3 ULB ପୁଣି, ଅନେକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଯାଉ ଯାଉ କହିବେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆସ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପର୍ବତକୁ, ଯାକୁବର ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଗୃହକୁ ଯାଉ; ତହିଁରେ ସେ ଆପଣା ପଥ ବିଷୟ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେବେ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମାର୍ଗରେ ଗମନ କରିବା।” କାରଣ ସିୟୋନଠାରୁ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଓ ଯିରୂଶାଲମଠାରୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ନିର୍ଗତ ହେବ। BSB BSB: And many peoples will come and say: “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us His ways so that we may walk in His paths.” For the law will go forth from Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
4 ULB ପୁଣି, ସେ ଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଚାର କରିବେ ଓ ଅନେକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧରେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି କରିବେ; ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଖଡ୍ଗ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଲଙ୍ଗଳର ଫାଳ କରିବେ ଓ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ବର୍ଚ୍ଛା ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଦାଆ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବେ; ଏକ ଦେଶୀୟ ଲୋକେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀୟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଖଡ୍ଗ ଉଠାଇବେ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ସେମାନେ ଆଉ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଶିଖିବେ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: Then He will judge between the nations and arbitrate for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will no longer take up the sword against nation, nor train anymore for war.
5 ULB ହେ ଯାକୁବ ବଂଶ, ଆସ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦୀପ୍ତିରେ ଗମନ କରୁ। BSB BSB: Come, O house of Jacob, let us walk in the light of the LORD.
6 ULB କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକ ଯାକୁବ ବଂଶକୁ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଅଛ, ଯେହେତୁ ସେମାନେ ପୂର୍ବଦେଶୀୟ ଆଚାରରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଓ ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ନ୍ୟାୟ ଗଣକ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ବିଦେଶୀୟ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ସହିତ ହସ୍ତ ତାଳି ଦିଅନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: For You have abandoned Your people, the house of Jacob, because they are filled with influences from the east; they are soothsayers like the Philistines; they strike hands with the children of foreigners.
7 ULB ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟ ରୂପା ଓ ସୁନାରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ; ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଧନର ସୀମା ନାହିଁ; ଆହୁରି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶ ଅଶ୍ୱରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ରଥର ସୀମା ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: Their land is full of silver and gold, with no limit to their treasures; their land is full of horses, with no limit to their chariots.
8 ULB ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତିମାରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ; ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ଅଙ୍ଗୁଳିନିର୍ମିତ ସ୍ୱହସ୍ତକୃତ ବସ୍ତୁକୁ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: Their land is full of idols; they bow down to the work of their hands, to what their fingers have made.
9 ULB ସାମାନ୍ୟ ଲୋକ ଅଧୋମୁଖ ଓ ମହାନ ଲୋକ ନତ ହୁଏ; ଏହେତୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଷମା କର ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: So mankind is brought low, and man is humbled—do not forgive them!
10 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଭୟାନକତ୍ତ୍ୱ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମହିମାର ତେଜରୁ, ଶୈଳରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରି ଧୂଳିରେ ଆପଣାକୁ ଲୁଚାଅ। BSB BSB: Go into the rocks and hide in the dust from the terror of the LORD and the splendor of His majesty.
11 ULB ମନୁଷ୍ୟର ଉଚ୍ଚ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ନତ ହେବ ଓ ମନୁଷ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କର ଅହଙ୍କାର ଅବନତ ହେବ, ପୁଣି, ସେହି ଦିନରେ କେବଳ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଉନ୍ନତ ହେବେ। BSB BSB: The proud look of man will be humbled, and the loftiness of men brought low; the LORD alone will be exalted in that day.
12 ULB କାରଣ ଅହଙ୍କାରୀ, ଗର୍ବିତ ଓ ଉଚ୍ଚୀକୃତ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳରେ ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଏକ ଦିନ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେବ, ତହିଁରେ ତାହା ନତ ହେବ; BSB BSB: For the Day of the LORD of Hosts will come against all the proud and lofty, against all that is exalted—it will be humbled—
13 ULB ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, (ସେହି ଦିନ) ଲିବାନୋନର ଉଚ୍ଚ ଓ ଉନ୍ନତ ସକଳ ଏରସ ବୃକ୍ଷର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ଓ ବାଶନର ସମସ୍ତ ଅଲୋନ ବୃକ୍ଷର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ; BSB BSB: against all the cedars of Lebanon, lofty and lifted up, against all the oaks of Bashan,
14 ULB ପୁଣି, ସକଳ ଉଚ୍ଚ ପର୍ବତର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ଓ ସକଳ ଉନ୍ନତ ଉପପର୍ବତର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ; BSB BSB: against all the tall mountains, against all the high hills,
15 ULB ଆଉ, ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଦୁର୍ଗର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ଓ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ ପ୍ରାଚୀରର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ; BSB BSB: against every high tower, against every fortified wall,
16 ULB ତର୍ଶୀଶ୍ର ସକଳ ଜାହାଜର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ଓ ମନୋହର ସକଳ ଶିଳ୍ପକର୍ମର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ହେବ। BSB BSB: against every ship of Tarshish, and against every stately vessel.
17 ULB ପୁଣି, ମନୁଷ୍ୟର ଉଚ୍ଚତା ନତ ହେବ ଓ ମନୁଷ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କର ଅହଙ୍କାର ଅବନତ ହେବ; ଆଉ ସେହି ଦିନରେ କେବଳ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଉନ୍ନତ ହେବେ। BSB BSB: So the pride of man will be brought low, and the loftiness of men will be humbled; the LORD alone will be exalted in that day,
18 ULB ପୁଣି, ପ୍ରତିମାସକଳ ନିଃଶେଷ ରୂପେ ଲୁପ୍ତ ହେବେ। BSB BSB: and the idols will vanish completely.
19 ULB ଆଉ, ଯେତେବେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ଅତିଶୟ କମ୍ପିତ କରିବାକୁ ଉଠିବେ, ସେତେବେଳେ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଭୟାନକତ୍ତ୍ୱ ଓ ମହିମାର ତେଜରୁ ଶୈଳର ଗୁମ୍ଫା ଓ ପୃଥିବୀର ଗର୍ତ୍ତରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବେ। BSB BSB: Men will flee to caves in the rocks and holes in the ground, away from the terror of the LORD and from the splendor of His majesty, when He rises to shake the earth.
20 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ଅତିଶୟ କମ୍ପିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଉଠିଲେ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ଭୟାନକତ୍ତ୍ୱ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମହିମାର ତେଜରୁ ଶୈଳର ଗହ୍ୱର ଓ ଶୈଳର ବିଦୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ପାଇଁ; BSB BSB: In that day men will cast away to the moles and bats their idols of silver and gold—the idols they made to worship.
21 ULB ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଆପଣାର ଭଜନାର୍ଥେ ନିର୍ମିତ ରୌପ୍ୟମୟ ପ୍ରତିମା ଓ ସ୍ୱର୍ଣ୍ଣମୟ ପ୍ରତିମାଗଣକୁ ସେହି ଦିନ ମୂଷିକ ଓ ଚାମଚିକାଗଣର ନିକଟରେ ପକାଇ ଦେବ। BSB BSB: They will flee to caverns in the rocks and crevices in the cliffs, away from the terror of the LORD and from the splendor of His majesty, when He rises to shake the earth.
22 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନାସାଗ୍ରେ ପ୍ରାଣବାୟୁଧାରୀ ମନୁଷ୍ୟର (ଆଶ୍ରୟରୁ) କ୍ଷାନ୍ତ ହୁଅ; କାରଣ ସେ କାହା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗଣ୍ୟ? BSB BSB: Put no more trust in man, who has only the breath in his nostrils. Of what account is he?
