1. 1IEVസിംഹാസനത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവന്‍റെ വലതുകയ്യിൽ ഒരു ചുരുൾ ഉള്ളതായി ഞാൻ കണ്ടു. ചുരുളിന്‍റെ പുറത്തും അകത്തും എഴുതിയിട്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഏഴ് മുദ്രകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഇത് അടച്ചിരുന്നു.BSBBSB: Then I saw a scroll in the right hand of the One seated on the throne. It had writing on both sides and was sealed with seven seals.
2. 2IEVഒരു ശക്തനായ ഒരു ദൂതന്‍ ഉറച്ച ശബ്ദത്തിൽ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്ന ഞാൻ കണ്ടു, “പുസ്തകച്ചുരുളിന്‍റെ മുദ്രകൾ പൊട്ടിക്കുവാനും അതു തുറക്കുവാനും യോഗ്യനായ വ്യക്തി മുമ്പോട്ടു വന്ന് അതു ചെയ്യുക!”BSBBSB: And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?”
3. 3IEVഎന്നാൽ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലോ ഭൂമിയിലോ അതിനു കീഴെ സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഒരു സൃഷ്ടിയിലും പുസ്തകച്ചുരുൾ തുറക്കുവാനും അതിൽ എന്താണ് എഴുതിയതെന്നു കാണുവാനും കഴിവുള്ളവരായി ആരെയും കണ്ടില്ല.BSBBSB: But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or look inside it.
4. 4IEVഅതിനു യോഗ്യരായ ആരും ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ ഞാൻ ഉറക്കെ കരഞ്ഞു.BSBBSB: And I began to weep bitterly, because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or look inside it.
5. 5IEVഎന്നാൽ ഒരു മൂപ്പൻ എന്നോടു പറഞ്ഞു, “ഇനി കരയരുത്! നോക്കുക, ദാവീദ് രാജാവിന്‍റെ പിൻഗാമിയും അനന്തരാവകാശിയുമായ യഹൂദാ ഗോത്രത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള സിംഹം എന്നു പേരുള്ളവന്‍ സാത്താനെ ജയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു! തൽഫലമായി, പുസ്തകച്ചുരുളിലെ ഏഴ് മുദ്രകൾ പൊട്ടിക്കുവാനും അതു തുറക്കുവാനും അവൻ യോഗ്യനാണ്!”BSBBSB: Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed to open the scroll and its seven seals.”
6. 6IEVഅപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ നാലു ജീവികളുടെയും സിംഹാസനത്തിനു ചുറ്റിലും മൂപ്പന്മാരുടെ നടുവിലും നിന്നിരുന്ന ഒരു കുഞ്ഞാടിനെ കണ്ടു. അവൻ ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പുണ്ടെങ്കിലും, ആരോ തന്നെ കൊന്നതായി കാണിക്കുന്ന അടയാളങ്ങൾ അവനുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അവന് ഏഴ് കൊമ്പുകളുണ്ടായിരുന്നു, ഏഴ് കണ്ണുകളുണ്ടായിരുന്നു, അതു ദൈവം ഭൂമിയിലാകെ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന ദൈവത്തിന്‍റെ ഏഴ് ആത്മാക്കളാണ്.BSBBSB: Then I saw a Lamb who appeared to have been slain, standing in the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. The Lamb had seven horns and seven eyes, which represent the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.
7. 7IEVകുഞ്ഞാട് വന്നു സിംഹാസനത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവന്‍റെ വലതു കൈയിൽനിന്ന് ചുരുൾ വാങ്ങി.BSBBSB: And He came and took the scroll from the right hand of the One seated on the throne.
8. 8IEVഅവൻ ചുരുൾ വാങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ, നാലു ജീവികളും ഇരുപത്തിനാലു മൂപ്പന്മാരും അവന്‍റെ മുമ്പിൽ പ്രണമിച്ചു. ഓരോരുത്തർക്കും വീണയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു, ദൈവജനത്തിന്‍റെ പ്രാർത്ഥനയെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്ന ധൂപവർഗ്ഗം നിറഞ്ഞ പൊന്‍ പാത്രങ്ങളുമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.BSBBSB: When He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
9. 9IEVജീവികളും മൂപ്പന്മാരും ഒരു പുതിയ പാട്ട്പാടി. അവർ പാടിയത്: “പുസ്തകച്ചുരുൾ സ്വീകരിക്കാനും അതിന്‍റെ മുദ്രകൾ തുറക്കുവാനും നീ യോഗ്യനാണ് നീ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടതിനാലും എല്ലാ ഗോത്രത്തിൽ നിന്നും ഭാഷയിൽനിന്നും ജനങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും ആളുകളെ നിന്‍റെ രക്തത്തിൽനിന്ന് വീണ്ടെടുത്തതിനാലും നീ രക്തം കൊണ്ട് ദൈവത്തിനു വേണ്ടി വീണ്ടെടുത്തതിനാല്‍ ചുരുള്‍ വാങ്ങുവാനും അതിന്‍റെ മുദ്രകള്‍ തുറക്കുവാനും നീ യോഗ്യനാകുന്നു.BSBBSB: And they sang a new song: “Worthy are You to take the scroll and open its seals, because You were slain, and by Your blood You purchased for God those from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.
10. 10IEVനമ്മുടെ ദൈവം ഭരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ജനതയായിത്തീരാനും അവനെ സേവിക്കുന്ന പുരോഹിതന്മാരാകുവാനും നീ അവര്‍ക്ക് കാരണമായി. "അവർ ഭൂമിയിൽ ഭരിക്കും.”BSBBSB: You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign upon the earth.”
11. 11IEVഞാൻ നോക്കികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ, സിംഹാസനത്തിനുചുറ്റും ജീവികൾക്കും മൂപ്പന്മാർക്കും ചുറ്റുമായി നിരവധി ദൂതന്മാരുടെ ശബ്ദം ഞാൻ കേട്ടു. ആർക്കും എണ്ണികണക്കാക്കുവാന്‍ കഴിയാത്തവിധം അവരുടെ എണ്ണം ദശലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് വലിയതായിരുന്നു.BSBBSB: Then I looked, and I heard the voices of many angels encircling the throne, and the living creatures and the elders. And their number was myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands.
12. 12IEVഅവർ വലിയ ശബ്ദത്തിൽ പാടുകയായിരുന്നു: “അവർ കൊന്ന കുഞ്ഞാടിനെ—അവന്‍റെ ശക്തി, സമ്പത്ത്, ജ്ഞാനം, ബലം എന്നിവയെ നാം സ്തുതിക്കുന്നത് യുക്തമാണ്. സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെട്ടവയെല്ലാം അവനെ ബഹുമാനിക്കുകയും സ്തുതിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് യുക്തമാണ്!”BSBBSB: In a loud voice they were saying: “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing!”
13. 13IEVപറയുക, സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലും ഭൂമിയിലും ഭൂമിക്കു കീഴിലും സമുദ്രത്തിലുമുള്ള സകല സൃഷ്ടികളും പറയുന്നത് ഞാന്‍ കേട്ടു, നാം എന്നെന്നേക്കും സിംഹാസനത്തില്‍ ഇരിക്കുന്നവനെയും കുഞ്ഞാടിനെയും സ്തുതിക്കേണ്ടതും ബഹുമാനിക്കേണ്ടതും മഹത്വീകരിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്. അവര്‍ എന്നെന്നേക്കും പൂര്‍ണ്ണ ശക്തിയോടെ വാഴട്ടെ!BSBBSB: And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying: “To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power forever and ever!”
14. 14IEVനാലു ജീവികളും പറഞ്ഞത്, “അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാകട്ടെ!” അപ്പോൾ മൂപ്പന്മാർ നിലത്തു വീണ് ദൈവത്തേയും കുഞ്ഞാടിനെയും ആരാധിച്ചു.BSBBSB: And the four living creatures said, “Amen,” and the elders fell down and worshiped.
