3 ULB Dia namaly an'i Yaveh Joba ka nanao hoe: BSB BSB: Then Job answered the LORD:
4 ULB "Indro, tsy misy dikany aho; ahoana no hamaliako Anao? Apetrako amin'ny vavako ny tanako. BSB BSB: “Behold, I am insignificant. How can I reply to You? I place my hand over my mouth.
5 ULB Niteny indray mandeha aho, ary tsy hamaly intsony; eny, indroa, fa tsy hanohy mihoatra an'izay aho." BSB BSB: I have spoken once, but I have no answer—twice, but I have nothing to add.”
6 ULB Dia namaly an'i Joba tamin'ny tafio-drivotra masiaka Yaveh ka niteny hoe: BSB BSB: Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind and said:
7 ULB "Ampisikino tahaka ny lehilahy ny valahanao, fa hametra-panontaniana aminao Aho, dia tsy maintsy mamaly Ahy ianao. BSB BSB: “Now brace yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall inform Me.
8 ULB Moa hilaza tokoa ve ianao fa tsy marina Aho? Hanameloka Ahy ve ianao mba hitenenanao hoe marina ianao? BSB BSB: Would you really annul My justice? Would you condemn Me to justify yourself?
9 ULB Mana-tsandry tahaka ny an'Andriamanitra ve ianao? Mahay mampikotrokotro-peo tahaka Azy ve ianao? BSB BSB: Do you have an arm like God’s? Can you thunder with a voice like His?
10 ULB Tafio voninahitra sy fahamendrehana ny tenanao; mihaingoa haja sy fahalehibeazana. BSB BSB: Then adorn yourself with majesty and splendor, and clothe yourself with honor and glory.
11 ULB Ampielezo amin'ny manodidina ny fihoaran'ny fahatezeranao; jereo ireo rehetra mirehareha ary ahetreo izy. BSB BSB: Unleash the fury of your wrath; look on every proud man and bring him low.
12 ULB Jereo ireo rehetra izay mirehareha ary ahetreo izy; hitsaho ambany eo amin'izay itsanganan'izy ireo ny olona ratsy fanahy. BSB BSB: Look on every proud man and humble him; trample the wicked where they stand.
13 ULB Aleveno hiaraka eo amin'ny tany izy rehetra; gadrao any amin'ilay toerana miafina ny tavan'izy ireo. BSB BSB: Bury them together in the dust; imprison them in the grave.
14 ULB Dia hanaiky ny momba anao koa Aho fa ny tananao an-kavanana ihany dia afaka mamonjy anao. BSB BSB: Then I will confess to you that your own right hand can save you.
15 ULB Jereo ary ny behemota, izay nataoko tahaka ny nanaovako anao ihany; mihinana ahitra tahaka ny omby izy. BSB BSB: Look at Behemoth, which I made along with you. He feeds on grass like an ox.
16 ULB Indro, eo amin'ny valahany ny heriny; eo amin'ireo hozatry ny kibony ny tanjany. BSB BSB: See the strength of his loins and the power in the muscles of his belly.
17 ULB Manao ny rambony tahaka ny sedera izy; ny ozatry ny feny rehetra dia mitambatra. BSB BSB: His tail sways like a cedar; the sinews of his thighs are tightly knit.
18 ULB Ny taolany dia tahaka ny fantsona varahina; ny tongony dia tahaka ny bara vy. BSB BSB: His bones are tubes of bronze; his limbs are rods of iron.
19 ULB Izy no lehibe amin'ny zava-boaarin'Andriamanitra. Andriamanitra irery ihany, izay nanao azy, no afaka mandresy azy. BSB BSB: He is the foremost of God’s works; only his Maker can draw the sword against him.
20 ULB Fa ireo havoana manome sakafo azy; ireo bibi-dia eny an-tsaha dia milalao eo akaiky eo. BSB BSB: The hills yield him their produce, while all the beasts of the field play nearby.
21 ULB Mipetraka ao ambanin'ny voahirana, ao anaty volotara izy, ao anaty lakan-drano izy. BSB BSB: He lies under the lotus plants, hidden among the reeds of the marsh.
22 ULB Ireo voahirana dia mandrakotra azy amin'ny alokalony; ireo hazomalahelon'ny lohasahan-driaka dia manodidina azy avokoa. BSB BSB: The lotus plants conceal him in their shade; the willows of the brook surround him.
23 ULB Indro, raha tondraka ny moron'ny renirano, dia tsy hangovitra izy; mahatoky izy, na dia hisamboaravoara hatreny ambonin'ny orony aza Jordana. BSB BSB: Though the river rages, Behemoth is unafraid; he remains secure, though the Jordan surges to his mouth.
24 ULB Moa misy mahasambotra azy amin'ny farango ve, na mmahatsindrona ny orony amin'ny fandrika? BSB BSB: Can anyone capture him as he looks on, or pierce his nose with a snare?
