3 ULB ଉତ୍ତର ଓ ଦକ୍ଷିଣରୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସେହି ମୁକ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହା କହନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: and gathered from the lands, from east and west, from north and south.

10 ULB କେହି କେହି ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧାଚରଣ ଓ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥଙ୍କ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ତୁଚ୍ଛ କରିବା ସକାଶୁ, BSB BSB: Some sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, prisoners in affliction and chains,
11 ULB ସେମାନେ ଦୁଃଖ ଓ ଲୌହ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳରେ ବଦ୍ଧ ହୋଇ ଅନ୍ଧକାରରେ ଓ ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁଛାୟାରେ ବସିଲେ; BSB BSB: because they rebelled against the words of God and despised the counsel of the Most High.

23 ULB ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଜାହାଜ ଚଢ଼ି ସମୁଦ୍ରଯାତ୍ରା କରନ୍ତି, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମହାଜଳରାଶିରେ କାରବାର କରନ୍ତି, BSB BSB: Others went out to sea in ships, conducting trade on the mighty waters.

26 ULB ସେମାନେ ଆକାଶକୁ ଉଠନ୍ତି, ପୁନର୍ବାର ସେମାନେ ଗଭୀର ଜଳକୁ ଉତ୍ତରନ୍ତି; ବିପଦ ସକାଶୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣ ତରଳି ଯାଏ। BSB BSB: They mounted up to the heavens, then sunk to the depths; their courage melted in their anguish.
27 ULB ସେମାନେ ମତ୍ତଲୋକ ପରି ଏଣେତେଣେ ଦୋହଲି ଢଳି ପଡ଼ନ୍ତି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବୁଦ୍ଧି ହଜିଯାଏ। BSB BSB: They reeled and staggered like drunkards, and all their skill was useless.

29 ULB ସେ ବତାସକୁ ସୁସ୍ଥିର କରନ୍ତି, ତହୁଁ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ତରଙ୍ଗମାଳା ନିରସ୍ତ ହୁଏ। BSB BSB: He calmed the storm to a whisper, and the waves of the sea were hushed.
30 ULB ତେବେ ସେସବୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ ହେବା ସକାଶୁ ସେମାନେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରନ୍ତି; ଏହିରୂପେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାଞ୍ଛିତ ବନ୍ଦରରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରାନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: They rejoiced in the silence, and He guided them to the harbor they desired.

33 ULB ସେ ନଦନଦୀକୁ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ଓ ନିର୍ଝରସକଳକୁ ଶୁଷ୍କ ଭୂମି କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: He turns rivers into deserts, springs of water into thirsty ground,
34 ULB ସେ ଦେଶନିବାସୀମାନଙ୍କ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ସକାଶୁ ଉର୍ବରା ଦେଶକୁ ଲବଣ-ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: and fruitful land into fields of salt, because of the wickedness of its dwellers.
35 ULB ସେ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରକୁ ଜଳାଶୟ ଓ ଶୁଷ୍କ ଭୂମିକୁ ଝରମୟ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: He turns a desert into pools of water and a dry land into flowing springs.
36 ULB ପୁଣି, କ୍ଷୁଧିତ ଲୋକମାନେ ଯେପରି ବସତି-ନଗର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବେ ଓ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବୀଜ ବପନ ଓ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାଲତା ରୋପଣ କରିବେ BSB BSB: He causes the hungry to settle there, that they may establish a city in which to dwell.
37 ULB ଓ ତଦୁତ୍ପନ୍ନ ଫଳ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେବେ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେସ୍ଥାନରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାସ କରାନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: They sow fields and plant vineyards that yield a fruitful harvest.
38 ULB ଆହୁରି, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରନ୍ତି, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ଅତିଶୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଆନ୍ତି; ପୁଣି, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପଶୁପଲ ଊଣା ହେବାକୁ ଦିଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: He blesses them, and they multiply greatly; He does not let their herds diminish.
39 ULB ପୁନର୍ବାର ସେମାନେ ଉପଦ୍ରବ, ବିପଦ ଓ ଶୋକ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନ୍ୟୁନୀକୃତ ଓ ଅବନତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: When they are decreased and humbled by oppression, evil, and sorrow,

41 ULB ତଥାପି ସେ ଦୀନହୀନକୁ ଦୁଃଖରୁ ଉଚ୍ଚରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ମେଷପଲ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ତାହାକୁ ପରିବାର ଦିଅନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: But He lifts the needy from affliction and increases their families like flocks.
42 ULB ସରଳ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହା ଦେଖି ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହେବେ; ପୁଣି, ସବୁ ଅଧର୍ମ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବ। BSB BSB: The upright see and rejoice, and all iniquity shuts its mouth.
43 ULB ଯେ ଜ୍ଞାନବାନ, ସେ ଏହିସବୁ ବିଷୟରେ ମନୋଯୋଗ କରିବ, ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବିବିଧ ଦୟା ବିବେଚନା କରିବେ। BSB BSB: Let him who is wise pay heed to these things and consider the loving devotion of the LORD.
