1. 1ROBЕсли в земле, которую Господь, твой Бог, даёт тебе во владение, будет найден убитый, лежащий на поле, и неизвестно будет, кто его убил,BSBBSB: If one is found slain, lying in a field in the land that the LORD your God is giving you to possess, and it is not known who killed him,
2. 2ROBто пусть твои старейшины и судьи выйдут и измерят расстояние до городов, которые вокруг убитого.BSBBSB: your elders and judges must come out and measure the distance from the victim to the neighboring cities.
3. 3ROBИ старейшины того города, который будет ближайшим к убитому, пусть возьмут молодую корову, на которой не работали и которая не носила ярма.BSBBSB: Then the elders of the city nearest the victim shall take a heifer that has never been yoked or used for work,
4. 4ROBПусть старейшины отведут эту молодую корову в дикую долину, которая не распахана и не засеяна, и там сломают ей шею.BSBBSB: bring the heifer to a valley with running water that has not been plowed or sown, and break its neck there by the stream.
5. 5ROBИ придут священники, сыновья Левия, так как их избрал Господь, твой Бог, служить Ему и благословлять именем Господа, и по слову их должно решиться всякое спорное дело и всякий причинённый вред,BSBBSB: And the priests, the sons of Levi, shall come forward, for the LORD your God has chosen them to serve Him and pronounce blessings in His name and to give a ruling in every dispute and case of assault.
6. 6ROBи все старейшины того города, ближайшего к убитому, и пусть омоют свои руки над молодой коровой, которой сломали шею в долине,BSBBSB: Then all the elders of the city nearest the victim shall wash their hands by the stream over the heifer whose neck has been broken,
7. 7ROBи скажут: "Наши руки не пролили эту кровь, и наши глаза этого не видели.BSBBSB: and they shall declare, “Our hands did not shed this blood, nor did our eyes see it.
8. 8ROBОчисти Твой народ, Израиль, который Ты, Господь, освободил, и не зачтётся Твоему народу, Израилю, невинная кровь". Так они очистятся от крови.BSBBSB: Accept this atonement, O LORD, for Your people Israel whom You have redeemed, and do not hold the shedding of innocent blood against them.” And the bloodshed will be atoned for.
9. 9ROBТак смывай у себя кровь невинного, если хочешь делать справедливое в глазах Господа.BSBBSB: So you shall purge from among you the guilt of shedding innocent blood, since you have done what is right in the eyes of the LORD.
10. 10ROBКогда выйдешь на войну против врагов и Господь, твой Бог, отдаст их в твои руки, и ты возьмёшь их в плен,BSBBSB: When you go to war against your enemies and the LORD your God delivers them into your hand and you take them captive,
11. 11ROBи если кто-то из вас увидит среди пленных красивую женщину, полюбит её и захочет взять себе в жёны,BSBBSB: if you see a beautiful woman among them, and you desire her and want to take her as your wife,
12. 12ROBто пусть приведёт эту женщину в свой дом. Пусть она острижёт свои волосы, обрежет ногти,BSBBSB: then you shall bring her into your house. She must shave her head, trim her nails,
13. 13ROBснимет с себя одежду пленной и живёт в твоём доме и пусть оплакивает своих отца и мать в течение месяца. После этого он может войти к ней и стать её мужем, и она станет его женой.BSBBSB: and put aside the clothing of her captivity. After she has lived in your house a full month and mourned her father and mother, you may have relations with her and be her husband, and she shall be your wife.
14. 14ROBНо если после он не захочет её, то пусть отпустит её туда, куда она захочет, но не продаёт её за серебро и не обращает в рабство, потому что он принудил её.BSBBSB: And if you are not pleased with her, you are to let her go wherever she wishes. But you must not sell her for money or treat her as a slave, since you have dishonored her.
15. 15ROBЕсли у мужчины будет две жены— одна любимая, а другая нелюбимая, и обе, любимая и нелюбимая, родят ему сыновей, и первенцем будет сын от нелюбимой,—BSBBSB: If a man has two wives, one beloved and the other unloved, and both bear him sons, but the unloved wife has the firstborn son,
16. 16ROBто при разделе своего имущества между сыновьями он не может дать сыну любимой жены первенство перед первенцем от нелюбимой.BSBBSB: when that man assigns his inheritance to his sons he must not appoint the son of the beloved wife as the firstborn over the son of the unloved wife.
17. 17ROBОн должен признать первенцем сына от нелюбимой жены и дать ему двойную часть из всего, что у него есть, потому что он первое проявление мужской силы— ему принадлежит право первородства.BSBBSB: Instead, he must acknowledge the firstborn, the son of his unloved wife, by giving him a double portion of all that he has. For that son is the firstfruits of his father’s strength; the right of the firstborn belongs to him.
18. 18ROBЕсли у кого-либо будет буйный и непокорный сын, который не слушается своего отца и свою мать, и когда они наказывали его, он их не слушал,BSBBSB: If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who does not obey his father and mother and does not listen to them when disciplined,
19. 19ROBтогда пусть отец и мать возьмут сына и приведут его к старейшинам своего города, к воротам своего местопребывания,BSBBSB: his father and mother are to lay hold of him and bring him to the elders of his city, to the gate of his hometown,
20. 20ROBи скажут старейшинам: "Наш сын буйный и непокорный, не слушает наших слов, легкомысленый и пьяница".BSBBSB: and say to the elders, “This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious; he does not obey us. He is a glutton and a drunkard.”
21. 21ROBИ пусть все жители города забросают его камнями до смерти. Так ты уничтожишь зло среди вас. Все израильтяне услышат об этом и испугаются.BSBBSB: Then all the men of his city will stone him to death. So you must purge the evil from among you, and all Israel will hear and be afraid.
22. 22ROBЕсли человек виновен в грехе, достойном смерти, и убив, ты повесишь его на дереве,BSBBSB: If a man has committed a sin worthy of death, and he is executed, and you hang his body on a tree,
23. 23ROBто тело не должно оставаться на дереве на ночь. Похорони его в тот же день, потому что повешенный проклят Богом. Не оскверняй ту землю, которую Господь, твой Бог, даёт тебе во владение.BSBBSB: you must not leave the body on the tree overnight, but you must be sure to bury him that day, because anyone who is hung on a tree is under God’s curse. You must not defile the land that the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.
