1 GLT Смотрите, какую любовь дал нам Отец, чтобы нас называли детьми Бога, и мы и есть дети Бога. Поэтому- то мир не знает нас— потому что он не узнал Его. BSB BSB: Behold what manner of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God. And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know Him.
2 GLT Любимые! Мы уже дети Бога, но какими мы будем, это ещё не открыто. Мы знаем, что когда это будет открыто, мы будем подобны Ему, чтобы видеть Его как Он есть. BSB BSB: Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is.
3 GLT Каждый, кто имеет эту надежду на Него, очищает себя, так же как Он чист. BSB BSB: And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as Christ is pure.
4 GLT Каждый, кто делает грех, делает и беззаконие, и грех— это беззаконие. BSB BSB: Everyone who practices sin practices lawlessness as well. Indeed, sin is lawlessness.
5 GLT И вы знаете, что Он был явлен, чтобы взять грехи, и греха в нём нет. BSB BSB: But you know that Christ appeared to take away sins, and in Him there is no sin.
6 GLT Каждый, кто остаётся в Нём, не грешит. Каждый, кто грешит, не видел Его и не знает Его. BSB BSB: No one who remains in Him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has seen Him or known Him.
7 GLT Дети, пусть никто не обманывает вас! Тот, кто поступает праведно, тот праведен, как и Он праведен. BSB BSB: Little children, let no one deceive you: The one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as Christ is righteous.
8 GLT Тот, кто совершает грех, тот от дьявола, потому что вначале дьявол согрешил. Для того- то и был явлен Сын Божий— чтобы разрушить дела дьявола. BSB BSB: The one who practices sin is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the very start. This is why the Son of God was revealed, to destroy the works of the devil.
9 GLT Каждый, кто рождён от Бога, не совершает грех, потому что в нём остаётся семя Его. Он не может грешить, потому что он рождён от Бога. BSB BSB: Anyone born of God refuses to practice sin, because God’s seed abides in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.
10 GLT Вот в чём состоит различие между детьми Бога и детьми дьявола: каждый, кто не поступает праведно и кто не любит своего брата, не от Бога. BSB BSB: By this the children of God are distinguished from the children of the devil: Anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is anyone who does not love his brother.
11 GLT Потому что это и есть та весть, которую вы слышали от начала: чтобы мы любили друг друга BSB BSB: This is the message you have heard from the beginning: We should love one another.
12 GLT и не были как Каин, который был от Злодея и убил своего брата. По какой причине он убил его? Потому что его дела были злы, а дела его брата— праведны. BSB BSB: Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did Cain slay him? Because his own deeds were evil, while those of his brother were righteous.
13 GLT Братья! Не удивляйтесь, когда мир ненавидит вас. BSB BSB: So do not be surprised, brothers, if the world hates you.
15 GLT Каждый, кто ненавидит своего брата, тот убийца. И вы знаете, что ни один убийца не имеет жизни вечной, которая бы пребывала в нём. BSB BSB: Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that eternal life does not reside in a murderer.
16 GLT Мы знаем, что такое любовь из того, что Он отдал за нас Свою душу. И мы должны отдавать душу за братьев. BSB BSB: By this we know what love is: Jesus laid down His life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.
17 GLT Если кто- то имеет средства этого мира и видит своего брата который нуждается, и запирает своё сердце от него, то как Божья любовь может оставаться в нём? BSB BSB: If anyone with earthly possessions sees his brother in need, but withholds his compassion from him, how can the love of God abide in him?
18 GLT Дети! Давайте любить не словом и не языком, но делом и истиной. BSB BSB: Little children, let us love not in word and speech, but in action and truth.
19 GLT Через это мы узнаем, что мы от истины, и наши сердца будут уверены перед ним, BSB BSB: And by this we will know that we belong to the truth, and will assure our hearts in His presence:
20 GLT когда сердце осуждает нас. Потому что Бог больше нашего сердца и знает всё. BSB BSB: Even if our hearts condemn us, God is greater than our hearts, and He knows all things.
21 GLT Любимые! Если сердце не осуждает, то мы имеем смелость перед Богом, BSB BSB: Beloved, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God,
22 GLT и если мы будем что- то просить, получим от Него, потому что мы исполняем Его заповеди и делаем то, что угодно Ему. BSB BSB: and we will receive from Him whatever we ask, because we keep His commandments and do what is pleasing in His sight.
23 GLT И вот Его заповедь: чтобы мы верили в Имя Сына Его, Иисуса Христа, и любили друг друга так, как Он дал нам заповедь. BSB BSB: And this is His commandment: that we should believe in the name of His Son, Jesus Christ, and we should love one another just as He commanded us.
24 GLT Кто исполняет Его заповеди, тот остаётся в Нём и Он в нём. И вот откуда мы знаем, что Он остаётся в нас— от Духа, Которого Он дал нам. BSB BSB: Whoever keeps His commandments remains in God, and God in him. And by this we know that He remains in us: by the Spirit He has given us.
