1 UDB त्यादिवसामध्ये ही अनेक लोक विश्वाणारे बनत होते; बाहेरून आलेले यहूदी स्थानिक इस्त्राएलात जन्मलेल्या यहूद्यांच्याविरुद्ध कुरकुर करू लागले, कारण त्याच्या विधवांना त्याच्या जेवणाचा यथायोग्य वाट दररोज मिळत नव्हता. 10 UDB परंतु स्तेफन काही चुकीचे बोलत आहे, हे ते सिद्ध करू शकत नव्हते कारण देवाचा आत्मा स्तेफनाला अतिशय ज्ञानाने बोलण्यास मार्गदर्शन करत होता. BSB BSB: but they could not stand up to his wisdom or the Spirit by whom he spoke.
