1 ROB Смотрите какую любовь нам дал Отец, чтобы нам называться и быть детьми Бога. Мир не принимает нас, потому что не принял Его. BSB BSB: Behold what manner of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God. And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know Him.
2 ROB Мои любимые! Мы уже дети Бога, но какими станем ещё пока не открыто. Знаем только, что, когда откроется, станем как Он, потому что увидим Его таким, какой Он есть. BSB BSB: Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is.
3 ROB И каждый, кто имеет эту надежду на Него, очищает себя так, как Он чист. BSB BSB: And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as Christ is pure.
4 ROB Каждый, кто совершает грех, совершает и беззаконие. И грех— это беззаконие. BSB BSB: Everyone who practices sin practices lawlessness as well. Indeed, sin is lawlessness.
5 ROB Но вы знаете, что Он явился для того, чтобы взять наши грехи, и что в Нём нет греха. Каждый, кто живёт в Нём, не грешит. BSB BSB: But you know that Christ appeared to take away sins, and in Him there is no sin.
6 ROB Каждый, кто грешит, не видел Его и не знает Его. BSB BSB: No one who remains in Him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has seen Him or known Him.
7 ROB Дети! Пусть никто не обманывает вас. Кто поступает праведно, тот праведен также, как и Он праведен. BSB BSB: Little children, let no one deceive you: The one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as Christ is righteous.
8 ROB Кто грешит, тот от дьявола, потому что вначале согрешил дьявол. Для этого и явился Божий Сын, чтобы разрушить дела дьявола. BSB BSB: The one who practices sin is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the very start. This is why the Son of God was revealed, to destroy the works of the devil.
9 ROB Каждый, кто рождён от Бога, не грешит, потому что семя Бога находится в нём, и он не может грешить, потому что рождён от Бога. BSB BSB: Anyone born of God refuses to practice sin, because God’s seed abides in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.
10 ROB Отличить детей Бога от детей дьявола можно так: кто неправедно поступает и кто не любит своего брата, тот не от Бога. BSB BSB: By this the children of God are distinguished from the children of the devil: Anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is anyone who does not love his brother.
11 ROB Потому что таким было послание, которое вы слышали в самом начале,— чтобы мы любили друг друга, BSB BSB: This is the message you have heard from the beginning: We should love one another.
12 ROB и не были такими, как Каин, который был от лукавого и убил своего брата. А почему убил его? Потому что дела Каина были злыми, а дела его брата праведными. BSB BSB: Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did Cain slay him? Because his own deeds were evil, while those of his brother were righteous.
13 ROB Братья! Не удивляйтесь тому, что мир ненавидит вас. BSB BSB: So do not be surprised, brothers, if the world hates you.
15 ROB Каждый, кто ненавидит своего брата, тот убийца. А вы знаете, что ни в каком убийце не может быть вечной жизни— она не находится в нём. BSB BSB: Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that eternal life does not reside in a murderer.
16 ROB Мы узнали, что такое любовь, из того, что Иисус отдал Свою жизнь за нас. Поэтому и мы должны отдавать наши жизни за братьев. BSB BSB: By this we know what love is: Jesus laid down His life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.
17 ROB Если кто-то, имея достаток в мире, видит своего брата, нуждающегося в чём-либо, и закрывает своё сердце от него— то как в нём может быть Божья любовь? BSB BSB: If anyone with earthly possessions sees his brother in need, but withholds his compassion from him, how can the love of God abide in him?
18 ROB Мои дети! Будем любить не на словах, только языком, но делом и истиной. BSB BSB: Little children, let us love not in word and speech, but in action and truth.
19 ROB Через это поймём, что мы от истины, и наши сердца будут уверены перед Ним. BSB BSB: And by this we will know that we belong to the truth, and will assure our hearts in His presence:
20 ROB А если наше сердце осуждает нас, то Бог больше нашего сердца и знает всё. BSB BSB: Even if our hearts condemn us, God is greater than our hearts, and He knows all things.
21 ROB Любимые! Если наше сердце не осуждает нас, то мы имеем смелость приходить к Богу. BSB BSB: Beloved, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God,
22 ROB И, если что-то попросим, получим от Него, потому что исполняем Его заповеди и делаем то, что нравится Ему. BSB BSB: and we will receive from Him whatever we ask, because we keep His commandments and do what is pleasing in His sight.
23 ROB А Его заповедь в том, чтобы мы верили в имя Его Сына Иисуса Христа и любили друг друга по Его заповеди. BSB BSB: And this is His commandment: that we should believe in the name of His Son, Jesus Christ, and we should love one another just as He commanded us.
24 ROB Кто исполняет Его заповеди, тот находится в Боге, и Бог в нём. А то, что Бог находится в нас, узнаём от Духа, которого Он нам дал. BSB BSB: Whoever keeps His commandments remains in God, and God in him. And by this we know that He remains in us: by the Spirit He has given us.
