BSB BSB: These are the statutes and ordinances you must be careful to follow all the days you live in the land that the LORD, the God of your fathers, has given you to possess.
2 ULB Certamente, destruireis todos os lugares que as nações cultuaram seus deuses, nas altas montanhas, nas colinas, e debaixo de toda árvore. BSB BSB: Destroy completely all the places where the nations you are dispossessing have served their gods—atop the high mountains, on the hills, and under every green tree.
3 ULB Destruireis seus altares, destruireis seus postes sagrados, e queimareis suas imagens de Aserá. Derrubareis as imagens esculpidas dos seus deuses e extinguireis os seus nomes daquele lugar. BSB BSB: Tear down their altars, smash their sacred pillars, burn up their Asherah poles, cut down the idols of their gods, and wipe out their names from every place.
4 ULB Não deveis adorar Yahweh dessa maneira. BSB BSB: You shall not worship the LORD your God in this way.
5 ULB Mas, para o lugar que Yahweh, vosso Deus, irá escolher dentre todas as vossas tribos para ali colocar Seu nome, ali será o lugar de Sua habitação, ali será o lugar que devereis ir. BSB BSB: Instead, you must seek the place the LORD your God will choose from among all your tribes to establish as a dwelling for His Name, and there you must go.
6 ULB Ali será o local a que tereis que trazer vossos holocaustos, sacrifícios, dízimos, e vossas ofertas das vossas mãos, ofertas de juramento, ofertas voluntárias, e os primogênitos de vossos gados e rebanhos. BSB BSB: To that place you are to bring your burnt offerings and sacrifices, your tithes and heave offerings, your vow offerings and freewill offerings, as well as the firstborn of your herds and flocks.
7 ULB Ali será o local em que vós e vossas famílias comereis perante Yahweh, vosso Deus, e regozijareis nas obras das vossas mãos, onde Yahweh, vosso Deus, vos abençoar. BSB BSB: There, in the presence of the LORD your God, you and your households shall eat and rejoice in all you do, because the LORD your God has blessed you.
8 ULB Não deveis fazer as mesmas coisas como fazemos hoje aqui. Até então, todos fazem o que lhes parece certo aos próprios olhos, BSB BSB: You are not to do as we are doing here today, where everyone does what seems right in his own eyes.
9 ULB pois ainda não entrastes no lugar de descanso, na herança que Yahweh, vosso Deus, vos dá. BSB BSB: For you have not yet come to the resting place and the inheritance that the LORD your God is giving you.
10 ULB Mas, quando atravessardes o Jordão e habitardes na terra que Yahweh, vosso Deus, vos dá como herança, e, quando Ele vos der descanso de todos os vossos inimigos ao redor, para que viveis em segurança, BSB BSB: When you cross the Jordan and live in the land that the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance, and He gives you rest from all the enemies around you and you dwell securely,
11 ULB então, haverá um lugar que Yahweh, vosso Deus, escolherá, para ali fazer habitar Seu nome. Ali, levareis tudo o que vos ordeno: vossos holocaustos, sacrifícios, dízimos, e as ofertas das vossas mãos, e todas as ofertas em cumprimento aos vossos votos a Yahweh. BSB BSB: then the LORD your God will choose a dwelling for His Name. And there you are to bring everything I command you: your burnt offerings and sacrifices, your tithes and special gifts, and all the choice offerings you vow to the LORD.
12 ULB Vós regozijareis perante Yahweh, vosso Deus, vós, vossos filhos e vossas filhas, vossos servos e vossas servas, e o levita que está em vossos portões, pois este não possui porção ou herança entre vós. BSB BSB: And you shall rejoice before the LORD your God—you, your sons and daughters, your menservants and maidservants, and the Levite within your gates, since he has no portion or inheritance among you.

14 ULB mas, no lugar que Yahweh escolher em uma de vossas tribos, ali oferecereis vossas ofertas queimadas, e ali fareis tudo o que vos ordenar. BSB BSB: you must offer them only in the place the LORD will choose in one of your tribal territories, and there you shall do all that I command you.
15 ULB Porém, podereis abater e consumir os animais dentro de vossos portões, como desejais, recebendo a benção de Yahweh, vosso Deus, por tudo o que Ele tem vos dado. Animais como a gazela e o cervo, tanto a pessoa impura como a pura poderão comer. BSB BSB: But whenever you want, you may slaughter and eat meat within any of your gates, according to the blessing the LORD your God has given you. Both the ceremonially clean and unclean may eat it as they would a gazelle or deer,
16 ULB Todavia, não comereis o sangue, mas o derramareis sobre a terra como água. BSB BSB: but you must not eat the blood; pour it on the ground like water.
17 ULB Não podereis comer, dentro dos vossos portões, do dízimo do vosso trigo, do vosso vinho novo e do vosso azeite, nem dos primogênitos de vosso gado ou rebanho; nem comereis de qualquer carne provinda de vossos sacrifícios como também dos vossos juramentos que fizeres, nem de vossas ofertas voluntárias, nem das ofertas das vossas mãos. BSB BSB: Within your gates you must not eat the tithe of your grain or new wine or oil, the firstborn of your herds or flocks, any of the offerings that you have vowed to give, or your freewill offerings or special gifts.
18 ULB Mas tu, teu filho, tua filha, teus servos, tuas servas e o levita que reside dentro dos teus portões, comereis perante Yahweh, teu Deus, no lugar que Ele escolher, e regozijarás perante Yahweh, teu Deus, em todas as obras de tuas mãos. BSB BSB: Instead, you must eat them in the presence of the LORD your God at the place the LORD your God will choose—you, your sons and daughters, your menservants and maidservants, and the Levite within your gates. Rejoice before the LORD your God in all you do,
19 ULB Atenta para não te esqueceres do levita enquanto habitares na tua terra. BSB BSB: and be careful not to neglect the Levites as long as you live in your land.
20 ULB Quando Yahweh, teu Deus, alargar tuas fronteiras, como Ele havia te prometido, e tu disseres: ''Comerei carne", devido ao teu desejo de comer carne, poderás comer carne como desejares. BSB BSB: When the LORD your God expands your territory as He has promised, and you crave meat and say, “I want to eat meat,” you may eat it whenever you want.
21 ULB Se o lugar que Yahweh, teu Deus, escolher para colocar Seu nome estiver longe de ti, então, abaterás do teu gado e do teu rebanho que Yahweh tenha dado a ti, como te ordenei; e poderás comer dentro dos teus portões, como desejares. BSB BSB: If the place where the LORD your God chooses to put His Name is too far from you, then you may slaughter any of the herd or flock He has given you, as I have commanded you, and you may eat it within your gates whenever you want.
22 ULB Comerás do mesmo modo com que se come a gazela e o cervo. Tanto a pessoa impura como o pura poderão comer deles. BSB BSB: Indeed, you may eat it as you would eat a gazelle or deer; both the ceremonially unclean and the clean may eat it.
23 ULB Porém, certifica-te de não comer o sangue, pois o sangue é vida; não comas a vida com a carne. BSB BSB: Only be sure not to eat the blood, because the blood is the life, and you must not eat the life with the meat.
24 ULB Não o comerás, o despejarás na terra como água. BSB BSB: You must not eat the blood; pour it on the ground like water.
25 ULB Não o comerás, para que vivas bem, tu e teus filhos depois de ti, quando fizeres o que é correto aos olhos de Yahweh. BSB BSB: Do not eat it, so that it may go well with you and your children after you, because you will be doing what is right in the eyes of the LORD.
26 ULB Mas as coisas que pertencem a Yahweh que estão contigo, e as tuas ofertas de juramento levarás ao lugar que Yahweh escolher. BSB BSB: But you are to take your holy things and your vow offerings and go to the place the LORD will choose.
27 ULB Ali, oferecerás teus holocaustos, a carne e o sangue, no altar de Yahweh, teu Deus. O sangue dos teus sacrifícios serão derramados no altar de Yahweh, teu Deus e tu comerás a carne. BSB BSB: Present the meat and blood of your burnt offerings on the altar of the LORD your God. The blood of your other sacrifices must be poured out beside the altar of the LORD your God, but you may eat the meat.
28 ULB Ouve e guarda todas estas palavras que te ordeno, para que vás bem, tu e teus filhos depois de ti para sempre, quando tu fizeres o que é bom e reto aos olhos de Yahweh, teu Deus. BSB BSB: Be careful to obey all these things I command you, so that it may always go well with you and your children after you, because you will be doing what is good and right in the eyes of the LORD your God.
29 ULB Quando Yahweh, teu Deus, eliminar as nações de diante de ti, quando fores para expulsá-los, e tu os expulsares, e habitares na terra deles, BSB BSB: When the LORD your God cuts off before you the nations you are entering to dispossess, and you drive them out and live in their land,
30 ULB guarda-te para que não sejas seduzido a imitá-los, depois de terem sido destruídos diante de ti, atraído pelos seus deuses, caindo na armadilha de investigares e perguntares: "Como essas nações adoravam seus deuses? Eu farei da mesma maneira". BSB BSB: be careful not to be ensnared by their ways after they have been destroyed before you. Do not inquire about their gods, asking, “How do these nations serve their gods? I will do likewise.”
