2 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ଵରଙ୍କ ରବର ଶବ୍ଦ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମୁଖନିର୍ଗତ ସ୍ୱର ଶୁଣ। BSB BSB: Listen closely to the thunder of His voice and the rumbling that comes from His mouth.
3 ULB ସେ ତାହା ସମୁଦାୟ ଆକାଶର ଅଧଃସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଓ ଆପଣା ବିଜୁଳିକୁ ପୃଥିବୀର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପ୍ରେରଣ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: He unleashes His lightning beneath the whole sky and sends it to the ends of the earth.
4 ULB ତହିଁ ପଛେ ଏକ ରବ ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନ କରଇ, ସେ ଆପଣା ମହତ୍ତ୍ୱର ରବରେ ବଜ୍ରନାଦ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ରବ ଶୁଣାଗଲା ବେଳେ ସେ ତାହାସବୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: Then there comes a roaring sound; He thunders with His majestic voice. He does not restrain the lightning when His voice resounds.
5 ULB ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ରବରେ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ ରୂପେ ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନ କରନ୍ତି; ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବୋଧର ଅଗମ୍ୟ ମହତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: God thunders wondrously with His voice; He does great things we cannot comprehend.
6 ULB କାରଣ ସେ ହିମକୁ କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପୃଥିବୀରେ ପଡ଼; ସେ ସାମାନ୍ୟ ବୃଷ୍ଟିକୁ ଓ ଆପଣାର ପ୍ରବଳ ବୃଷ୍ଟିକୁ ସେହିପରି କହନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: For He says to the snow, ‘Fall on the earth,’ and to the gentle rain, ‘Pour out a mighty downpour.’
7 ULB ଯେପରି ତାହାଙ୍କର ସୃଷ୍ଟ ସମସ୍ତ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ତାହା ଜାଣି ପାରିବେ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ମନୁଷ୍ୟର ହସ୍ତ ମୋହରାଙ୍କିତ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: He seals up the hand of every man, so that all men may know His work.
8 ULB ସେତେବେଳେ ପଶୁମାନେ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଯା’ନ୍ତି ଓ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଗହ୍ୱରରେ ରହନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: The wild animals enter their lairs; they settle down in their dens.
9 ULB ଦକ୍ଷିଣସ୍ଥ ମଣ୍ଡଳରୁ ବତାସ ଆସେ ଓ ଉତ୍ତରରୁ ଶୀତ ଆସେ। BSB BSB: The tempest comes from its chamber, and the cold from the driving north winds.
10 ULB ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନିଶ୍ୱାସରେ ହିମାନୀ ଜନ୍ମେ ଓ ଜଳରାଶିର ବିସ୍ତୃତି ସଙ୍କୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହୁଏ। BSB BSB: By the breath of God the ice is formed and the watery expanses are frozen.
11 ULB ଆହୁରି, ସେ ନିବିଡ଼ ମେଘକୁ ଆର୍ଦ୍ରତାରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରନ୍ତି; ସେ ଆପଣା ବିଜୁଳିର ମେଘ ବିସ୍ତାର କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: He loads the clouds with moisture; He scatters His lightning through them.
12 ULB ଆଉ, ସେ ଯାହା କିଛି ଆଜ୍ଞା କରନ୍ତି, ତାହା ବାସଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଭୂମଣ୍ଡଳରେ ସାଧନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଚାଳନ ଦ୍ୱାରା ତାହା ଘୂରେ। BSB BSB: They swirl about, whirling at His direction, accomplishing all that He commands over the face of all the earth.
13 ULB ଦଣ୍ଡ ନିମନ୍ତେ, ବା ଆପଣା ଦେଶ ନିମନ୍ତେ, ଅଥବା ଦୟା ନିମନ୍ତେ ହେଉ, ସେ ତାହା ଘଟାନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: Whether for punishment or for His land, He accomplishes this in His loving devotion.
14 ULB ହେ ଆୟୁବ, ଏଥିରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣପାତ କର; ସ୍ଥିର ହୋଇ ଠିଆ ହୁଅ ଓ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରିୟାସବୁ ବିବେଚନା କର। BSB BSB: Listen to this, O Job; stand still and consider the wonders of God.
15 ULB ପରମେଶ୍ୱର କିପରି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆପଣା ଆଜ୍ଞାଭାର ଥୁଅନ୍ତି ଓ ଆପଣା ମେଘର ବିଜୁଳିକୁ ଦୀପ୍ତିମାନ କରନ୍ତି, ଏହା କି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣ? BSB BSB: Do you know how God dispatches the clouds or makes the lightning flash?
16 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ କି ମେଘମାଳର ସମତୌଲ, ପରମ ଜ୍ଞାନୀଙ୍କର ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରିୟାସବୁ ଜାଣ? BSB BSB: Do you understand how the clouds float, those wonders of Him who is perfect in knowledge?
17 ULB ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ବାୟୁ ସକାଶୁ ପୃଥିବୀ ସ୍ତବ୍ଧ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବସ୍ତ୍ର କିପରି ଉଷ୍ଣ ହୁଏ? BSB BSB: You whose clothes get hot when the land lies hushed under the south wind,
18 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ କି ଛାଞ୍ଚରେ ଢଳା ଦର୍ପଣ ପରି ଦୃଢ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳକୁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିପାର? BSB BSB: can you, like Him, spread out the skies, as strong as a mirror of bronze?
19 ULB ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କଅଣ କହିବା, ତାହା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶିଖାଅ; କାରଣ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ସକାଶୁ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣା କଥା ସଜାଇ ପାରୁ ନାହୁଁ। BSB BSB: Teach us what we should say to Him; we cannot draw up our case because of our darkness.
20 ULB ମୁଁ କଥା କହିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରେ ବୋଲି କି ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କୁହାଯିବ? ଅବା କୌଣସି ମନୁଷ୍ୟ କି ଗ୍ରାସି ହୋଇ ଯିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରିବ? BSB BSB: Should He be told that I want to speak? Would a man ask to be swallowed up?
21 ULB ପୁଣି, ଏତେବେଳେ ଲୋକମାନେ ଆକାଶସ୍ଥ ତେଜସ୍କର ଦୀପ୍ତି ଦେଖନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ; ମାତ୍ର ବାୟୁ ବହି ତାହା ପରିଷ୍କାର କରେ। BSB BSB: Now no one can gaze at the sun when it is bright in the skies after the wind has swept them clean.
22 ULB ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗରୁ ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣମୟ ଆଭା ଆସେ; ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କଠାରେ ଭୟାନକ ମହତ୍ତ୍ୱ ଥାଏ। BSB BSB: Out of the north He comes in golden splendor; awesome majesty surrounds Him.
23 ULB ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ପରମେଶ୍ଵର! ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ପାଇ ନ ପାରୁ; ସେ ପରାକ୍ରମରେ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ; ପୁଣି, ସେ ବିଚାର ଓ ପ୍ରଚୁର ନ୍ୟାୟଗୁଣ ହେତୁ କ୍ଳେଶ ଦେବେ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: The Almighty is beyond our reach; He is exalted in power! In His justice and great righteousness He does not oppress.
24 ULB ଏଣୁ ନରଗଣ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କରନ୍ତି; ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣରେ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ମୁଖାପେକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।” BSB BSB: Therefore, men fear Him, for He is not partial to the wise in heart.”
