1. 1ULBDepois disso, vi quatro anjos em pé nos quatro cantos da terra, retendo os quatro ventos da terra para que o vento não soprasse sobre a terra, nem sobre o mar, nem contra árvore alguma.BSBBSB: After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back its four winds so that no wind would blow on land or sea or on any tree.
2. 2ULBE vi outro anjo subindo do lado do nascente do sol, tendo o selo do Deus vivo. E clamou com alta voz aos quatro anjos que tinham recebido autoridade para danificar a terra e o mar, dizendo:BSBBSB: And I saw another angel ascending from the east, with the seal of the living God. And he called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea:
3. 3ULB"Não danifiqueis a terra, nem o mar, nem as árvores até selarmos as testas dos servos do nosso Deus".BSBBSB: “Do not harm the land or sea or trees until we have placed a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.”
4. 4ULBEu escutei o número daqueles que foram selados, que era cento e quarenta e quatro mil, de todas as tribos dos filhos de Israel:BSBBSB: And I heard the number of those who were sealed, 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel:
5. 5ULBda tribo de Judá doze mil foram selados; da tribo de Rúben, doze mil; da tribo de Gade, doze mil;BSBBSB: From the tribe of Judah 12,000 were sealed, from the tribe of Reuben 12,000, from the tribe of Gad 12,000,
6. 6ULBda tribo de Aser, doze mil; da tribo de Naftali, doze mil; da tribo de Manassés, doze mil;BSBBSB: from the tribe of Asher 12,000, from the tribe of Naphtali 12,000, from the tribe of Manasseh 12,000,
7. 7ULBda tribo de Simeão, doze mil; da tribo de Levi, doze mil; da tribo de Issacar, doze mil;BSBBSB: from the tribe of Simeon 12,000, from the tribe of Levi 12,000, from the tribe of Issachar 12,000,
8. 8ULBda tribo de Zebulom, doze mil; da tribo de José, doze mil; da tribo de Benjamim doze mil foram selados.BSBBSB: from the tribe of Zebulun 12,000, from the tribe of Joseph 12,000, and from the tribe of Benjamin 12,000.
9. 9ULBDepois dessas coisas, eis que vi uma grande multidão que ninguém podia contar de todas as nações, tribos, povos e línguas, de pé, diante do trono e diante do Cordeiro, usando vestes brancas, com folhas de palmeiras nas suas mãos,BSBBSB: After this I looked and saw a multitude too large to count, from every nation and tribe and people and tongue, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands.
10. 10ULBe clamavam em alta voz, dizendo: "A salvação pertence ao nosso Deus, que está sentado no trono, e ao Cordeiro!"BSBBSB: And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
11. 11ULBTodos os anjos estavam de pé, em volta do trono, dos anciãos e dos quatro seres viventes, e se prostraram sobre seus rostos diante do trono, e adoraram a DeusBSBBSB: And all the angels stood around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. And they fell facedown before the throne and worshiped God,
12. 12ULBdizendo: "Amém, o louvor, a glória, a sabedoria, a ação de graças, a honra, o poder e a força pertencem ao nosso Deus, pelos séculos dos séculos. Amém!"BSBBSB: saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”
13. 13ULBE um dos anciãos tomou a palavra, dizendo-me: "Estes, usando vestes brancas, quem são e de onde vieram?"BSBBSB: Then one of the elders addressed me: “These in white robes,” he asked, “who are they, and where have they come from?”
14. 14ULBE eu lhe disse: "Meu senhor, tu sabes". E ele me disse: "Estes são os que vieram da grande tribulação e lavaram suas vestes e as tornaram brancas no sangue do Cordeiro".BSBBSB: “Sir,” I answered, “you know.” So he replied, “These are the ones who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
15. 15ULBPor isso estão diante do trono de Deus e O servem dia e noite no Seu templo. O que está sentado no trono estenderá Sua tenda sobre eles.BSBBSB: For this reason, they are before the throne of God and serve Him day and night in His temple; and the One seated on the throne will spread His tabernacle over them.
16. 16ULBNão terão mais fome, nem terão mais sede, nem jamais cairá sobre eles o sol, nem calor algum.BSBBSB: ‘Never again will they hunger, and never will they thirst; nor will the sun beat down upon them, nor any scorching heat.’
17. 17ULBPois o Cordeiro no meio do trono será o pastor deles, e Ele irá guiá-los às fontes de águas da vida, e Deus enxugará toda lágrima de seus olhos."BSBBSB: For the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd. ‘He will lead them to springs of living water,’ and ‘God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’”
