1 GLT These are the journeys of the sons of Israel who went out from the land of Egypt according to their tribes by the hand of Moses and Aaron. BSB BSB: These are the journeys of the Israelites when they came out of the land of Egypt by their divisions under the leadership of Moses and Aaron.
3 GLT And they set out from Rameses on the first month, on day 15 of the first month, from the day after the Passover the sons of Israel went out with a raised hand before the eyes of all the Egyptians. BSB BSB: On the fifteenth day of the first month, on the day after the Passover, the Israelites set out from Rameses. They marched out defiantly in full view of all the Egyptians,
4 GLT And the Egyptians were burying those whom Yahweh had struck down, all the firstborn. And Yahweh enacted judgment against their gods. BSB BSB: who were burying all their firstborn, whom the LORD had struck down among them; for the LORD had executed judgment against their gods.
5 GLT And the sons of Israel set out from Rameses and camped at Succoth. BSB BSB: The Israelites set out from Rameses and camped at Succoth.
6 GLT And they set out from Succoth and camped at Etham, which is at the edge of the wilderness. BSB BSB: They set out from Succoth and camped at Etham, on the edge of the wilderness.
7 GLT And they set out from Etham and turned back to Pi Hahiroth, which is on the face of Baal Zephon, and they camped before the face of Migdol. BSB BSB: They set out from Etham and turned back to Pi-hahiroth, opposite Baal-zephon, and they camped near Migdol.
8 GLT And they set out from the face of Hahiroth and passed through the midst of the sea to the wilderness, and they went a distance of three days in the wilderness of Etham and camped at Marah. 9 GLT And they set out from Marah and came to Elim. And at Elim were 12 springs of water and 70 palm trees. And they camped there. BSB BSB: They set out from Marah and came to Elim, where there were twelve springs and seventy palm trees, and they camped there.
10 GLT And they set out from Elim and camped beside the Sea of Reeds. BSB BSB: They set out from Elim and camped by the Red Sea.

38 GLT And Aaron the priest went up to Mount Hor in accordance with the mouth of Yahweh and died there in the fortieth year of the going out of the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, in the fifth month, on 1 of the month. BSB BSB: At the LORD’s command, Aaron the priest climbed Mount Hor and died there on the first day of the fifth month, in the fortieth year after the Israelites had come out of the land of Egypt.
39 GLT And Aaron was a son of 123 years when he died at Mount Hor. BSB BSB: Aaron was 123 years old when he died on Mount Hor.
40 GLT And the Canaanite, the king of Arad(and he was dwelling in the Negev in the land of Canaan), heard when the sons of Israel came. BSB BSB: Now the Canaanite king of Arad, who lived in the Negev in the land of Canaan, heard that the Israelites were coming.
41 GLT And they set out from Mount Hor and camped at Zalmonah. BSB BSB: And the Israelites set out from Mount Hor and camped at Zalmonah.
42 GLT And they set out from Zalmonah and camped at Punon. BSB BSB: They set out from Zalmonah and camped at Punon.
43 GLT And they set out from Punon and camped at Oboth. BSB BSB: They set out from Punon and camped at Oboth.
44 GLT And they set out from Oboth and camped at Iye Abarim, on the border of Moab. BSB BSB: They set out from Oboth and camped at Iye-abarim on the border of Moab.

49 GLT And they camped beside the Jordan, from Beth Jeshimoth to Abel Shittim in the plains of Moab. BSB BSB: And there on the plains of Moab they camped by the Jordan, from Beth-jeshimoth to Abel-shittim.
50 GLT And Yahweh spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab beside the Jordan at Jericho, saying, BSB BSB: On the plains of Moab by the Jordan across from Jericho, the LORD said to Moses,
51 GLT “Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them,‘When you cross over the Jordan into the land of Canaan, BSB BSB: “Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When you cross the Jordan into the land of Canaan,
52 GLT then you shall dispossess all those who dwell in the land from your face, and you shall destroy all their carved figures, and you shall destroy all the figures of their molten metal, and you shall destroy all their high places. BSB BSB: you must drive out before you all the inhabitants of the land, destroy all their carved images and cast idols, and demolish all their high places.
53 GLT And you shall take possession of the land and dwell in it, because I have given the land to you to possess it. BSB BSB: You are to take possession of the land and settle in it, for I have given you the land to possess.
54 GLT And you shall inherit for yourselves the land by lot, according to your clans. You shall increase his inheritance for the numerous, and you shall decrease his inheritance for the few. To there where the lot goes out for him, to him it will belong. According to the tribes of your fathers you shall inherit for yourselves. BSB BSB: And you are to divide the land by lot according to your clans. Give a larger inheritance to a larger clan and a smaller inheritance to a smaller one. Whatever falls to each one by lot will be his. You will receive an inheritance according to the tribes of your fathers.
55 GLT And if you do not dispossess those who dwell in the land from your face, then whom you leave from them will be as thorns in your eyes and as pricks in your sides, and they shall vex you on the land that you are about to dwell in. BSB BSB: But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land before you, those you allow to remain will become barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides; they will harass you in the land where you settle.
56 GLT And it will happen that I will do to you just as I had intended to do to them.’” BSB BSB: And then I will do to you what I had planned to do to them.”
