For if You remain silent, I will be like those descending to the Pit.
2 ULB Henoy ny feon'ny fitarainako raha mitady fanampiana avy aminao aho, raha manandratra ny tanako manatrika ny fitoeranao masina indrindra aho! BSB BSB: Hear my cry for mercy when I call to You for help, when I lift up my hands toward Your holy sanctuary.
3 ULB Aza misintona ahy hiala miaraka amin'ny ratsy fanahy, izay manao heloka, izay manonona fiadanana amin'ny naman'izy ireo nefa manana faharatsiana ao am-pon'izy ireo. BSB BSB: Do not drag me away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, who speak peace to their neighbors while malice is in their hearts.
4 ULB Omeo azy ireo ny sahaza ny asan'izy ireo ary valio izay takian'ny faharatsiam-panahiny, valio izy ireo ny amin'ny asan'ny tanan'izy ireo, valio izay sahaza azy ireo. BSB BSB: Repay them according to their deeds and for their works of evil. Repay them for what their hands have done; bring back on them what they deserve.
5 ULB Satria tsy takany ireo asan'i Yaveh na ny asan'ny tanany, hanimba azy ireo izy ary tsy hanangana azy ireo intsony. BSB BSB: Since they show no regard for the works of the LORD or what His hands have done, He will tear them down and never rebuild them.
6 ULB Deraina anie Yaveh satria efa naheno ny feon'ny fitarainako Izy! BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD, for He has heard my cry for mercy.
7 ULB Yaveh no heriko sy ampingako; ny foko matoky Azy, dia ampiana aho. Noho izany dai ravoravo fatratra ny foko, ary izaho hidera Azy amin'ny fihirana. BSB BSB: The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart rejoices, and I give thanks to Him with my song.
8 ULB Yaveh no herin'ny olony, ary Izy no fialofana famonjen'ilay voahosony iray. BSB BSB: The LORD is the strength of His people, a stronghold of salvation for His anointed.
9 ULB Vonjeo ireo vahoakanao ary tahio ny lovanao. Meteza ho mpiandry ondriny ary ento mandrakizay izy ireo. BSB BSB: Save Your people and bless Your inheritance; shepherd them and carry them forever.
