1 Corinthians 11 (GLT)

1Будьте подражателями мне, как и я Христу!You are to imitate me, just as I imitate Christ.

2Хвалю же вас, что вы всё моё помните и твёрдо держитесь переданного, как я передал вам.Now I commend you for remembering me in everything and for maintaining the traditions, just as I passed them on to you.

3Желаю также, чтобы вы знали, что главой каждого мужа является Христос, а глава жены— муж, а глава Христа— Бог.But I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.

4Любой муж, молящийся или пророчествующий, имеющий покрытую голову, бесчестит свою голову.Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head.

5И любая жена, молящаяся или пророчествующая с непокрытой головой, бесчестит свою голову, потому что это есть один к одному, как обритая.And every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head, for it is just as if her head were shaved.

6Тогда если жена не покрывается, то пусть стрижёт волосы. А если жене стыдно, чтобы быть стриженной или обритой, пусть покрывается.If a woman does not cover her head, she should have her hair cut off. And if it is shameful for a woman to have her hair cut or shaved off, she should cover her head.

7Итак, муж не должен покрывать голову, будучи образом и славой Бога. Жена же есть слава мужа.A man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man.

8Ведь не муж есть от жены, но жена от мужа.For man did not come from woman, but woman from man.

9И, ведь, не муж создан для жены, но жена для мужа.Neither was man created for woman, but woman for man.

10Поэтому жена должна иметь над головой власть из- за ангелов.For this reason a woman ought to have a sign of authority on her head, because of the angels.

11Однако, ни жена без мужа, ни муж без жены в Господе.In the Lord, however, woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman.

12Ведь как жена от мужа, так и муж через жену. Все же— от Бога.For just as woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God.

13Рассудите между вами сами, является ли подобающим непокрытой жене молиться Богу?Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered?

14Разве не сама природа учит вас, что если муж носит длинные волосы, это бесчестье для него,Doesn’t nature itself teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a disgrace to him,

15а если жена носит длинные волосы, это слава для неё? Потому что длинные волосы были даны ей вместо покрывала.but that if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For long hair is given to her as a covering.

16Если же кто думает быть спорщиком, то мы,(а также Божьи церкви), не имеем такого обычая.If anyone is inclined to dispute this, we have no other practice, nor do the churches of God.

17Заповедуя же это, не хвалю, потому что вы собираетесь не для лучшего, а для худшего.In the following instructions I have no praise to offer, because your gatherings do more harm than good.

18Так как, во- первых, слышу, когда вы собираетесь в церкви, между вами бывают разделения, чему отчасти и верю.First of all, I hear that when you come together as a church, there are divisions among you, and in part I believe it.

19Ведь и должна быть среди вас разность мнений, чтобы и были выявлены между вами надёжные.And indeed, there must be differences among you to show which of you are approved.

20Затем, когда вы собираетесь, то это не на то, чтобы кушать вечерю Господа,Now then, when you come together, it is not the Lord’s Supper you eat.

21потому что каждый опережает в том, чтобы съесть свою вечерю, так что один остаётся голоден, а другой напивается.For as you eat, each of you goes ahead without sharing his meal. While one remains hungry, another gets drunk.

22Разве не имеете домов, чтобы есть и пить? Или пренебрегаете Божью церковь и унижаете неимущих? Что сказать вам? Похвалю ли вас за это? Не похвалю.Don’t you have your own homes in which to eat and drink? Or do you despise the church of God and humiliate those who have nothing? What can I say to you? Shall I praise you for this? No, I will not!

23Так как я от Господа принял то, что и вам передал, что Господь Иисус в ночь, в которую был предан, взял хлебFor I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night He was betrayed, took bread,

24и, поблагодарив, переломил и сказал:“Это есть Моё Тело, Которое за вас. Это делайте в Моё воспоминание”.and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “This is My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”

25Таким же образом и с чашей,(которая после вкушания вечери), говоря:“Эта чаша есть новый завет в Моей Крови. Это делайте каждый раз, когда будете пить в Моё воспоминание.In the same way, after supper He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”

26Потому что каждый раз, когда вы едите этот хлеб и пьёте чашу, вы провозглашаете смерть Господа до того, как Он придёт.For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes.

27Поэтому, кто ест хлеб или пьёт чашу Господа недостойно, будет виновен против Тела и Крови Господа.Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord.

28Пусть же испытывает человек себя и, таким образом, пусть ест от хлеба и пьёт из чаши.Each one must examine himself before he eats of the bread and drinks of the cup.

29Потому что едущий и пьющий себе в осуждение, ест и пьёт не рассуждая о Теле.For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body eats and drinks judgment on himself.

30Поэтому у вас многие слабы и больны, и достаточно умирают.That is why many among you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep.

31А если бы мы судили сами себя, не были бы судимы.Now if we judged ourselves properly, we would not come under judgment.

32Будучи же судимы Господом, мы дисциплинируемы, чтобы не быть осужденными с миром.But when we are judged by the Lord, we are being disciplined so that we will not be condemned with the world.

33Итак, мои братья, собираясь, чтобы покушать, ждите друг друга.So, my brothers, when you come together to eat, wait for one another.

34Если кто голоден, пусть ест дома, чтобы вы собирались не на осуждение. Прочее же упорядочу, когда приду.If anyone is hungry, he should eat at home, so that when you come together it will not result in judgment. And when I come, I will give instructions about the remaining matters.
