Deuteronomy 22 (ROB)

1Когда увидишь заблудившихся вола или овцу твоего брата, не оставляйте их, но верни их твоему брату.If you see your brother’s ox or sheep straying, you must not ignore it; be sure to return it to your brother.

2Но если твой брат далеко от тебя или ты не знаешь его, то забери их в свой дом, и пусть они будут у тебя, пока твой брат не станет искать их, и тогда верни их ему.If your brother does not live near you, or if you do not know who he is, you are to take the animal home to remain with you until your brother comes seeking it; then you can return it to him.

3Так поступай с ослом, с одеждой и с любой потерянной вещью твоего брата, которую он потеряет, а ты найдёшь. Тебе нельзя уклоняться от этого.And you shall do the same for his donkey, his cloak, or anything your brother has lost and you have found. You must not ignore it.

4Когда увидишь осла или вола твоего брата, упавших на пути, не оставляй их, но вместе подними их.If you see your brother’s donkey or ox fallen on the road, you must not ignore it; you must help him lift it up.

5На женщине не должно быть мужской одежды, и мужчина не должен одевать женскую одежду, потому что каждый делающий это мерзок Господу, твоему Богу.A woman must not wear men’s clothing, and a man must not wear women’s clothing, for whoever does these things is detestable to the LORD your God.

6Если тебе попадётся на пути птичье гнездо на каком-либо дереве или на земле, с птенцами или яйцами, и мать сидит на птенцах или на яйцах, то не забирай мать вместе с птенцами.If you come across a bird’s nest with chicks or eggs, either in a tree or on the ground along the road, and the mother is sitting on the chicks or eggs, you must not take the mother along with the young.

7Отпусти мать, а птенцов возьми себе, чтобы тебе было хорошо и продлились твои дни.You may take the young, but be sure to let the mother go, so that it may be well with you and that you may prolong your days.

8Если будете строить новый дом, то сделайте ограждение на его крыше, чтобы кто-нибудь не упал с неё, и на ваш дом не легла вина за кровь.If you build a new house, you are to construct a railing around your roof, so that you do not bring bloodguilt on your house if someone falls from it.

9Не засеивай свой виноградник двумя видами семян, чтобы не испортить весь урожай, от семян, которые ты посеешь вместе с плодами своего виноградника.Do not plant your vineyard with two types of seed; if you do, the entire harvest will be defiled—both the crop you plant and the fruit of your vineyard.

10Не паши одновременно на воле и осле.Do not plow with an ox and a donkey yoked together.

11Не надевай одежду, сделанную из разных волокон, переплетённых из шерсти и льна.Do not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.

12Сделай себе кисточки на четырёх углах своего покрывала, которым ты покрываешься.You are to make tassels on the four corners of the cloak you wear.

13Если мужчина женится и, переспав с женой, возненавидит её,Suppose a man marries a woman, has relations with her, and comes to hate her,

14будет наговаривать на неё и клеветать, говоря: "Я женился на этой женщине, переспал с ней и обнаружил, что она не девственница",and he then accuses her of shameful conduct and gives her a bad name, saying, “I married this woman and had relations with her, but I discovered she was not a virgin.”

15пусть тогда отец и мать девушки возьмут и принесут доказательства её девственности к старейшинам города, к воротам.Then the young woman’s father and mother shall bring the proof of her virginity to the city elders at the gate

16Пусть отец девушки скажет старейшинам: "Я отдал мою дочь в жёны этому человеку, а тот возненавидел еёand say to the elders, “I gave my daughter in marriage to this man, but he has come to hate her.

17и теперь он клевещет на неё и говорит, что он не нашёл доказательства того, что моя дочь была девственницей. Но вот доказательства девственности моей дочери",— и расстелет одежду перед старейшинами города.And now he has accused her of shameful conduct, saying, ‘I discovered that your daughter was not a virgin.’ But here is the proof of her virginity.” And they shall spread out the cloth before the city elders.

18Тогда старейшины того города пусть возьмут этого мужчину и накажут его.Then the elders of that city shall take the man and punish him.

19Пусть они взыщут с него сто шекелей серебра и отдадут отцу девушки за то, что он оклеветал израильскую девушку. Пусть она останется его женой, и он не может развестись с ней в течение всей своей жизни.They are also to fine him a hundred shekels of silver and give them to the young woman’s father, because this man has given a virgin of Israel a bad name. And she shall remain his wife; he must not divorce her as long as he lives.

20Если же сказанное окажется правдой, и не найдётся доказательства девственности у девушки,If, however, this accusation is true, and no proof of the young woman’s virginity can be found,

21то пусть приведут девушку к дверям дома её отца, и жители города забросают её камнями до смерти, потому что она сделала позорный поступок в израильском народе— развратничала в доме своего отца. Уничтожь зло среди вас.she shall be brought to the door of her father’s house, and there the men of her city will stone her to death. For she has committed an outrage in Israel by being promiscuous in her father’s house. So you must purge the evil from among you.

22Если будет найден кто-то, кто переспит с замужней женщиной, то нужно убить обоих: и мужчину, переспавшего с женщиной, и женщину. Так уничтожь зло в Израиле.If a man is found lying with another man’s wife, both the man who slept with her and the woman must die. You must purge the evil from Israel.

23Если мужчина встретит в городе молодую девушку, обручённую с другим мужчиной, и переспит с ней,If there is a virgin pledged in marriage to a man, and another man encounters her in the city and sleeps with her,

24то их обоих приведите к воротам того города и забейте их камнями до смерти. Девушку за то, что она не кричала в городе, а мужчину за то, что он опорочил жену своего ближнего. Так уничтожь зло среди вас.you must take both of them out to the gate of that city and stone them to death—the young woman because she did not cry out in the city, and the man because he has violated his neighbor’s wife. So you must purge the evil from among you.

25А если мужчина встретит обручённую девушку в поле и, схватив её, переспит с ней, то нужно убить только мужчину, переспавшего с ней.But if the man encounters a betrothed woman in the open country, and he overpowers her and lies with her, only the man who has done this must die.

26А девушке ничего не делай, она не сделала преступления, заслуживающего смерти. Ведь это то же, как если бы кто напал на своего ближнего и убил его.Do nothing to the young woman, because she has committed no sin worthy of death. This case is just like one in which a man attacks his neighbor and murders him.

27Мужчина встретил обрученную девушку в поле, и хотя она и кричала, некому было её спасти.When he found her in the field, the betrothed woman cried out, but there was no one to save her.

28Если мужчина встретит необручённую девушку, схватит её, переспит с ней, и их застанут,If a man encounters a virgin who is not pledged in marriage, and he seizes her and lies with her, and they are discovered,

29то переспавший с ней должен дать отцу девушки пятьдесят шекелей серебра, а она пусть станет его женой, потому что он опорочил её. В течение всей своей жизни он не может развестись с ней.then the man who lay with her must pay the young woman’s father fifty shekels of silver, and she must become his wife because he has violated her. He must not divorce her as long as he lives.

30Никто не должен спать с женой своего отца, открывать край одежды своего отца.A man is not to marry his father’s wife, so that he will not dishonor his father’s marriage bed.
