaka mpimpa, mpimpa ke lutila mingi na nge.»But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

Ya tsyelika, luzingu me lutila madya mfunu, mpe nzutu me lutila bilele mfunu.Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?

28«Samu na yinki beno ke vwandaka na manyongo samu na bilele? Beno tala mutindu ke kulaka bifulu ya bilanga! Yawu ke salaka ve kisalu mpe ke syetaka ve bilele.And why do you worry about clothes? Consider how the lilies of the field grow: They do not labor or spin.

30Beno, bantu ya kiminu ya fyoti! Kana Nzambi ke na kulwatisa mutindu yina matiti yina kele na bilanga bubu yayi, mpe ba ke losa mbasi na tiya, samu na yinki yandi ke sala yawu ve ya kulutila samu na beno?If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

31Beno tala ntima mpasi ve na kuzonzaka: “Yinki beto ke kudya? Yinki beto ke kunwa? Yinki beto ke lwata?”»Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’

32«Ni bayina zaba Nzambi ve ke sosaka ntangu nyonso bima nyonso yina. Kasi Tata ya beno yina kele na mazulu zaba ti beno kele na nsatu ya yawu.For the Gentiles strive after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.

33Beno sosa ntete Kimfumu ya Nzambi mpe mambu ya kudedama yina Nzambi ke zolaka. Na manima, Nzambi ke pesa beno mpe bima nyonso yina me bikana.But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.
