1 ULB ଯେଉଁ ଜନ ଦୀନହୀନଙ୍କୁ ତତ୍ତ୍ୱାବଧାନ କରେ, ସେ ଧନ୍ୟ; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶା ଦିନରେ ତାହାକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବେ। BSB BSB: For the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. Blessed is the one who cares for the poor; the LORD will deliver him in the day of trouble.
2 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାହାକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରି ଜୀବିତ ରଖିବେ ଓ ସେ ପୃଥିବୀରେ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେବ; ପୁଣି, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାହାକୁ ତାହାର ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣର ଇଚ୍ଛାରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: The LORD will protect and preserve him; He will bless him in the land and refuse to give him over to the will of his foes.
3 ULB ସେ ବ୍ୟାଧିଶଯ୍ୟାଗତ ହେଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାହାକୁ ଧରି ରଖିବେ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପୀଡ଼ା ସମୟରେ ତାହାର ସମସ୍ତ ଶଯ୍ୟା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କର। BSB BSB: The LORD will sustain him on his bed of illness and restore him from his bed of sickness.
4 ULB ମୁଁ କହିଲି, “ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୋ’ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା କର; ମୋ’ ପ୍ରାଣକୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ କର; କାରଣ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ପାପ କରିଅଛି।” BSB BSB: I said, “O LORD, be gracious to me; heal me, for I have sinned against You.”
5 ULB ମୋହର ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ମୋ’ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ହିଂସାର କଥା କହି ବୁଲନ୍ତି, ସେ କେବେ ମରିବ ଓ ତାହାର ନାମ ଲୁପ୍ତ ହେବ? BSB BSB: My enemies say with malice: “When will he die and be forgotten?”
6 ULB ପୁଣି ସେ ଯଦି ମୋତେ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ଆସେ, ସେ କହେ; ତାହାର ହୃଦୟ ଆପଣା ପାଇଁ ଅଧର୍ମ ସଞ୍ଚୟ କରେ; ସେ ବାହାରେ ଯାଇ ତାହା କହି ବୁଲେ। BSB BSB: My visitor speaks falsehood; he gathers slander in his heart; he goes out and spreads it abroad.
7 ULB ମୋହର ଘୃଣାକାରୀ ସମସ୍ତେ ଏକତ୍ର ମୋ’ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଫୁସ୍ଫୁସ୍ କରନ୍ତି; ସେମାନେ ମୋ’ ବିପକ୍ଷରେ ଅନିଷ୍ଟ କଳ୍ପନା କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: All who hate me whisper against me; they imagine the worst for me:
8 ULB ସେମାନେ କହନ୍ତି, “କୌଣସି ମନ୍ଦ ବ୍ୟାଧି ତାହାଠାରେ ଲାଗି ରହିଅଛି; ଏବେ ସେ ପଡ଼ିଅଛି, ଆଉ ଉଠିବ ନାହିଁ।” BSB BSB: “A vile disease has been poured into him; he will never get up from where he lies!”
9 ULB ହଁ, ମୋହର ନିଜ ସୁହୃଦ, ଯାହାକୁ ମୁଁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କଲି, ଯେ ମୋହର ରୁଟି ଖାଇଲା, ସେ ଆମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଆପଣା ଗୋଇଠି ଉଠାଇଅଛି। BSB BSB: Even my close friend whom I trusted, the one who shared my bread, has lifted up his heel against me.
10 ULB ମାତ୍ର ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋ’ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା କରି ମୋତେ ଉଠାଅ, ତହିଁରେ ମୁଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରତିଫଳ ଦେବି। BSB BSB: But You, O LORD, be gracious to me and raise me up, that I may repay them.
11 ULB ମୋହର ଶତ୍ରୁ ମୋ’ ଉପରେ ଜୟଧ୍ୱନି କରୁ ନାହିଁ, ଏଥିସକାଶୁ ମୁଁ ଜାଣେ ଯେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋ’ଠାରେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ଅଛ। BSB BSB: By this I know that You delight in me, for my enemy does not triumph over me.
12 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋ’ ସରଳତାରେ ମୋତେ ଧରି ରଖୁଅଛ। BSB BSB: In my integrity You uphold me and set me in Your presence forever.
13 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅନାଦିକାଳରୁ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ଧନ୍ୟ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ। ଆମେନ୍, ଆମେନ୍। BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Amen and Amen.
