2 PBA Tendu saje' tide'! Macammanah pula kita nang lah mati begi dosa masih idup bek delamnya? BSB BSB: Certainly not! How can we who died to sin live in it any longer?
3 PBA Atou ken kita tau behe'sanya kita semua nang lah kena baptis bek de'lam Yesus Kristus lah debaptiskan ke delam kematian-Nya? BSB BSB: Or aren’t you aware that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?
4 PBA Khana itu, kita lah de'kubu, hkan besama-sama Die pade' sa'at kita kena baptis bek delam kematian-Nya; bi, eh sama sehopa Yesus nang dedidupkan agi andaha uhang nang lah mati dengan kemuliaan Bapa, kita juge' de'pat beje'lan idup nang debe'hukan. BSB BSB: We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may walk in newness of life.
5 PBA Sbe'b, kalau kita lah desatonkan besama-Nya bek delam sehopa kematian-Nya, kita pasti juge' akan desatonkan bek delam sehopa kebangkitan-Nya. BSB BSB: For if we have been united with Him like this in His death, we will certainly also be united with Him in His resurrection.

BSB BSB: We know that our old self was crucified with Him so that the body of sin might be rendered powerless, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.
7 PBA Sbe'b, bangsapa nang lah mati, die akan de'bebe'skan agi dosa. BSB BSB: For anyone who has died has been freed from sin.
8 PBA Jem ika, kalau kita lah mati besama Kristus, kita pecaya behe'sanya kita juge akan idup besama dengan-Nya. BSB BSB: Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with Him.
9 PBA Kita tau behe'sanya Kristus nang lan deisupkan agi andaha uhang nang lah mati kok akan mati agi de; maut kok agi bekuasa atas Die.' BSB BSB: For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, He cannot die again; death no longer has dominion over Him.
10 PBA Sbe'b, akan hal mati-Nya, Die mati khana dosa sekali ondok selamanya, tapi akan hal idup-Nya itu, Die' idup ondok Tuan Allah. BSB BSB: The death He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life He lives, He lives to God.
11 PBA Macam gitu juge dengan dihi dike'u, mika mak sade, eh behe'sanya dihi dike'u lah mati kena dosa, idup ondok Tuan Allah bek delam Kristus Yesus. BSB BSB: So you too must count yourselves dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.

Akan tetapi, seha, hkan dihi dike'u tu kena Tuan Allah sebe'gai nang idup agi andaha uhang nang lah mati, begian-begian dihi dike'u sebe'gai hal nang bene', h bek Tuan Allah. BSB BSB: Do not present the parts of your body to sin as instruments of wickedness, but present yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and present the parts of your body to Him as instruments of righteousness.
14 PBA Sbe'b, dosa kok akan bekuasa atas dihi dike'u khana mika kok agi idup bek be'wah Hukum Taurat tapi bek bewah anugerah. Ame Nang Bene, h. BSB BSB: For sin shall not be your master, because you are not under law, but under grace.

16 PBA Mika pasti tau behe'sanya sa'at mika nyeha, hkan dihi dike'u sebegai ame' nang ta'at kena sesoato atou seseohang, mika menje'di ame' be'gi sebe'le'h nang mika pato, h, be'ik kena dosa nang memembe'n dike'u menuju maut, atou kena pato, h nang akan membe'n dike'u menuju hal nang betul. BSB BSB: Do you not know that when you offer yourselves as obedient slaves, you are slaves to the one you obey, whether you are slaves to sin leading to death, or to obedience leading to righteousness?
17 PBA Akan tetapi, syukur kena Tuan Allah behe'sanya mika nang dulunya ade ah ame' dosa, jem ika lah menje'di patoh sepe'nohnya hal-hal nag pending nang de aje, hkan kena dike'u, BSB BSB: But thanks be to God that, though you once were slaves to sin, you wholeheartedly obeyed the form of teaching to which you were committed.
18 PBA khana mika lah debe'be'skan agi dosa, mika menjedi ame hal nang bene, h. BSB BSB: You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.

BSB BSB: I am speaking in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. Just as you used to offer the parts of your body in slavery to impurity and to escalating wickedness, so now offer them in slavery to righteousness leading to holiness.
20 PBA Sbe'b, sa'at mika masih menje'di ame' dosa, mika bebe's agi hal nang bene, h. BSB BSB: For when you were slaves to sin, you were free of obligation to righteousness.
21 PBA Akan tetapi, apa ni undungnya nang mika de'patkan agi hal-hal semacam itu mue't mehi malu muka itu ken? Sbe, b, pengabis sekali agi semua hal itu ade ah maut. BSB BSB: What fruit did you reap at that time from the things of which you are now ashamed? The outcome of those things is death.
22 PBA Akan tetapi jem ika, sesude'h debe'be'skan agi dosa, lah jedi ame Tuan Allah, mika de'pat hase'l bu'eh atas kesucian, pengabisnya ade ah depat idup nang kekal. BSB BSB: But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the fruit you reap leads to holiness, and the outcome is eternal life.
23 PBA Sbe'b upah dosa ade ah maut, tapi karunia Tuan Allah ade' ah idup nang kekal bek delam Yesus Kristus, Tuhan kita. BSB BSB: For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
