1 ULB Levanta-te, resplandece; porque chegou a tua luz e a glória de Yahweh nasceu sobre ti. BSB BSB: Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.
2 ULB Embora a escuridão cubra a Terra e as densas trevas, os povos; ainda assim, Yahweh resplandecerá sobre ti e a Sua glória será vista em ti. BSB BSB: For behold, darkness covers the earth, and thick darkness is over the peoples; but the LORD will rise upon you, and His glory will appear over you.
3 ULB As nações caminham para a tua luz e os reis, para o resplendor da tua aurora. BSB BSB: Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.
4 ULB Olha ao redor e vê. Todos eles se reúnem e vêm a ti. Teus filhos vêm de longe e tuas filhas serão carregadas em seus braços. BSB BSB: Lift up your eyes and look around: They all gather and come to you; your sons will come from afar, and your daughters will be carried on the arm.
5 ULB Então, verás e ficarás radiante, o teu coração se regozijará e transbordará, porque as riquezas do mar afluirão a ti e os tesouros das nações a ti virão. BSB BSB: Then you will look and be radiant, and your heart will tremble and swell with joy, because the riches of the sea will be brought to you, and the wealth of the nations will come to you.
6 ULB Caravanas de camelos te inundarão, os camelinhos de Midiã e Efa; todos virão de Sabá; eles trarão ouro e incenso e cantarão louvores a Yahweh. BSB BSB: Caravans of camels will cover your land, young camels of Midian and Ephah, and all from Sheba will come, bearing gold and frankincense and proclaiming the praises of the LORD.
7 ULB Todos os rebanhos de Quedar serão trazidos junto a ti, os carneiros de Nebaiote te servirão; serão ofertas agradáveis sobre o Meu altar; e Eu cobrirei de esplendor a Minha casa. BSB BSB: All the flocks of Kedar will be gathered to you; the rams of Nebaioth will serve you and go up on My altar with acceptance; I will adorn My glorious house.
8 ULB Quem são esses que voam como nuvens, como pombas aos seus pombais? BSB BSB: Who are these who fly like clouds, like doves to their shelters?
9 ULB Em Mim, esperam as ilhas; os navios de Társis vêm a frente para trazer os teus filhos de longe, sua prata e seu ouro, pelo nome de Yahweh, teu Deus, por causa do Santo de Israel, porque Ele te glorificou. BSB BSB: Surely the islands will wait for Me, with the ships of Tarshish in the lead, to bring your children from afar, with their silver and gold, to the honor of the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, for He has glorified you.
10 ULB Filhos de estrangeiros reedificarão os teus muros, e os seus reis te servirão; pois, se te castiguei em Minha ira, agora, na Minha graça, Eu terei misericórdia de ti. BSB BSB: Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will serve you. Although I struck you in anger, yet in favor I will show you mercy.
11 ULB Tuas portas permanecerão abertas continuamente; nem de dia nem de noite, serão fechadas, para que a riqueza das nações te seja trazida, sendo conduzida por seus reis. BSB BSB: Your gates will always stand open; they will never be shut, day or night, so that the wealth of the nations may be brought into you, with their kings being led in procession.
12 ULB De fato, as nações e os reinos que não te servirem perecerão; essas nações serão totalmente destruídas. BSB BSB: For the nation or kingdom that will not serve you will perish; it will be utterly destroyed.
13 ULB A glória do Líbano virá a ti, o pinheiro, o buxo virão juntos para enfeitar o Meu Santuário; e farei glorioso o lugar em que pisam Meus pés. BSB BSB: The glory of Lebanon will come to you—its cypress, elm, and boxwood together—to adorn the place of My sanctuary, and I will glorify the place of My feet.
14 ULB Eles virão para curvar-se diante de ti, os filhos daqueles que te oprimiram; curvarão aos teus pés todos os que te desprezavam; eles te chamarão de Cidade de Yahweh, a Sião do Santo de Israel. BSB BSB: The sons of your oppressors will come and bow down to you; all who reviled you will fall facedown at your feet and call you the City of the LORD, Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
15 ULB Ao invés de permanecer abandonada e odiada, sem ninguém passando por ti, Eu farei de ti eterno motivo de orgulho, motivo de alegria, de geração em geração. BSB BSB: Whereas you have been forsaken and despised, with no one passing through, I will make you an everlasting pride, a joy from age to age.
16 ULB Tu beberás o leite das nações e te alimentarás das riquezas dos reis; tu saberás que Eu, Yahweh, Sou teu Salvador e teu Redentor, o Poderoso de Jacó. BSB BSB: You will drink the milk of nations and nurse at the breasts of royalty; you will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.
17 ULB Em vez de bronze, trarei ouro, em vez de ferro, trarei prata; em vez de madeira, bronze e, em vez de pedras, ferro; farei pacíficos os teus oficiais e justos os teus governantes. BSB BSB: Instead of bronze I will bring you gold; I will bring silver in place of iron, bronze instead of wood, and iron instead of stones. I will appoint peace as your governor and righteousness as your ruler.
18 ULB Não será mais ouvida a violência em tua terra, nem a devastação ou destruição dentro de tuas fronteiras; mas, aos teus muros, chamarás Salvação e, às tuas portas, Louvor. BSB BSB: No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders. But you will name your walls Salvation and your gates Praise.
19 ULB O sol não mais te servirá para luz durante o dia, nem o brilho do luar te iluminará a noite; mas Yahweh será a tua luz perpétua e o teu Deus, a tua glória. BSB BSB: No longer will the sun be your light by day, nor the brightness of the moon shine on your night; for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your splendor.
20 ULB Teu sol não mais voltará a se pôr, nem a tua lua se retirará e desaparecerá; porque Yahweh será a tua luz para sempre e os teus dias de luto cessarão. BSB BSB: Your sun will no longer set, and your moon will not wane; for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and the days of your sorrow will cease.
21 ULB O teu povo será justo; eles tomarão para sempre a posse da terra, o ramo da Minha plantação, obras das Minhas mãos, para que Eu seja glorificado. BSB BSB: Then all your people will be righteous; they will possess the land forever; they are the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, so that I may be glorified.
22 ULB O menor virá a ser mil e o mínimo, uma nação forte; Eu, Yahweh, farei estas coisas, quando chegar a hora. BSB BSB: The least of you will become a thousand, and the smallest a mighty nation. I am the LORD; in its time I will accomplish it quickly.
