7 ULB നിന്റെ വെള്ളച്ചാട്ടങ്ങളുടെ ഇരമ്പലിൽ ആഴി ആഴത്തെ വിളിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ ഓളങ്ങളും തിരമാലകളുമെല്ലാം എന്റെ മുകളിലൂടെ കടന്നുപോകുന്നു. BSB BSB: Deep calls to deep in the roar of Your waterfalls; all Your breakers and waves have rolled over me.

9 ULB “നീ എന്നെ മറന്നത് എന്തുകൊണ്ട്? ശത്രുവിന്റെ ഉപദ്രവത്താൽ ഞാൻ ദുഃഖിച്ച് നടക്കേണ്ടി വന്നത് എന്തുകൊണ്ട്?” എന്ന് ഞാൻ എന്റെ പാറയായ ദൈവത്തോട് ചോദിക്കും. BSB BSB: I say to God my Rock, “Why have You forgotten me? Why must I walk in sorrow because of the enemy’s oppression?”
10 ULB “നിന്റെ ദൈവം എവിടെ?” എന്ന് എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കൾ ഇടവിടാതെ എന്നോട് ചോദിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് എന്റെ അസ്ഥികൾ തകരും വിധം എന്നെ നിന്ദിക്കുന്നു. BSB BSB: Like the crushing of my bones, my enemies taunt me, while they say to me all day long, “Where is your God?”
11 ULB എന്റെ ആത്മാവേ, നീ വിഷാദിച്ച് ഞരങ്ങുന്നത് എന്തിന്? ദൈവത്തിൽ പ്രത്യാശവയ്ക്കുക; അവൻ തന്റെ മുഖപ്രകാശത്താൽ എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ദൈവവുമാകുന്നു എന്ന് ഞാൻ ഇനിയും അവനെ സ്തുതിക്കും. BSB BSB: Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why the unease within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God.
